Quick and easy check in, villa was self contained with everything you need to cook your own meals. Villa its self felt like a hidden gem, sleeping upstairs, and relax downstairs. Good location shops very close and the beach just outside. I recommend for families, kids can hide away upstairs and adults can have the main floor to sip of a wine or two.

We stayed for two nights but I wish we could have stayed longer! The villa was very large, with a lovely open living area, large bedroom and a very comfortable bed, and a fully stocked kitchen. We only paid for a one-bed villa, but we given a unit with a second upstairs bedroom which was blocked off. The bathroom was great (powerful shower!) and the washer and dryer were a godsend two weeks into our three-week holiday. The whole complex is very walkable and we paid a short visit to the pool. Only a short walk to the beautiful beach as well. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in Busso!

Great place to stay in Busselton with everything you could possibly want. Unit was spacious & reasonably modern. Includes dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, full fridge, oven, cooktop, microwave- was a full home away from home.
Was in a stand-alone unit which was great (they aren’t all but most are). Clean & comfortable- the bed was short sheeted but other than that, no issues.
Upstairs was a space with two beds suitable for kids, but not for younger children as the stairs were a little steep. The bathroom was also on the ground floor so they would have to be able to manage stairs etc for that.
Did seem perfectly set up for families with pool, tennis etc available onsite. All foxtel channels available as well.
Parking allocated for each unit & east to access. Stay was easy & enjoyable & just a short stroll to the beach at the end of the road also. Close to the heart of town without being in the middle of it.

A small resort with a pool, spa, barbecue facilities and tennis court. Could be a little noisy as only one of the above facilities and everyone in the same space. Our unit was not right near facilities, so not as bad for other visitors noise. Units also quite close together so sound travelled. Close to the beach, but it is down the road to walk, so not right on the beach. Could maybe walk to the petrol station around the corner, but no real walkable shops close by. It however was a short drive to shops, tourist things etc in Busselton, and Dunsbourgh not too far a drive away either. The staff at the resort were lovely and it is the only place I have stayed with enough consumables left in the units. There was a bottle of dishwashing detergent (rather than a token one or 2 sachets), enough dishwasher tablets to use the dishwasher 3 times a day if we wanted and sachets of clothes washing powder to wash clothes at least ever day. There were also plenty of extra blankets if needed. The apartment was good with everything you could need. It had a full kitchen with plenty of dishes, bowls etc. The lounge and dining areas were food with access to Netflix as well as in house foxtel chanels. The second bedroom more of a loft, so if you have children maybe not the easiest to enjoy the downstairs to yourself after putting the children to bed. It did however have a TV in the main bedroom and second bedroom. Loved the french bakery visit on the weekends

It could cater for 8 people, had a workable kitchen and the staff were brilliant. Staff always friendly and accommodating. They even sorted out missing crockery for the Villa and sorted out a problem on the first day.
Only issue is that the table that was put in the Villa was very small to cater for 8 people and the chairs were a little comfortable. The sofa bed was not straight when pulled out but I suppose thats what happens when it is a sofa bed. Other issue there is no light for the outside courtyard so it was difficult to have dinner or have a coffee in the evening. The pool facilities and spa were good but a bit small for a big resort. We loved the fact we can book the spa for a period and again the staff were exceptional when we had to book a longer stay in the spa. The highlight of our stay was the tennis courts. The Court surface is the best that we have been to and the fact you can book slots and play until 9 pm. We were very impressed.

We stayed for 2 nights,at reception Susan was very accommodating in changing to a villa more suitable for my family of 3 adults and 1 infant.
The villa is very spacious with clean bathroom and amenities.
Dedicated parking is available right in front of Villa.
The pool and spa were very well maintained.
Fully kitted kitchen meant we could cook a few meals.
This is my family fav stay at Busselton, will come back for sure.

We are a group of 6 adults and have booked a 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms villa for 3 nights. We were shocked to find out the so called 3rd bedroom is an open area on the second floor right outside the 2nd room. This happened to us the second time in this trip. We spoke to the lady in the reception and she explained to us that this type of room settings are common in WA. We were so frustrated and desperate to find an option for everyone in the group to have some privacy. The hotel staff was so kind to offer us a 2 bedroom villa at a discounted price and she also reduced the room rate of our existing villa. We end up have 2 villas for the group. Although we have to pay more in total but everyone is happy. We really appreciate the attitude of the hotel staff and will stay there again if we are in this area.

We liked that the staff on reception were friendly and helpful. The bed linen was exceptional as were the towels.
We didn't like that the room was really dusty and had cobwebs everywhere and needed a good clean before our arrival, the nightly rate was excessive considering the age of the resort. No smart TV, Hairdryer on wall couldn't be used as it didn't reach the power point. The vertical blinds were so old the stitching was coming apart, they didn't close properly and weren't block out so let the sun and heat in. The pool was small and not enough chairs around it. Spa is not private, The gardens were in good need of weeding.

Pretty dated apartment but great location.

Very friendly staff and quick check-in. The apartment was spacious but felt dated. Couches were pretty worn out and say was were the beds. Kitchen utensils were used up. Most glasses were made of plastic. Excellent location though a quick walk to the beach. If the apartment would be better maintained we'd be coming back but for now we'll be looking for alternatives in that price category.
