It is directly on the Caldera, people drive for miles to come here to see the beautiful sunset. It is also right next to the heart of Santorini. The town is a small quaint town with restaurants and a few shops. Staff is nice and breakfast is spectacular.

This property was excellent!! If you want the peacefulness of Santorini without the chaos of the tourists, then this place is perfect for that!! A 10-15 min drive into Fira with all the shopping and fast foods if that is what you like. 10 min drive to Akrotiri for the perfect sunset, or stay within the property at the cliffs adjacent to hotel for another beautiful sunset spot. All you can need within 15 min drive with hidden gems close nearby. Supermarket less than 5 minutes away has everything you need!! Will definitely be staying here EVERY trip to Santorini!!

This is a great place to stay at that offer sweeping views of the sunset, infact a very famous viewpoint for locals is right next to the property. Very friendly and kind staff at the check-in and breakfast. The bathrooms are very dated and uncomfortable as the property is one of the very old yet freshly painted. I still recommend it.

We booked for 4 days stay and left the hotel for another after the first night stay. We arrived later in the evening approximately 930 the resort was completely dark and was extremely quiet. We felt awkward and could not get anything to eat or drink upon arrival. We were shown to our room which smelled Horrible much like an outhouse. The doors had major gaps to the outside and the doors to the small terrace were unsecure and could be pushed open from the outside. Anna at reception was very pleasant and understood how we felt upon leaving. Nothing for night arrivals available and the roads are unsafe to walk anywhere in the dark due to the narrowness. Motor vehicles going very fast with no lighting.

The room was cleaned daily, the AC kept us comfortable and cool. A small patio with a clothes drying rack allowed the space to dry out our laundry in the sun each day

The nearby community of Megalochori is a true gem on Santorini. Set apart from the tourist hordes of Fira and Oia, it offers great restaurants and a quaint town square. It is the Greece we came for. The bus is 5 mins walk from the hotel. We enjoyed a picture perfect Caldera sunset with a glass of wine on the pool deck every evening of our stay.

Just for the view justify to go to this hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Lot of space in the room, a lot of storage. Superb balcony, great clean pool with a magestic view. Near the supermarket by foot and few restaurants. A lot of space for parking. Calm and private place away from the Oia , Fira crowd hunting for selfies. Good experience! Only thing i saw to improve is the climatisation that too freezing or too hot sometimes on the second floor. Well i recommand!

We stayed at Artemis Suites in July this year. The facility is great with fantastic views. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was comfortable. They made boxed lunches for us on the day we checked out since we missed our breakfast!

The employees are so sweet and caring, they are there 24/7 and ready to give directions. They gave a tour of the property and babysat our luggage till our room was ready so we could go out for lunch. They Ordered us a taxi when we were ready for the airport and it felt more like a Bed and Breakfast than a hotel. It was a little walk to city center for food but the views and atmosphere was worth it.

Such a beautiful hotel. These were the best hotel staff I’ve ever had. They were attentive, flexible, helpful and really lovely. Our room was comfortable and our view of the water and caldera was stunning. The pool and breakfast were great as well. The only thing is that this hotel is a bit far from the center of town, but that also made it more affordable, just remember that taxis are expensive so a rental might actually make sense if you stay here. If you’re looking for relaxing and luxurious with beautiful views, this is the place for you.

Friendly reception experience with the easy and eager to assist Leila. The view is breathtaking from the property including the room, balcony, and the pool area. Room & bathroom design is unique and cozy. The AC unit was a bit old and not cooling as it should. The bar fridge is loaded with drinks to serve your mood and to top it off, the management had a curtsey gift bottle of local Red wine. Place is quiet and Breakfast at the pool was fantastic. The location, the staff, and the view was incredible. The day we flew out wasn’t until the evening and the staff offered to hold our bags for us so we could do some exploring. They also arrange our airport transports and renting an ATV. The breakfast was good and we got to sit by the edge of the cliff to see the view. The only negative thing I have to say is that there isn’t a lot of storage for clothes and other things but other than that is was well worth it

We stayed here for 2 nights and three days. Our flight came in late, there was someone there to let us into our room, and let us deal with the check in process the next day. Breakfast was a good variety, however whatever you picked the first day was what you received for however many days you were there. Room was clean and had an amazing view of the sea along with the sun set. Location was okay, you weren’t too close to much however you were right down the street from a busy terminal. Staff was very friendly, overall a great stay.

Overall, the property was fine. The view was world class beautiful, and the rooms were OK. However, we were very disappointed with the Front Desk Manager, Elena. Denise was great, but I'm sad to say Elena is perhaps the rudest Front Desk person I've experienced. I asked for directions to a local place, she told me to Google it. I asked for rates to upgrade our room, she told me to look on-line. She would not even look at me during our conversation, very disrespectful. If it wasn't for Denise we may have stayed elsewhere. I wish her good luck and hope you have a better experience.

Property is beauty and staff were super helpful! The property is exactly like it is in the photos. The pool looks straight to the ocean. Many people would attend the rock cliff beside the property as it was picturesque. (You did not notice the people while on the Artemis property). We were upgraded to a junior suite which was amazing! We had French doors that opened to a covered balcony that overlooked the ocean. The only complaint was the bathroom was out dated.

Great place, location is a bit difficult. Breakfast was a mess; packed orange juice, single packed yougurt, single packed little milk for coffee, disposable cutlery and had to know the exact time when you want to eat your breakfast next day. That was super annoying, cause if you are on holiday you don’t want to set alarm just because breakfast time…

Wir übernachteten auf der Heimreise nur eine Nacht vor unserem Rückflug. Die Ausschilderung des Hotels ist sehr unscheinbar, und da es in der zweiten Reihe von der Straße aus liegt und nur über einen Feldweg erreichbar ist, war es etwas schwierig zu finden. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war einfach und funktionell eingerichtet, extrem sauber.

Stunning view from our room and very well located to visit majority of the island. The staff were friendly and helpful with all of our requests. I'll definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting. I'd give it a full 5* rating but our room required some maintamce.

We had a room with pool-view which was ok. The room and bathroom itself was clean and nice. AC works fine and is really quiet. A small fridge and a TV, both functioning.
There was Maria at the reception. She was super friendly, had lots of good tips for us and was always there to help. She is doing a really good job!

Great location, stunning views, felt very exclusive because it's tiny. Tiny and charming bar with stunning views, that had to be one of the best places on earth to have your coffee. Together with the chiilout vibe music you can really switch off. Hotel staff really friendly. Only negative side would be a bit dated bedrooms. But not too terrible. Bathrooms were better as they must have been redone recently. Super clean rooms, cleaned every day. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Amazing View in Quiet Megalochori
Quick check-in and friendly staff and an amazing view of the caldera from the pool and balcony. We asked for a more private room so we were upgraded to the rooftop suite with private rooftop terrace; the view was incredible. Breakfast buffet was ok and location was good for us as we were looking for some relaxation away from the busier Oia & Fira. Overall a great stay at Artemis Suites

Absolutely Perfect.
My wife and I received numerous emails from the manager at Artemis Suites welcoming us and giving us lots of information prior to our arrival. We requested for a taxi to pick us up. When we arrived, the cab/attendee was not there so got another cab. While on the way to the hotel, our cab driver got a call and our original cab driver to apologize for not being there and that the hotel would pay for our cab. This hotel is a wonderful one, the rooms are kinda small. The views are amazing, the staff are amazing Nikki (at the reception), Joann (at the bar) and Silvio (bell hop) made our stay memorable. Megalochori is a small city but a wonderful one. We rented atv's for our whole trip there and it was so worth it. Our departure flight was late in the day, we checked out of the hotel but the hotel let us keep our bags and we were able to do more stuff in Santorini. We also got towels to take to the beach. How awesome!!!

He was absolutely wonderful, he made sure we appreciated his greek culture and helped us enjoy the trip even after we checked out of the NChotel.
The location of the hotel was very beautiful, it was on a cliff which gives you the ultimate view of the ocean and sunsets. Given the price of 275 dollars per night I would expect little more. There was rust all over the pool chairs and pool rail. Bathroom was too small and could not be used to shower properly let alone to stand in, there were light bulbs missing from the reading lights on the wall. The worst part of all, the screws were missing on door handle in bathroom and the door would not shut.
I booked a room which said sea view, the only view i had from my window was the sheets drying outside. The hotel faced ocean, if i left the front door open while i laid in bed i would see this view. Seemed to be false advertisment to me!
Would not recomend! Go to Kamari Beach to IRINIS HOTEL ask for KIKI.
