Wonderful staff at reception Frank, Thombre driver, Ramlal etc. all of them. Was visiting for an eye procedure at the Insight Eye Clinic and this was extremely convinient. Outdoors is indias famous organized chaos due to its central location outside Dadar station. Inside is tranquil. Lots of food options in the three restaurants at the hotel. Excellent buffet breakfast. Will stay here again if need arises.

Brilliant welcome. Upgraded us. Room was very clean. Plenty of space. When we needed anything we just asked and it was done. Very good breakfast. Very little noise from the streets could be heard in the room.

Disappointing Stay, Wouldn’t Recommend
Rooms are quite outdated, and unfortunately, my experience this time was just as disappointing as before. I decided to give the property a second chance for my family’s stay, but it really wasn’t worth it. The overall condition doesn’t justify the price; it feels more like a rip-off. I’d recommend looking at other options nearby that offer much better value and comfort.

Very close to train station and taxis. Room was very clean and cleaned every day. Breakfast was good. A number of restaurants in the hotel, we only ate at one, it was superb, obviously higher prices than a lot of Mumbai but the food quality was excellent! The best curry we had in Mumbai and that included The Bombay Brasserie (also very good). Just less than £60 for two excellent dishes, breads, rice, three Moscow mules and five beers😁

Very nice location from public transportation and convenience standpoint. The shopping and dining areas are within walking distance. Very crowded area because of the proximity to Dadar Railway Station and parking is a challenge.

We checked in for a stay of 3 nights. Day 1 were allocated room 505. Since we had checked-in in the evening we did not notice the broken floor tiles and uneven tiles which posed a hazard of tripping. We complained about it next morning and were shifted to room 506 next door. We were out the whole day and when we returned in the evening the room had a very bad smell. We called reception and they sent housekeeping staff to come and spray the room. This was a temporary fix as the smell reappeared later in the night and we again complained about it in the morning and asked one of them to come to the room and have a whiff of the bad smell. They agreed that it was a bad smell so moved us again to 306 this time. This room was ok but the basin tap was very tight and when opening it less would make the water flow onto the benchtop instead of the basin thus making a mess on the benchtop. For 3 nights we had to sleep in different rooms wasting our limited time in packing our bags and moving. The housekeeping needs to up their game. Also the people at the reception need to be sent for retraining as not a single of them greeted you with a smile when passing the area.
I would definately not recommend this hotel as they charge premium rates for sub-standard rooms.

The check in and check out process was super slow. The staff did not seem to be prepared for the guests with reservation. The room was not as shown in photos while booking. There were 2 seperate beds while the photos and info while booking showed one king size bed.

We encountered cockroaches in our initial room, which was quite unsettling. After reporting the issue, the hotel staff promptly changed our room. However, the bathroom in the new room was not up to standard—there were black marks all over the bathtub, which indicated a need for better maintenance and upgrades.

The breakfast experience was also disappointing. Basic items like tea and cups were not replenished in a timely manner, and I had to request refills, which took some time. For a breakfast service, the staff should be proactive in ensuring that everything is well-stocked so guests don’t have to wait.

Overall, the hotel needs to focus on improving cleanliness and service efficiency to provide a better guest experience.

Fantastic stay.

We stayed here for 8 nights, and we were pleased to stay at Ramee. Dadar (albeit crowded) was a convenient location for our vacation, and there was plenty of great food connected to the hotel itself, and across the street. The rooms were good sized, and clean. The service of housekeeping and doormen were particularly nice-- thank you Ram Pal, Nandalal, and Raju.

Excellent location and wonderful service.

Very nice and pleasant experience while staying with Ramee Guestline. The property is located at just a minute walking distance from Dadar railway station, making it extremely comfortable for commuters to travel.
Hotel was well maintained and staff who were very helpful. Quality of food was just outstanding and they were extremely cooperative to pack our breakfast as we were supposed to check out at 5:00am in the morning. Anyone looking for an affordable yet quality stay at Dadar, this place is high recommended.

Ramee Guestline Hotel is a safe location near Dadar Station and nearby Temples. The choices of meals is very good , too. The hotel is clean with very friendly staff.
We found the bath tub inconvienent, a walk in shower would be better.

Recently stayed there in Aug 2024 for couple of days and it’s a great option in this price range, category and location. Clean, good staff and well maintained. Good food options and in and around the hotel and plenty of shopping a connectivity thanks to Dadar station literally at door step.

No night lamp. Room wasn’t soundproof ad it has a connecting door to the next room. This hotel doesn’t offer hard bed. Very small lounge. For going to breakfast one has to get out of the hotel and enter Rasoi restaurant.

A pool on the roof! Excellent staff and nice restaurant with Indian, Chinese and Continental options. A good breakfast was included too.
You are always close to transportation in this area.
I also was pleasantly surprised to have airport transportation included! That was a huge plus.
I hope you stay here to.

Lovely hotel very well located. The hotel staff were excellent, going out of their way to make our stay comfortable, hotel receptionist Needa especially by booking us an ola ride and advising on transport . The restaurant food was good , buffet style, although could be kept a tad hotter.

Hotel in Dadar next to Dadar station

I went to Dadar for work and I really needed a quiet, clean and climatised room to remain sane and the hotel room and its facilities provided that. The room is very clean, the staff friendly and helpful. My room developed a smell and I was give a new room immediately and the staff helped me switch. I would go back there again as I think price and service are really good.

Acceptable for a business stay of a day or two.

The hotel is in the heart of Dadar close to railway station so most of the places are nearby. However it is very crowded locality and it really takes a lot of efforts to reach the hotel by cutting through horrible traffic. The surroundings are pretty chaotic and in a rundown state. If you are a business traveller, with things to attend to in the close vicinity, then it could be an ideal choice but may not be a good place for leisure and peace of mind. Staff are excellent though. Very helpful and honest. I forgot my iPhone on breakfast table only to remember after an hour but it was promptly returned by the staff after we came back.

Hotel has a friendly atmosphere. As a single traveller I felt comfortable. Room was fine excepting I would have liked a couple of drawers to put my things in. Complimentary water was good as I have often been charged for this at hotels. Overall I thought it good value.

Not at all the same, like it says & looks on the website. Staff does not know anything about customer service. My daughter is 15 yrs of age, but she looks older then her age. We were charged for extra bed, even after we showed them her passport & another ID as proof of her age.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was huge and clean. Towels were clean and looked as good as new. Shower was powerful and hot. The hotel staff were very helpful especially Kunil and Dilip who went beyond the call of duty to cater to our requests.
