Our Japanese guest stayed here for 2 nights and a big thank you to hotels.com and Concorde for allow cancellation with full refund on 3rd night unconditionally, due to the hotel encountered water piping problem and unable to offer hot shower and clean tap water for guest to use, although our booking term is non-refundable. This is great move to keep your customer on future bookings.

Tourism tax

The front desk only collected RM10 from me for a 2 nights stay and it has caused a lot of anxiety and embaressment for me. The next day, I had to answer a call from the front desk,and answer the door from house keeping , all keen to know how long i plan to stay although the room has been paid for 2 nights! The best part was i had to pay the remaining RM10 to 2 ladies from the front desk in my towel , as i was halfway through my shower

bad experience during breakfast whereby hotel now have lots of PRC visitors with no manners.Cant even wait till people get out of lift and suddenly rush in without waiting till passenger walk out.Breakfast was chaos as finish food was not repelnish.i even lost my tamper with staff frying egg as priority was given to PRC even i do queue for it.A chinese girl that fry egg just gave to them when they speak in their language without bothering who is in the queue first.Plzz note that other visitor also pay to hotel for stay and not just only them.We does not stay on yor hotel for free.plssss note that...be prepare for lots of visitor and not be complacent.crowd have been plan earlier and not to give excuse.

I thought I booked the excellent Kual Lumpur Concorde Hotel that I know very well.instead I was booked in a Concorde hotel 1hour outside of Kuala Lumpur in the middle of nowhere. Bathroom shabby and the staff very friendly and helpful. So it cost me a lot of money and time to go back to town.

The front desk are very accommodating which give an excellent service. I managed to stay in a room with good facing as requested . However, the condition of the shower curtain, its a bit damped and also there was an odour , something like its not fully dry. The rest are fine. Nice hotel in Shah Alam area

I stayed in this hotel as i think its one of the most decent hotel in Shah Alam area, there's a small mall at the back of it. Do not expect shopping as the items there are ideal for muslim. There's a grocery in that mall. Breakfast was good however they need to improve replenish the food and plates especially if the breakfast area will be packed. The room is spacious, the bed is nice too, they have a nice pool as well. it only takes 20 mins going to Sunway Pyramid, if going to the airport around 35 minutes only. For Shuttle service its not everyday that they have one, you better check it at the concierge

Rather old fashioned, in need of a revamp with corridors needing fresh coating, bathrooms need renewing. The tv service is very poor with many channels having a lot of “snow” and for an international hotel no modern news channels such as either cnn, bbc, sky or al jazzera. To get to local universities it takes a 15 min taxi ride.
