Helpful staff who were happy to provide maps of the city and other help.
Room was very modern with powerful AC and walk-in shower. Beds were comfortable if a bit hard for us. Staff replaced towels daily and made beds neatly. Very quiet despite ground level room next to road + hospital.

Bathroom could get quite hot/humid due to no fan but dried quickly. No kettle meant we couldn't make drinks. One reading light didn't turn on.

A ~20 minute walk to the city centre was quite long at the height of summer at 36 degrees C. Semi frequent bus service although we had some trouble getting to the correct destination.

Checks the boxes. This is a basic hotel that is clean, newly renovated (at least the room I was in) and the staff are friendly enough. It is walkable distance to centro (ca. 15 minutes) if you're capable. Otherwise it is a five minute taxi ride. This will be my go to hotel when I am visiting Padua.

A reasonable hotel at a reasonable price.

Hotel well located, within acceptable walking distance of old town. Rooms clean and modern, with fridge but no tea or coffee making facilities. Clean modern shower and toilet. Internally the hotel was quiet but the noise from the main road outside was too much with the window open, which we needed to do as it was far too warm in the room and the air conditioning did not work. Not able to review the spa facilities or the breakfast as didn’t use the spa or have the breakfast.

Nice hotel, firm beds, good service

Very good hotel about 25 minutes' walk away from the center. Very helpful staff. No problem leaving your luggage for a while before checking in or after checking out.
Very nice breakfast with a barista making coffee and a lot of choices.
Wifi was strong and reliable. Bed very firm (which I like, though some might not). One little thing was that noise from other rooms or from the hallway was noticeable. (A crying child seemingly stood outside my room early one morning for 15 minutes--not exactly the hotel's fault.) I was not, however, bothered by noise from outside the hotel. Only heard a few ambulances, but not that bad.

Enjoyable stay, booked an hour beforehand to get out of the bad weather. Staff were friendly, room was clean and only a 5 min walk to the town centre. Would stay again if I was in the area.

Good location, but the room is not comfortable

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for one night to visit the town. The hotel is well located and it is only a very short walk to where all the historic buildings and shops are. We had to pay for parking, which was 8 Euros for the night. We were able to leave our car in the carpark till 1pm the following day, which was helpful.
The room was a bit on the small side and we were glad to be staying for only night. It was also a ground floor room which wasn't very comfortable as we felt like we were looked in on when we had to open the window. The room was very warm and the aircon did not work. The bathroom was ok, but the shower was very small.
Overall it was good based on the location, but I would not stay again.

Lovely staff and could speak English very well. Guided me best on what activities were possible even though I had a short stay there. I would say the rooms were a little too warm even though I turned the air con up to the maximum. Walking distance to nice restaurants. Enjoyed my time! Thank you!

This hotel was easy to find
We were allowed to check in at 11 am when we arrived, since they had a room available.
We did need to use our car to get to the center of town.
There must be a hospital near by as we could hear the ambulance sirens passing by, although our room faced thre parking lot.
The price was reasonable. We did not have the breakfast for €8.

The hotel is amazing value for money. Strange location beside the hospital and on a main road but easily walked around Padova. The economy room was small but had everything needed. The spa area was amazing - hired a robe for €5 for the stay and could relax in absolute bliss.

We needed to sleep overnight somewhere cheap, park the car, get some breakfast in order to get the ferry to Greece from Venice the next morning. We arrived at 6:30pm, parked our car easily. Staff is really welcoming and helpful. Room was small, clean, A/C worked ok. Not too noisy as we faced the back yard, but if one is too fussy about noise, then yes, you can hear the ambulances O/N. Didn't bother us. Walk to the center is about 10min and the center is lovely. Overall, for such, purposes, I would stay again.

Hotel is in the immediate vicinity of the hospital and it appears many of hospital patrons and families stay there. It is about 15-20 min walk to the Center and University. Not too many restaurants nearby. Breakfast was great, and you can also get something to drink later in the day from the receptionist. Staff was very friendly, perhaps with one exception when female staff could not be bothered to pinpoint exactly where a public city bus stop was. Wireless was spotty most of the time, good for smartphone but not for serious work online with a laptop. It is easy to get a cab which arrives within 2-3 min.
Bathroom very spacious and up to very good standard. However, bed linens/blankets are quite outdated. TV was small but we were not there quite for that so we did not try if it worked well.

The staff was not very friendly or helpful and spoke very limited English. The information given by the hotel on the quality of the breakfast is very misleading. This was one of the worst breakfasts we have had on our 3 week vacation in Italy! Coffee wasn't even included with the breakfast but had to be ordered and paid for separately. The second morning there was no staff available to make coffee or replenish the food. The Internet (which was an extra charge) was through the TV with a keyboard which seems rather arduous and archaic.

Freundlichkeit mässig. Hotel ist neu renoviert, aber Einrichtung IKEA-Style. Matratze extrem hart (very basic). Zahnglas nicht gereinigt, Zahnpaste am Heizkörper. Frühstück ausgezeichnet für 10€ pro Person. Lage ist beim Spital, deshalb sind rund um die Uhr die Sirenen der Krankenwagen zu hören. Die Lage ist etwas weit vom Zentrum weg (15 Gehminuten). Lobenswert sind die Umweltbemühungen und die Stühle, die ungepolstert und gut abwischbar sind.

Hôtel horrible situé sur une route très passante, très bruyante (voitures, camions, etc) et à proximité d’une station essence émettant des odeurs et de l’hôpital avec les sirènes émettant toute la journée et la nuit même si certain pourraient y penser y séjourner pour raison médicale surtout éviter cet hôtel.
Accueil déplorable, pas de mot de bienvenue. L’entrée de l’hôtel est très petites vieillotte, salle. Il faut descendre au -1 pour aller aux toilette. Le personnel est froid, imprécis, impoli.
Notre chambre étiquetée supérieure à 450 euros la nuit choisie pour des raisons personnelles médicales n’étaient pas celle décrite dans notre photo de réservation. Les raisons du Monsieur très désagréable à l’entrée nous et qui nous menti éhontément déclarant que la chambre était la chambre supérieure alors qu’elle ne correspondait pas à la photo de notre réservation. La fenêtre donne sur un parking aussi bruyant le camion ramassant les draps s’y garant chaque matin
Hôtel à fuir et Hôtel.com aussi pour laisser passer à la fois le prix injustifié et ce type d’hôtel plus proche d’un motel que d’un hôtel.

Servizio molto buono (quasi eccellente) per la categoria. Struttura con stanze rinnovate, comode, silenziose e ben riscaldate.
Personale gentile e disponibile (vorrebbero che si prenotasse direttamente da loro, comprensibilmente).
Colazione di buona qualità, ottimi i dolci.
Il benefit maggiore è sicuramente la sauna (vasca idromassaggio e ottimo bagno turco e doccie \"emozionali\"). E il parcheggio ampio.

Gli aspetti che potrebbero migliorare: rendere la sauna \"mediterraneo\"(max 50 deg) finlandese (80-90 deg). Cibo caldo per colazione uova strapazzate (migliorabili) e wuerstel (bacon sarebbe da aggiungere).

Le personnel est gentil, l'hôtel très propre mais nous n'avons pas aimé le bruit incessant de la circulation , la pollution qui en découle car, l'hôtel étant surchauffé (26° dans la chambre), on est obligé d'ouvrir la fenêtre pour rafraîchir. Très mauvaise insonorisation des chambres.
D'où, demander une chambre côté cour..
Sinon, bien placé pour visiter Padoue à pied.

L’albergo è situato vicino al centro di Padova e il personale impiegato è molto gentile e cerca sempre di venirti in contro.
Purtroppo però la camera, una doppia con letto matrimoniale era molto angusta, inoltre non esiste un interruttore per accendere la luce in bagno, a parte quello piccolino sotto lo specchio. La colazione completa costa 8 euro, ma non è assolutamente all’altezza di questa cifra Per caricare la batteria dell’auto elettrica mi hanno chiesto 13 euro !! Inoltre se prenoti con Expedia non ti rilasciano la fattura. Poiché viaggiavo per lavoro, dopo molte preghiere la signora dell’albergo me ne ha rilasciata una la cui cifra però era decurtata di quanto si tiene EXPEDIA. Assurdo!

Chi viaggia a capodanno viaggia tutto l'anno

L'albergo e' facile da raggiungere con la macchina, il parcheggio e' a pagamento,7 euro al giorno, piu' la tassa di soggiorno di 2 euro, lo considero un po' eccessivo. La colazione era a pagamento ed non ho usufruito, ho preferito farla fuori mentre ero in giro per il centro. Chi arriva dalla stazione a piedi ha da camminare un bel po'. La stanza aveva le ragnatele sul soffitto. Essendo al piano terra si sentivano le persone parlare fuori. Nel complesso, come logistica e' accettabile.

Hotel vicino al centro su una via dove non si trova parcheggi. L'hotel ha un parcheggio interno al costo di 7 euro per una notte. L'hotel è vecchio e le camere molto essenziali. Noi abbiamo preso una economi, ma era proprio brutta. La doccia era senza piatto e tanti buchi nel muro drl bagno stuccati. Però molto economico. In camera anche se era non fumatori per me avevano fumato.

Un buon hotel

Siamo stati al Maritan durante il nostro week end a Padova. A dieci minuti dal centro a piedi è ideale per visitare la città. Il personale é molto gentile e disponibile. Siamo arrivati un po’ tardi alla sera per fare il check-in e non ci sono stati problemi.
Le stanze sono molto grandi anche se non perfettamente insonorizzate e il letto è un po’ scomodo. Lo stile è un po’ datato, ma le camere sono molto pulite (e non c’e moquette ovunque!) Dispone di un parcheggio a pagamento sul retro (7 euro al giorno) ideale in quanto sono pochi i parcheggi disponibili.
Ottima la zona in cui si trova.

Ho preso una stanza in economy ed perfetta, pulita comoda e gradevole, quasi mi dispiace essere rimasto a padova solo una notte. La stanza si presenta in ordine, pulita con condizionatore, tv, wifi gratis(spesso mi è capito di trovare wifi mal funzionanti negli hotel invece questo nn ha dato problemi).visto che sicuramente tornerò questo hotel sarà la mia prima scelta.si trova 10 min a piedi dalla basilica di sant'antonio e una mezz'ora a piedi dalla stazione (anche se è facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici); a 5 min dall'opedale e intorno ci sn dei ristoranti raggiungibili a 10 min a piedi, a metà strada con la stazione c'è la cappella degli scrovegni. Consigliatissimo

Non riuscivo ad entrare in doccia!!!

Ci sono stato una sola notte...
Camera rumorosa, si sentivano tutte le voci delle altre stanze.
Cabina doccia talmente piccola da far fatica ad entrare... e la mia corporatura
non è eccessiva!!!

Hotel vecchio che necessita una ristrutturazione immediata. Camere rumorose, aria condizionata spenta, porte che non si chiudono, letti scomodi, pulizie da rivedere, WI-FI poco performante, colazione da mensa aziendale.. in compenso il personale è gentile e disponibile. Unico aspetto positivo il grande parcheggio privato.

Zimmer mit Blick auf den Hinterhof

Die Lage des Hotels zur Stadt ist sehr gut, sprich nah. Das Hotel war sauber, das Personal freundlich.
Allerdings ist die Einrichtung etwas älter und die vor dem Hotel laufende Straße laut. Wir hatten ein Zimmer nach hinten. Aussicht in den Hinterhof mit Wärmetauschern für die Aircondition. Allerdings funktionierte die AC in unserem Zimmer nicht, es war entsprechend stickig oder wenn das Fenster offen war eben laut.
