Adequate hot water in sink. Shower had almost no pressure or ability to get water past warm. WiFi good. A few OK restaurants less than 100 yards away.. AC worked fine. Only English TV was CNN (communist news network) and Warner Bros. Immediately adjacent to a Diving-Indo, the reason we stayed there. Several other SCUBA shops super close. -NOT a place for luxury, but adequate if you. want is a bed and don't care about any attractions nearby.

Everything was pretty excellent about my stay. The service is exceptional and the unit had all the extra amenities i wanted to feel super comfortable. I felt like i had my own studio apartment and couldve easily stayed there for weeks! The only improvements that could be made- water gets warm but not really HOT, but its definately managable. Also I was in the corner room so internet was occasionally spotty....but sim cards are so cheap here it really doesnt matter. Book this place and you wont be disappointed!

Basic but ok hotel

We stayed here 3 days.Was ok for what we wanted and in a good position . The beds were clean and comfortable.The staff were ok ,did what we asked..Arranged the airport shuttle for our night flight ..Close to beach and Circle K.for drinks etc..The pool was clean ,we didn't use it but other guests enjoyed it.

Clean, smart, right by the road so can be noisy

Small but new and clean close to the beach

Small but tidy and clean. Couple blocks back from the beach and expensive resorts. Easily accessible to beach. Nice to support a smaller local hotel.

All good , nice staff , nice guest house. Probably a place to spend 5 nights max but for the price is really good. Want 5 star , pay 5 star . This earns a solid 3 star with 4 star touches.

Great Pool and relaxing place to stay

We found this little gem when we got to Sanur and needed to move from our original hotel as it was full. It came recommended and they were right. If you are downstairs it feels like your own private pool, air con was excellent, close to restaraunts, and only a short walk to the beach (torch needed at night). Left feeling very relaxed and the staff are super helpful.

quick over night stay

We booked for an overnight stay to avoid the bussle of kuta. This place was fine for our purpose and was only a short trip from the airport. Airport shuttle pickup was great and driver was very friendly.

Smaller, budget hotel

We checked into the Guest House for 2 nights. We arrived before check in time, but our room was ready and the friendly staff showed us straight to it. There are only 10 rooms, over 2 floors. All have balconies. Ground floor rooms open onto the pool area. Smallish pool, but nice for a cool off. Our room was spacious. Reasonable price for the area, which included breakfast, which you could have by the pool or brought to your room. Our room was on the top floor and closest to the road, so there was some traffic noise, but it settled by sleep time.
Comfy bed, but only indonesian channels on tv. Wifi not bad closer or on the balcony if you wanted to FaceTime/skype, ok in room if you were just doing basic searching.
Laundry and restaurant just next door where good. Hotel staff where good with knowledge of the area, and could book tours, scooters, pushbikes, cars, etc for you. About 700mtrs to beach and main street, but there are some short cuts to take if you have a wander.
Overall, was an ok stay for the money.

So much potential but doesn't make the grade!

Guesthouse is well located (although difficult to find as street numbers aren't in order!). About 20-25 minute walk to the beach but quick on a scooter. The best thing about this place are the staff who are friendly and do their best to help even if sometimes their English is weak. However, the pictures on Expedia show the place clearly in its best condition when it was new. The place has potential but the maintenance hasn't been kept up. The bed was very squeaky, think something was broken underneath, and the bathroom was not nice. There were ants crawling all over(conveniently the staff leave a huge bottle of bug killer). The air con is good but the TV has only one channel on and it was very weak signal - not worth having! The internet was also weak, no signal in room (though we were at the end) and the breakfast was okay - but could have been a lot better! Overall, only stay if it's the best you can get for your money!

Value for money hotel

We had the pleasure of staying at the Puri Sindhu Mertha Suites for a week over Xmas. The location is not great but nothing is far away by taxi. The rooms were surprising clean and modern. The staff are friendly and any problems were fixed immediately ( ie fridge not getting cold enough) I would recommend that you ask to not be put in the front rooms as they have any open shower so the noise from the street does come through. There is no restaurant here but there is a great little Warung across the road that serves very fresh food. The staff make the breakfast which though only small serves is good with the best Nasi Goreng that we have eaten in Bali and we have eaten a lot of them in Bali ( they also do eggs/toast etc if you ask them to) The staff even had a floral arrangement delivered to me for my birthday

Unmaintained guest house

Swimming pool not useable because of strong chemicals.
Another guest mentioned that before we arrived swimming pool was too dirty to use, and staff attempted a clean with too much chemicals.
Bathroom shower curtain was putrid.
Lack of maintenance and service really let down what could be a nice boutique guest house.
Breakfast very unremarkable and lack of choice.

Bonjour nous avons choisi au hasard cette hotel pour notre arrivée à Bali nous avons été très satisfait de notre petit séjour l'accueil est chaleureux les chambres sans trop de prétention sont parfaites vous êtes à une dizaine de minutes à pied des plages de sanur et surtout tout à côté de l'hôtel vous avez des magasins de proximité...change, market , pharmacie etc je recommande bonne vacances

プールダイレクトの部屋でした

シャワーの水量がかなり少なく流すのに時間がかかります。ノズルを上向きにすると10センチ程度しか水が上がりません。
朝食は10種類程度のメニューから選択し、スタッフが調理してくれプールサイドのテーブルで食べます。味は普通においしいです。調理時間が10分程度かかります。
近くにコンビニやレストランもありました。
プールも利用しましたが、こじんまりとしています。昼間はわかりませんがあまり日光は当たらないようです。
冷蔵庫付きでこの価格であれば十分だと思います。

Pěkný hotel s menším bazénem

Příjemný hotel s hezkou terasou, ale trochu menším bazénem. Velmi ochotný personál. Snídaně jsou skromnější, ale za to s možností doručení na pokoj :-)
