We liked the the place was located directly across from an open field where you could see the ocean and sunset/sunrise from both the front and back. We liked the small local village of Akrotiri village as it has some great restaurants- including:Caladera View, The Dolpins and Theofanis.

We didn't like that it was so close to the motorway traffic and every other hour during the ams you could hear ATV's and motorcycles revving their engines and blasting music. We thought it was ridiculous that we couldn't get a pool or beach towel. We understand that previous guests have stolen them, but then you take a deposit of 5 -10 euros and if it isn't returned on check out then you keep the money. We had to buy 2 towels for the beach/pool and we couldn't carry them in our carry on luggage (inconvenient and expensive). We didn't like that our mini fridge was noisy that we couldn't keep any food inside it as it was so old that the magnet didn't hold itself closed and it would open itself while we where gone. We thought it was sad and cheap we weren't offered a small water when we arrived as it was awfully hot. We also would of appreciated more guidance in regards to the public bus! The nearest stop to Fira/airport is a 15 min walk and we could of saved 45 euros x2 had we had know we could of taken a local bus for 2 euros per person! Also the \"walk\" to black beach is more like 30-40 min not 10,and there is NO sidewalk. Also the wifi didnt reach to our room! And the tv was verily static.

Anna was so kind and friendly and helpful!! The whole property was amazing. The owner was kind and helped us with everything. They helped us rent a car the days we were there and the breakfast was soooo delicious!! Great place to stay, highly recommend it 😁

This is an absolute gem for travellers to Santorini. It’s a unique location between the crater rim and sea in the south - a breath of fresh air away from the busy tourist spots. Even better, you don’t need a 5 star budget to experience the best of Santorini by making this your base.
The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. There is a small fridge in the room but no coffee/tea but you can get these from reception breakfast area. The sparkling pool and surrounding views of the sea and vineyards are a stunning outlook, with lots of places to sit and relax. Akrotiri and the southern beaches are down the road The warmth and hospitality of Zeta and other staff made it extra special.
We had a car but there’s a car rental place right nearby, or the local bus service goes past.
The sunsets are definitely a unique opportunity to get a fresh view of the whole caldera. We loved staying here. Our new favourite area of Santorini.

The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful during our stay. They suggested we rent an ATV to get around the island and it was a really fun way to explore.
My only concern was the floor drain in the bathroom kept backing up water into our room. But this was cleaned up everyday and we only noticed it in the mornings.
Overall a great place for the price

Location

If you want to be near other hotels and restaurants, this is not the hotel for you. The staff was helpful once we arrived. But speaking to them on the phone prior to was a nightmare. Hotels.com site says there is free pickup from airport, 24 hours. When we arrived, they said it was not available that day. When we arrived, the lady at the front desk argued w/ me that THEIR site says there is a charge and falst advertisement of the free shuttle was not their fault. As a traveler, how would anyone know that? If that was the case, how would we know ANYTHING was correct? Once we cleared up the matter, she was very helpful w/ suggestions for restaurants, etc. But again, this is NOT near anything. You will have to take a bus or rent an ATV. The room was spacious and clean. Very minimal.

Hotel is little far from Fira (Capital)

We stayed in house of this villa. Bed was not comfortable at all to sleep. We did not have warm/hot water and when we notified staff they were not receptive and did not do anything about it. Breakfast did not have many choices for vegetarian. I would not stay here again for the money we had to spent per night.

The perfect trip

The family was so lovely we had an early flight but they let us check in early and they were so accommodating and the breakfast was free and so good and we had a late flight and they accommodated a shower for us and arranged a cab. They were so so so deer and made us feel like a family. Definitely going back :)

Worst hotel experience of my life

The owner is super rude. He was verbally abusive. And once I decided to leave the hotel, although I've had paid the full amount, there were 3 people blocking my car so I couldn't leave. I've never been treated that way in a hotel before. I don't recommend to go there. On top of that, the location and the facilities are less than average.

Not worth the price

Disappointing! No hot water on the first day, the same poor breakfast choice everyday, the room wasn't cleaned properly, wifi wasn't always working.

If on foot the hotel is far from any decent beach therefore you have no choice but to hire a scooter, or a quad, to get around the island. Akrotiri which is the closest village is far too quite for a holiday destination, if i was going back to Santorini i would choose a different location such as Perissa, Kamari, Fira or Oia.

Nice hotel but not great location

The hotel itself was really nice - lovely room, recently redecorated, good size, very clean - and the family who run it are lovely, so friendly, helpful and would do anything to make your stay better. However, the location of the hotel isn't great - it's a 20 minute walk along a main road to the nearest village. Also note that there is no swimming pool, and the nearest beach is a bus ride away. A real shame, as a better location and / or a pool would have made a real difference.

Very bad experience

Very bad location since it is away from the city. The view is nice but the room feels empty.
The room had some lizards inside the bedroom and when we complained about it they said it is a good luck and they did not apologize or offer to remove it.

We had to check out after the first night and they charged us for 50% of the booked stay.

I do not recommend at all.

La nostra stanza non rispecchiava assolutamente le stanze visibile in foto. Dare un giudizio mediocre alla pulizia è un eufemismo; appena entrati, abbiamo notato che la stanza era stata pulita con sufficienza; sporcizia ovunque, capelli e sopracciglia sui “muretti” bianchi presenti all’interno della stanza; lenzuolo con due chiazze gialle; asciugamani ingrigiti che graffiavano. Esterno;”: lettini a bordo piscina lerci, acqua sporca. Davvero non all’altezza del prezzo pagato, darei al max 2stelle. Non consiglio

Lo único bueno era el cuarto que estaba decente. El hotel es horrible, el lugar donde está ubicado es horrible. No vuelvo y no lo recomiendo.
Si vas a Santorini hay que quedarse en Fira, en Oía o en Kamari.

Struttura rinnovata di recente ma ancora a conduzione familiare. Posizionata ad Akrotiri, vista sul mare ma con la vista non sulla Caldera. La parte bella però si vede appena esci dalla struttura. Bella camera, mi sono sembrati un po’ inesperti. Valutazione buona.

街外れにある景色の良いホテル

街外れにあるので、プライベート感があります。
周りに建物がないこともあり、前後に海が見えます。
テラスからは夕日を望むことができます。
私たちが利用した部屋はキッチンもついており長期滞在にも向いています。
喧騒を離れた場所が好きな方にはオススメします。

After one week in Santorini, we're sad we didn't book this amazing hotel earlier!
The room was just like the pictures, super clean and beautiful, the bed was so comfortable and the AC kept us cool all night, without making a lot of noises.
It's a perfect place for couples, 10 mins with car and you will find yourself at the Akrotiri Lighthouse and catching the most beautiful sunset.
The breakfast was basic.
Overall, worth every penny!
We are definitely going back.

Superbe vue, à l'écart du tourisme de masse

Un établissement familial, dont les chambres ont été récemment rénovées, avec une vue mer des 2 cotés de Santorin. Location de quad, sur place.
Raphael, assure l'accueil, le relationnel, les conseils, et tout cela en français si besoin.
Petit déjeuner buffet où Cathy met la main à la pâte dès le matin pour nous réaliser elle-même des petits feuilletés au fromage et/ou aux epinards.
Beaucoup de gentillesse de la part du personnel.

Une bouteille d'eau dans le frigo, et une bouilloire dans la chambre seraient un plus.
La connexion internet est parfois légère ou aléatoire, mais il est toujours possible de se rapprocher de la salle du petit déj pour pouvoir se connecter.

El Hotel es excelente, el único inconveniente es que esta al lado de la carretera, pero por la noche el tráfico es casi nulo. Sin embargo es una buena ubicación para ver esta zona de la isla: Red beach, el pueblo cercano con castillo y el aterdecer desde este lado de la isla,...

타 지역, 타 국가의 비슷한 가격대의 호텔과 비교하면 시설면에서 떨어질 수 있지만, 그럼에도 불구하고 맡은 바 최선을 다하려는 모습이 좋았습니다. 주변 환경처럼 너무 복잡스럽지 않고 여유가 넘치는 호텔이었습니다. 수영장 등의 부대시설은 없지만, 시끄러운 환경에서 벗어나 사색할 때 더욱 좋을 것 같은 호텔입니다.

Ottime stanze, ottimo personale molto gentile

Personale eccezionale, ti offrono una bevanda di benvenuto. Posto molto accogliente, camere belle graziose e pulite. Accanto alla struttura c'è un rent a bike con prezzi ottimi.
Posizione della struttura facilmente raggiungibile sia per l'aeroporto sia per tutto il resto della città e dell'isola.
Consigliabile al 100%.

Santorini in love

Abbiamo soggiornato nella struttura dal 21 al 29 luglio 2016.
La cordialità del personale ha reso la vacanza sull'isola ancora più bella! Basti pensare che siamo arrivati nella villa alle 22:40 del 21 e la proprietaria, nonostante l'orario, si è offerta di accompagnarci al ristorante per farci cenare. Ovviamente ha parlato con la proprietaria del ristorante per farci accompagnare di nuovo in albergo una volta finito di mangiare. La struttura è accogliente ed il personale molto gentile e paziente. La stanza in cui abbiamo soggiornato era nuova e molto accogliente. Ogni mattina la signora delle pulizie rassettava e puliva tutto. La colazione comprendeva molto cibi, dai tipici greci ai classici che si trovano comunemente negli alberghi. La posizione è ottima perché si trova vicino alle spiagge e vicino a Thira, la capitale.
Lo scooter o il quad sono comunque indispensabili per gli spostamenti; vicino alla struttura c'è anche chi li noleggia.
Io la consiglio vivamente anche perché dalle finestre si può godere dei famosi tramonti santoriniani!

Struttura molto carina

Struttura molto carina, a due passi attraversando la strada di ha una vista stupenda sulla caldera. Posizione comoda alle spiagge (15 minuti con motorino), comoda per arrivare a Fira!! Davanti alla struttura c'è un moto noleggio. Nulla da dire, esperienza bellissima.

Hôtel sympathique, belle vue mais au bord de la route néanmoins il y a une vue mer d un côté de l hôtel et une superbe vue côté route sur la baie. On y aperçoit toute le baie et les villes de Oia et Thera. La piscine manque car Santorin n à pas de très belle plage. Si vous séjournez dans cet hôtel il est indispensable de louer un quad ou un scooter, le fils de la propriétaire de l hôtel en loue juste à côté de celui ci. La propriétaire et son fils sont très sympathique et de bons conseils.

Basic but clean hotel

Spent a week in Santorini with my girlfriend, looked over hotels for days before settling. Were concerned about some negative reviews regarding the level of service as well as the rooms (particularly bathrooms), but those proved to be incorrect and out of date. The rooms and bathrooms have been renovated and are in good condition. Especially the bathroom was pretty cool.

+ average price, santorini seemed to be expensive in terms of accommodation
+ renovated rooms
+ Air conditioning
+ ATV rental at the same place
+ Pretty easy and fast trip to the beaches (used atv)

- Location a bit distant, but ok
- Took long time to get hot water in the mornings (faster in the evenings)
- ATV rental seemed expensive at about 45eur/day
- Breakfast very basic, very little fruit
- No pool, but beach is better anyways
- a bit of sand gets to the floor of the room from under the front door.
- bed was a bit hard, seemed to lack the soft top mattress?

all in all, it was ok but now would look elsewhere. The hotel in walking distance from nowhere, but ATV or scooter is needed in santorini no matter where you're staying.

Nice place with very nice people

I've been in this hotel in August with my Gf. Everything was fine the owner and all the staff were very very friendly. Rooms are ok , the position of the hotel is good: there's a wonderfull view of the caldera and of all the Island of Santorini just by crossing the road. Ah there'a scooter/ quads Rental just next to the hotel.

Buena opción en Santorini

Un hotel más que correcto y muy buena opción para visitar la isla de Santorini, situado cerca de la playa de Caldera y la Red Beach. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, la familia que lo dirige atentos en todo momento y dispuestos a ayudar. Tienes la posibilidad de alquilar quad o moto allí mismo. El desayuno también es suficiente con tostadas, café, zumo, yogur griego y alguna pasta. Una buena estancia.

Hyggelig familiehotel

Vi hadde 5 overnattinger på hotellet. Familiedrevet hyggelig hotell med rene og pene rom. Enkel frokost og svært hjelpsomt vertskap. For å komme til stranden er man avhengig av transport så vi leide bil under hele oppholdet. Fantastisk utsikt og solnedgang fra hotellet.
