I've seen this hotel from the outside for years, a unique architecture. Inside parking was a plus, a bit frustrating elevator process to get to the garage.

The room was spacious, quiet, with a large bath w/shower.

Our stay could not have been better. We stopped on our way to Venice with 2 kids. We had booked a family room and got a suite at checkin, the room is huuuge, beautiful, so comfortable and luxurious. Restaurant downstairs is also great, as well as breakfast. Absolutely nothing I would change!

Nice hotel and great service

staff at reception and dining area were courteous and very helpful with questions we asked. Their english was also very good.

Regarding the property, it was a bit difficult in getting into the facility, as the entrance was not on the main street, but rather in the back, which was a bit of a problem going in unmarked streets.

The hotel is clean and modern. The rooms are spacious. The bathroom includes a rain shower. The service is very kind - because I wanted to order a soup for my lyoung child, and there was none on the menu, they prepared one on the spot for her.
I see space for improvement only with supplying to the booked guests directions before arrival - but perhaps the difficulty in accessing the hotel by car is merely a temporary siruation.
The breakfast was truly excellent value for money. Cappuccinos could be ordered at no extra cost.

Air-con is not efficiency. Very good breakfast.

The location is hard to find. To reach the hotel front door, you have to drive through a gate. That gate looks for other business building or company. And no sign telling you this way going to the hotel. I keep driving around 3 times and finally ring the gate bell and go in.
When I get the room, I was feeling no fan no air-con. Keep changing the setting, tuning the temperature. Nothing change at all. Finally, I asked reception and they told me they forgot to turn on the air-con for my room. No apologize.
Breakfast is very good. The staff pro-actively offer to make a coffee for me instead of using the all-in-one machine. Very appreciate. Many choice and not limited to toast, cake, juice, fruits, etc.

The hotel is not well maintained. There are signs of needed repairs everywhere. Breakfast bar and tables were not kept clean. Staff are young and not customer focused. For such a modern design the place is a dump!

Generally, this hotel is OK as motel. If you want to see the historical attractions, you can order the taxi to the city center (eur 15~17). Giant underground parking on site, small rooms, shower mechanism have an instruction how it works. But my key claim is for pillow. Actually, it is not a pillow. It is hard rectangular thing which unknown to me designer decided to use as pillow. Impossible to sleep. Breakfast is middle.

Very nice hotel, Excellent if you have a car

This hotel is amazing. The price is very low compared to what you get. It is located in the industrial city in Padova near an IKEA (industrial city is very nice and calm by the way). Area is very calm and has an amazing mountain view. If you have a car, it is the perfect hotel to visit both venice and padova. about 22 mins drive to venice and 8-10 mins drive to church of saint Anthony in padova downtown with a very easy access to the highway. Breakfast was amazing and room was great. Staff are good and speak good english. All in all great stay and would recommend to everyone.

A mixed feeling

SB Hotel Padova is actually very modern and spectacular when it comes to building architecture inside out. The staff are very polite and helpful.
I booked for 10 days for a family of four and had requested connecting rooms or roll away beds as advertised and promised on confirmation. None was provided and had to sadly checkout the next morning.
The free breakfast was not so attractive with limited food choice and quality especially when you have kids with fussy eating habits. The restaurant which I doubt there is any, was closed during the times we asked. So, given the hotel's unideal location, which is more like an industrial zone rather that a tourist's haven, there aren't many solution if you want to eat. The nearest eatery is a small Chinese restaurant with no English speaking staff and they open limited hours. There is shopping mall which has fast food restaurants in it, but it is considerably far...25 minutes away (walking) opening late and closing early early.
On the positive note, the Wifi, room service, staff assistance and cleanness of the hotel is excellent especially for business travellers. I do not recommend it for a family seeking active holiday especially if you are using a car. This is because of accessibility and high way toll charges and also fuel costs you may incur when travelling in and out of Padova to Venice, Mestre, Mgarhera, Jesolo and other attractions.

Clean with good car park and pleasant of clinical rooms overlooking a semi industrial out of town landscape. 8 mins to town centre in tax so not bad. Staff scarce in reception but ok to deal with. Business or transit type hotel rather than 'a feel of Padova'

I stayed at the SB hotel in Padova 4 years ago and was looking forward to returning -- what a disappointment. I had to change my room twice because of mold issues. The restaurant is also closed on Saturday and Sunday evenings so plan to drive or take a taxi to go for dinner. Breakfast is ok. The staff was very accomodating under the circumstances but I will never return. Too bad because the location is ideal as so close to Venice.

This was a great place to stay for driving your car and visiting Venice. Easy to find and sweet staff. It is very modern so a bit different for us but the room was extra large, quiet and very comfortable. Enjoyed all the windows for the city view. Stayed two nights and that made it great for Venice. The San Marco garage in Venice was a good find too!

Looks better than the reality

The weather had just got cold when we arrived and the heating was not working. Had to change rooms as a window was broken and could not close it. The next room had a pillar tap at 45 degrees and a damp musty smell. There are serious maintenance issues with this hotel. The breakfast was very poor and they manged to serve the worst coffee I had in Italy. The restaurant was cold and everyone was having to wear coats. We didn't bother with breakfast after the first experience. The Staff did their best in a difficult situation. We've stayed in some nice hotels in Italy but this was the most expensive and we certainly won't be returning.

Amazing to look at, this hotel also delivers with its interior and the service you get from their friendly staff - who all speak excellent English, by the way. The breakfast was the only real downside, being both rather expensive and not very palatable with a few boring pastries and no choice of hot food. As this is optional and there are loads of great coffee shops in Padua this isn't really that much of a problem. Even if you are on foot, this hotel is handy for the town as buses are frequent and cheap. All in all, an excellent choice for anyone visiting Padua.

İ was very happy to book this hotel.İ travel so often to padova and i was wondering.Actually the lady in eception ms. Carol was so polite.But i had some problems,there was a problem in hotel systems,first night the rooms key card was not working we needed to take help from reception.There was a huge range of tv channels but only 4 channels were available.The bath was very modern designed but it was very very unusefull.Breakfast was also poor,if you drink a tea and you want a another coffe it was with money.Anyway it was one of the most cleanest ,modern,new hotel i have ever seen in italy.

Hotel was very modern and rivals that of many top chains in US. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Used this hotel for quick access to Venice. Right off the freeway but in an industrial area...only about 20 minutes away from Venice parking. Breakfast was nice...had eggs, bacon, yogurt, cold cereal, meat, cheese, fruit and pastries. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Parking is free and secured in the basement of the building, a nice benefit!

Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The hotel was situated in the business district and was incredibly hard to access with the car - you can drive right past the hotel but you can't get in. There are no signs to direct you to the car park, which is at the rear of the hotel but it is not easy to find. From the hotel it is quick and easy to get the bus into town. The staff were friendly, breakfast was ordinary and the air conditioning didn't work so the room was very stuffy - and it was too cold and noisy to leave the window open (in the winter time). I would not recommend this hotel or stay there again.

Very modernized design and style with modifying modern arts..

Although the hotel location is not closer to railway station (taxi or bus for 15 min far), the Hotel building looks so nice and unique on artistic atmosphere. All inner tools and facilities also clean and fresh in design newly developed.

The staff seems to be short on rush hour, but normally good.

Nice and comfortable hotel. However, it is very far from everything. Need Taxi or public transportation to go anywhere. Taxis in Italy are extremely expensive.
Restaurant staff is super nice and food is great. However, it is mainly closed on weekends. Despite working hours, they might close earlier if they don't have people which makes no sense to me. Sundays only early service. No lunch or dinner.

Trevliga receptionister som äntligen kunde engelska jämfört med många andra ställen runt om Italien. Fina rena stora rum, man får det man betalar för. Bodde högst upp på 8 våningen så kan ha fått en av de bättre rummen iförsig. Själva läget förhållande till centrum var bra men området var väldigt sketchy dock. Kändes obekvämt på bussen. Däremot hotellet är det inget fel på!

De ansatte i resepsjonen var hyggelige, men de ansatte i restauranten til frokost var ikke imøtekommende i det hele tatt. Da vi kom med et barn fikk de oss til å føle at vi ikke var velkommen. Frokostutvalget var lite men helt ok, tørre croissanter og brød, ellers godt pålegg og eggerøre. Ok å komme seg til byen med buss 10.
