This property is amazing! Each villa has a huge pool, hot tub, and access to an amazing restaurant which delivers directly to you. The food was amazing! The views of the Caldera are out of this world right from your villa! All the staff are eager to help and Naya helped us with any questions and arranged spots to visit, eat, and transportation. I highly recommend for any family or a romatic getaway.

The perfect place for comfort, views and privacy

We had an amazing stay at the Santorini Princess Presidential Suites.

The Villa was spacious, clean and very comfortable to be in throughout. The provate outdoor Jacuzzi and Pool were perfectly accompanied by sets of sun loungers and outdoor tables to enjoy the absolutely perfect views of the Sea and is a perfect place to enjoy relaxing and private time enjoying the surroundings.

The service was excellent - efficient, kind, above an beyond. We enjoyed breakfast delivered to our villa each morning and staff even helped with a food delivery order in the evening when we had communication issues trying to order.

The Santorini Princess Presidential Suites is the perfect choice of accommodation for couples and groups of friends alike to enjoy a luxurious, comfortable and chilltime together in a private setting. We cannot recommend this place enough and will definitely be staying again when back in Santorini.

We spent 4 nights at the Santorini Princess Presidential Suites and have nothing but positive comments to share. Each and every staff member is extremely kind and goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need or could want. Natasa and Constantina are especially helpful in providing excellent restaurant and activity recommendations, and booking all of your reservations including transportation. They make planning your dream trip to Santorini effortless! We left Santorini Princess Presidential Suites with our hearts full and feeling like we have new family. We highly recommend staying here!

This was an amazing experience. If I could rate the staff a 10 I would. Haven’t seen customer svc like this anywhere! We loved the privacy of the individual villas. Great restaurants within 5-15 min drive. And the views….some of the best on the island. Natasa was incredible. I wish I remembered all the names but we would def stay here again when visiting Santorini.

Caldera views, with a stunning team to match!

We had a spectacular stay at the Santorini Princess. The staff and team did an excellent job and the service was outstanding. The Villa itself was so creatively done architecturally and from a layout standpoint. The views of the Caldera are breathtaking. The food was wonderful and the hottub and pool were great. The little differences on the service and the attitude put it over the top

This was without a doubt the best vacation stay we’ve ever had.

Situated along the north edge of the southern crescent of Santorini, it was a short car ride to everything. We had a perfect view of the caldera, Fira and Oia. Noise was minimal in the area, and the relative absence of nighttime lights made for great stargazing.

The staff was incredible and took care of our every need. They accommodated all of our requests, from arranging transport to securing restaurant reservations. The room service staff was always prompt and courteous. The food was delicious, with a complimentary breakfast (served poolside at our private villa) with tons of options, and a long menu for lunch and dinner. We chose to ‘eat in’ for quite a few meals, due to the great selection, amazing view, no crowds, and welcoming staff – we never wanted to leave!

The villa itself was incredible, with three large, comfortable bedrooms, each with its own full bath. There was a well-pointed gym on the lower level, with a treadmill, free weights and a weight machine to get in a quick workout before beginning the day.

The best part of all was the backyard/patio area. There were two dining areas, and four comfortable lounge chairs. But the piece-de-resistance was without a doubt the pool and hot tub.

While it was very hard to leave at the end of our four-night visit, we hope to be able to stay with them again someday!

Amazing in every way!

We had an amazing stay. The service was incredible. Our villa had a million dollar view and was spotlessly clean. The front desk staff helped with dinner reservations and tours. Fabulous breakfasts, cooked to order, were served each morning at a time of our choosing by friendly staff. We used only 2 of the 3 bedrooms and both had incredible sea views.

This place is one of the kind! we came for our honeymoon and the views are amazing from each villa. The staff goes above and beyond, they deserve a medal! It’s away from all the riff raff which makes a nice peaceful sleep. They provide their own taxi service free of charge who will take you anywhere you want to go on the island no questions asked! I highly recommend these Villas.

The villas are so beautiful and the view is out of this world. We had seen the pictures on the website when booking but nothing prepares you for the actual view when you get there. The food was amazing and so fresh and by far the best thing about this place is the customer service. It was absolutely incredible. I would definitely return again.

Outstanding. The best sunset in Santorini!

An absolutelty amazing experience! Hotel is way above what we were expecting, with only four villas in total, each one with three bedrooms, private pool, gym, plenty of bathrooms, etc.
It indeed felt like a very exclusive service, with the totality of the staff very keen to being solicit and helpful.
The SPA service was the best one I had in a very long time, and, the best of all, with fair prices.

Two negative things that, although are not a complaint in any way, but are worth mentioning are:
1- hotel is way south in the island. Very far from everything. Expect at least 25 min per day to go anywhere. Closest attraction is the red beach. There is a rental agency right across the street though.
2- restaurant quality is good, but there are not so many options on the menu. I would've prefered to eat in more should it offered more options. Breakfast is very goos though, and served wherever and whenever you prefer.

However, there are also two positive points, among others, that make the whole experience outstanding:
1- we covered the whole island, and watched the sunset from all the expected places, and couldn't find anywhere better than the hotel itself
2- the villas provide a super exclusive feeling, which is something not so easy to find in a crowded place like Santorini. There was something magical abd exclusive about geting back to the hotel and diving in the exclusive pool facing the sunset.

Our family of four stayed here for three nights in August. The villa/pool/service are absolutely perfect with tons of space and all high quality. The caldera view from the garden is as good as anywhere else on the island. Breakfast was included and delivered daily which we opted to eat outside.

This is absolutely a wonderful resort with great views of the caldera and even better service.

Pros:

Resort - The resort is amazing with spacious rooms and awesome views. The grounds are well-maintained and everything is highly organized. The layout of the resort and villas is great.
Rooms - The rooms at the resort are spacious, well-furnished and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were good. The bedrooms are well laid out with 2 rooms having plenty of light and views and the ‘Cave’ room being a hideout for kids.
Service - The outstanding service by all the staff members was clearly the highlight of our stay. Korina and Marinella at the front desk, Panos and the staff at the restaurant, the housekeeping staff and everyone else at the resort all went out of their way to treat us well and they were clearly not just doing their jobs!
Pools - The private pool and jacuzzi at the villa were well-maintained and big enough for our family.
Views - The resort is right at the edge of the caldera with just a small road separating it. We hardly saw vehicles on the road though. The views are great and we also caught some nice sunsets right from the lawn.

Cons:

Shower Stalls - The size of the shower stalls in the bathrooms were definitely on the smaller side, even by European standards. This didn’t adversely affect our stay but just something to note for other travelers.

Overall, I highly recommend this resort.

Best place to stay in santorini

Wow! My friends and I stayed in the Villa 2 and words cannot express how beautiful the views are from outside by the private pool!!! This place is just stunning and having your own balcony’s and pool and table to eat breakfast on or have afternoon snacks and drinks while watching the sunset makes you feel completely luxurious. Everything is clean with comfortable beds, showers are on the small side but have steaming functions which make them neat. As wonderful as the place is, however, the staff is what makes it over the top! Stella and the other front desk lady went above and beyond with making sure absolutely everything was to our liking. They made wonderful restaurant suggestions and were the kindest hotel staff I’ve encountered in a long time (and I travel a bunch). We got caught up in the ferry strike and they bent over backwards to find us a new place to stay, used their driver services, taking us to town for ticket exchange, everything to make us not stress as much! Loved my time at Santorini Princess Presidential sooo much!

This villa could not be better!

We were 3 couples and we stayed here for 4 nights and wished we had been able to book the entire week! This 'hotel' is actually one of four private villas, each with its own pool and private terrace overlooking the view of the caldera. From the well appointed bedrooms, two with private bathrooms and one with a bathroom outside the door, the smallish but sufficient and comfortable living area, to the fitness room (which we didn't use!), everything inside was great. The pool was beautiful, and the terrace overlooked the ocean and the caldera; dining could be on the terrace to see the view or under a pergola for shade from the sun. Breakfast is included and was delicious and varied every day, served wherever we chose to eat each morning. We could have eaten supper at nearby restaurants but chose to order from the varied menu every day - where else would we get a private view of the sunset and the incredible service??? Dennis and George were amazing, serving us dinner each night with impeccable manners and service. Dennis also served breakfast with another lady whose name we did not get, but again both were amazing. Helen the manager was also fantastic, and we all got and gave hugs when we left. We have never been treated so well at any other place we have ever stayed!! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone and will stay again when we visit Santorini again. All in all, an incredible way to end our 5+ week trip around Europe!

Certain senior member of staff let down my expectations and was unprofessional and not answerable to her paying cleints and guests , and could not follow or even listen too simple instructions . Extremely dissappointed in her ability and integrity.

Princess Presidential Suites did not make my stay a welcome, because of this manager.

Home away from home

We spent part of our honeymoon here in villa 1 closest to reception. Amazing three double bedroom villa in superb condition with really good size pool and hot tub. The pool's water temperature was fine and most of the time warmer than the hot tub's. Mary-Lou made sure we had an amazing time. Very quiet and remote location but we had a car so visiting nearby places wasn't an issue. If you'd like to stay away from noise and busy, touristy places than the luxury of Santorini Princess is made for you. Breakfast at your own terrace by the pool is amazing lots of things to choose from. Only one thing they could improve is dinner service. We had a romantic dinner by the pool one night and ordered 2glasses of wine as we don't drink much. First we were informed if we bought a whole bottle it'd have been cheaper...really? Rented a three bedroom villa for the two of us why on earth would I want to save money on wine? But the waiter forgot to take the bottle after filling up our glasses and came back for it while we were in the middle of a romantic dance after dinner. Very funny because we have the whole thing on camera but not very 5star.

Myself and four friends went out for 4 nights to celebrate a 40th birthday! It was an unforgettable and a totally luxurious experience. The villa was perfect and the views were breathtaking. The staff at presidential princess suites were amazing. They helped us with everything we needed and in fact we have made great friends! The food was fantastic and overall we had such a relaxing time which was the main reason for our holiday! I can't recommend this hotel and country more of you want to relax and top up your tan!

Amazing place!

We came to Santorini Princess for our honeymoon. We absolutely loved it. The villa had very nice views with a good size private pool and a nice hot tub. The staff made us feel right at home, they were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Santorini Princess villas for larger groups and families as well.

Comparison to Italy and Cancun

An absolute gem of a place with the best staff we have had anywhere we have gone, comparing it to Italy and Cancun. Beautiful and worth every penny!! We will be going back to this place for sure!! Beautiful and peaceful away from all the prime touristy towns and hang outs yet very easy to get to and frequent those places! Great drinks and food as well!

The uninterrupted view is to die for - you'll never tire of it. The villa is spotless, spacious, quiet and comfy - plus the pool is perfect. The staff are superb: attentive, friendly and helpful. Evi, Yannis, Arnold and Andrea are particularly welcoming and make the stay really special. We loved it - can you tell?!

Villa with stunning views

The group of four villas have a fantastic view of the Aegean sea and islands close to Santorini, they are located where it can quite windy which we found, on occasions can be a relief from the very hot temperatures that are reached on the windless eastern side of the island, each villa is seperated enough to give good privacy with excellent pool and jacuzzi, both were very warm in July, not sure if they are heated or just absorbing the suns heat. Lounge, bedrooms and bathrooms very clean and comfortable, we felt very secure do the degree where we left valuables in the villa while we were out. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and managed to get us a reservation with a very busy taverna and recommendations to other tevarnas were excellent.
The only minor downside from my point of view is that it is difficult to find any shade but saying that I would recommend and also return to this villa and felt very happy sitting by the pool even though I am not a pool person.
