The check in process was perfect, they even let us in before noon, which was perfect. The area is not great, nothing within walking distance, you need a car to moce around. The room was fine, but the barhroom was small.

I’ve been staying at this hotel for nearly 10 years, a few nights every few months, but the service & overall condition have noticeably declined on recent visits. It no longer reflects the standards expected from a Sheraton or any reputable 4- or 5-star brand.

I arrived on a Saturday night at 10:15 pm to find no dining options—not even at the bar. By 10:45 the bar was closing and by 11 pm the lights were off while I was still finishing two quick glasses of wine and some nuts—my only dinner. I’ve never experienced a 4- or 5-star hotel where food & drinks stop so early; even a Holiday Inn serves until nearly 1 am. This was never the case before, when this hotel even had live music on weekends.

More than half the bar & restaurant staff now speak little or no English, and many guests were openly complaining to the staff, that night as the bar shut while a match was still on TV. Guest rooms haven’t been updated since my first stay and already feel dated. Even the breakfast variety has shrunk noticeably.

I’ve always loved this hotel for its once-excellent service, the lively bar, and its convenient highway access, but I’ll have to reconsider future stays if these issues aren’t addressed.

We checked in around 8pm after driving 9 hours from southern Italy. They gave us a ticket and tell us where to park. They failed to tell us that we have to walk with all the way around this huge building to go back to the room. We walked for like 10 minutes try to access the building and many doors but no access to enter. There were no lights around the building (my 3 year old felt) it was totally necessary for them to mentioned the only entrance and exit was thru the lobby. Stayed in many four points in the past and we never seen this configuration. Nonsense. Restaurant prices and food was terrible. I was sick all night after eating the octopus. All 3 plates were terrible €70Horrible experience. Room were comfy and clean but took a while to cool down.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and offered plenty of space, which made it really comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh options to choose from. I also appreciated the well-equipped gym, which had everything I needed for my workouts. The reception staff were very efficient and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free.
Would definitely stay here again!

Bad overall experience

The hotel needs renovation and serious work on climatisation. The temperature in the rooms was closer to a sauna than hotel rooms...
The breakfast variety is poor and of bad quality. The scrambled eggs and boiled eggs were cold and smelling bad....
It is really overrated and overpriced and doesn't reflect 4 star chain hotel standards at all. The staff is helpful but couldn't solve the problems...

Cleaning staff did not clean room every day. Had to ask for toilet paper as they did not give any even though there wasn’t any in the bathroom. Also left room door open on one occasion after they did “clean” Previously stayed at Crowne Plaza in Padova but was full so booked this hotel. Now we understand why that was full as a much better staff over there.

The location is great for me, next to highway, so can be noisey if you get a room facing the highway.

The Hotel needs some updating but it is definitely a very good 4star hotel for Italian standards.

The only way to get to the property is to get taxi, bed leg was broken, we were able to fix it but every time we wound go back to the room it was broken again. Half of the stuff was really nice and half had kinda attitude

Great place to stay if visiting Venice It's about the 1/3 of the price of staying in Venice. For two people it's about $54 round trip to Venice via taxi and train. Rooms do not have irons though

It is a Sheraton. So it has Sheraton standard. Nice, clean, spacious room. Friendly helpful staff. Enjoyable hot breakfast. But it is not walking distance from the centre. It is 15 minute taxi ride to the centre.

It is across the street from IKEA but there are no shops of any kind around. They do have a decent restaurant for evening meal.

Very warm welcome at reception and speedy check in. Room was large and beds very comfortable. Was a bit warm for me the air conditioning was switched off due to the weather. Breakfast was a reasonably wide selection of cooked and cold breakfast that was really tasty. I ordered room service twice and that was excellent & I called to compliment the chef. Not too keen on the mosquito bites I mentioned it at reception but they said it’s usually worse in summer
That surprised me a bit, would have thought they’d do something about it rather than see the mosquitoes as guests. You don’t pay to get bitten by mosquitoes
Other than that, really polite & helpful staff.

Went threw racism when I went to breakfast from waitress there. I left went to speak to the hotel manager who stated that he would refund me the cost of my breakfast for the 2 days per person but did not when I check out I ask the front desk if it was refunded he told me no it was not and cannot be refunded so the hotel manager lied to me. Will never stay there again as well as will let everyone know about my experience.

Good hotel near Padova downtown

We enjoyed our stay! However, we had trouble with the ventilation system In our room so we were cold the first night. Everything was fixed for the second night, good service. Only drawback is the location. We had to take a taxi into town.

Good business hotel...

Hotel is located in a remote area so don't expect anything around. They do have smoking rooms but this is not listed on the website. Breakfast is ok and has a good variety. But unfortunately they don't have much choices if you want to order room service. Most of the dishes are served when kitchen is open so I couldn't find anything in odd hours to order. If you find something, remember it will come with an additional cost of €5.00 per person for room service.
I was there on a business so for me this hotel was ok. And I would again go there. But if I'm coming with family, I would rather choose something closer to the centre and eating outlets.

Great Hotel, Great Service

This was the nicest hotel we stayed on during our eight motorcycle tour of Europe. Despite in influx of Indian tourists, Leonardo--a fellow rider--checked us in quickly and we go out of wet rain suits. Room was comfortable, well lighted and with a great shower. Breakfast was excellent, albeit on the expensive side.

My experience is not bad but honestly it wasn’t a four star hotel.
The hotel was almost outside the city: precisely on the border! In an industrial zone which has no facilities!
You feel isolated.
Also the window was fixed and closed.
Especially after having shower you couldn’t breathing and we had let the door be open for a while!
The carpet was too old, dusty and cheap indeed.
The room’s amenities were also not comparable with other hotels, no kettle for example and also not good manageable side lamps, armchair, a good place for sitting & makeup/ brushing.
First time ever after my childhood, I entered a Sheraton and will not book this hotel again, I think.

Very pleasant hotel all in all, but the proximity of the busy highway and poor noise insulation made it unfortunately a poor combination.

The bed was wonderful, one of the best in all my hotel years, and the room very very clean. The service at the bar in the late evening was very slow, even though there were only a few customers on a Thursday evening.

I would recommend the hotel, with earplugs :)

Four-Star Comfort at a One-Star Price!

My family all agreed that the location was very good, near the highway making it easy to drive about 40 minutes to Venice, as well as to visit the Scrovegni Chapel downtown. We even made a dash for dinner at IKEA one night--essentially across the highway. One downside was that there are no laundry facilities, although they offer service during the week. At check-in the staff person was very busy and not very forthcoming, but during the rest of the stay everyone was helpful. We stored things in the safe at the front desk. My boyfriend and I also enjoyed a drink at the bar one night, fairly priced. The breakfast each morning was a good deal and WiFi was consistent.

Great hotel!

Although it's not directly in the centre it does have great transport links to Venice and the centre of Padova! The rooms were really clean and honestly couldn't fault it. Wasn't too keen on spending €12 for buffet breakfast (there is a cheaper beeakfast option, with less choice of food though). There is free wifi which worked great too, and I did get around to using the fitness facilities which were not too bad either. overall I did enjoy my stay and would do back again definitely.

Inadequately located hotel for travelers w/o car

This hotel is located in an industrial park at the outskirts of Padova, requiring a 15 minute taxi ride (€12€), a ride on the inconveniently scheduled hotel shuttle, or a 1.5 mile walk without sidewalks on major roads to a bus station to reach Padova. While the hotel itself was adequate, the lack of nearby restaurants & amenities (along with the extortionate price of the hotel restaurant) do not let me recommend it to anyone traveling (like the majority of travelers in Italy) without a car!

I have stayed in this hotel many times since 1995 and found that it is very practical. It is well run, clean, friendly and very quiet at night. Rooms are on the smallish side. The hotel is next to the new IKEA , but getting to the hotel you need to drive a loop. The restaurant is too formal, the bar is a good place where to eat

This hotel is easy to find: it is literally next to the Venice highway entrance. But it is impossible to get to once you see it, as it is located at the end of an industrial area (with an Ikea). Finding your way from there into town takes very, very careful attention to your GPS to guide you through that and then along the main railroad. So charming. The hotel looks left over from the 1970s inside and out. They don't tell you they charge 6 Euro a night for parking way out there. We took one look at the breakfast and ran. This is a Sheraton? I thought they were nice in Europe.

The room was clean and tidy. The bedding was very comfortable. The restaurant was very nice and the service in the restaurant was delightfully Italian. I would stay there again for business. It is not near the city sights and walking to anywhere was not possible. The hotel is located next to a major highway which made it easy to get around by car.

The Sheraton Padova had plenty of room and beds and bathrooms were spacious. It is next to a freeway, so it can be a little noisy. The breakfast buffet is nice and has a good selection. The location is not great - not close to the town center and cab fare can be pricey if you have to go there everyday. They have a shuttle into town, but the hours it operates did not always work for us.

Situated on a highway, no beautiful views but practical for our purpose. Outside parking 6 euros per day. A bit worn out, but still a 4 star. Very nice room for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids, spacious and 2 bathrooms. Good bed, but terrible old type blankets. Internet not free in the rooms - unfortunate minus when the small hotels often offer it. We moved with our own car, so did not test the bus connection to the center (not a walking distance). Breakfast good, the dinner restaurant we did not visit. We would use this hotel again.

Very nice room. Excellent breakfast. Day staff very knowledgeable, evening and weekend slightly less but maybe because there are such large groups coming through. This sometimes made the elevators unaccessiable so had to walk up 6 floors. The shuttle bus was very helpful and made the location less of an issue. Would recommend timing your visit for midweek when the crowds are smaller. That is true for visiting Venice too. The crowds are much larger on the weekends. We were glad we had chosen to stay outside of Venice when Venice had so much flooding.

Hotel with mod-cons ensures a comfortable stay.

Modern, comfortable and right by motorway 3km east of Verona. Courtesy bus was great for getting to and from centre. IKEA store via footbridge over toll booths offers cheap fast food and drinks. Worth remembering this as hotel restaurant is expensive. Reception staff semm to be used to dealing with business rather than leisure travellers as they had few ideas for what to do in Verona; not even a map.
