The property is a chic sophisticated hotel that is amazingly overlooking Lama Monachile. Beautiful rooms with an amazing breakfast and staff! Leah and Eleanor are beautiful inside and out and so helpful! I highly recommend, I stayed an extra day and upgraded the room with a terrace! Spectacular!!!

We had a beautiful suite with a wonderfully comfortable mattress, and couch. There was a direct and great view of the beach, located in the historic part of the city. the staff was accommodating, and made you feel like family. The included breakfast was acceptable. My one suggestion for improvement would be to have counter space for toiletries and storage space for unpacking your suitcase. Otherwise near perfection.

Truly the best stay for our honeymoon! The service was 10/10, room was spotless, rooftop patio is the best view in the town and delicious breakfast with GF options. We only wish we could have stayed longer!!

The room was great! We did not have a view of the sea but it was fantastic. Modesto was great in helping with our bags and car. If you are brining a car they have a private parking lot very close by. We loved our server at breakfast too!

Very nice boutique hotel, the only issue is the spiral staircase, it is very difficult for older people to come up and down. I think they should warn people before they choose this hotel.

We had the most incredible stay at San Michele Suites. This place is not to be missed, it may be the most charming and beautiful place I have ever stayed. Most beautiful view from our suite right over the Lama Monachile, the most incredible staff with amazing service. The staff went out of their way to make me comfortable when I was sick and they went above and beyond to have dry cleaning done on short notice. Cannot give a higher rating.

The hotel is located at the historic city of Polignano a Mare next to Cala Ponto Beach. The ocean and beach views from the suite were outstanding. Incredible Puglia Experience

The experience with San Michele Suite was incredible from beginning to end. We were met upon arrival to the city by reception who took us to our suite. She explained everything we needed to know for our stay.

We had the suite with the balcony and sea view. It was spotless, nice and bright and the view and experience from the balcony cannot be beat. If you are on the fence about spending this much on a room, I assure you it is worth it. Nothing compares with having the door open and hearing those waves crash from your bed.

When I tell you the service is excellent, they aren’t messing around. There were 3 people bringing trays of food, pastries, juices, cappuccinos and whatever you wanted every morning. I requested a ham and cheese crepe for my breakfasts and even though it’s not on the menu, it was prepared for me. And their staff assisted with dinner reservations and anything else we needed ahead of our stay. They remained in contact whenever we had questions.

If we make it back to Polignano a Mare, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. We looked at some of the rooms in the main building that had the sea view and they were stunning as well. Thank you San Michele Suite for being our favorite hotel so far in Italy, and we have been all over the country.

Most amazing place to stay! We had the one of the sea view rooms and it was a dream to fall asleep with the windows open listening to the waves. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was the icing on the cake. Marika made our stay a breeze!

I loved this property, the staff were exceptional in every way, they put attention and detail in what they did. The rooms are great my only complaint would be don't take the bottom room facing the street. They did lovely drinks upstairs and breakfast was the best we have had on our journey. The staff (Serena, Marika, Maria, Palma, Valerina, and Natale) were efficient, kind, cheerful, loving, delightful, helpful, and anything else that is wonderful. The rooms are beautiful. We had ocean views that are spectacular. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast and afternoon prosecco are on the rooftop with a magnificent panorama. The breakfast is plentiful and varied - pastries, eggs, meat, fruit, juice, rolls, cappuccini, coffee, etc. The location is right in the heart of the historic center with the beach close by. Indeed our room has a view of the beach.

This family owned and operated boutique hotel is top notch. Location is excellent and the views of the coast are spectacular. The staff make this hotel worth the stay. They truly went above and beyond our expectations. A fabulous detailed concierge service met our every possible need. From facilitating boat tours, providing excellent restaurant recommendations, ensuring reservations and even including free rickshaw rides to all our engagements. We had absolutely no worries with our rental car. The hotel made sure our car was ready for us at anytime we needed it. The rooms are comfortable, elegantly decorated and very clean.

San Michele Suites is effortlessly charming. The location is spectacular, with pristine, beautifully scented suites that literally hover over the sea, offering breathtaking views. Everything was absolutely immaculate.
What truly sets this place apart, however, is the staff. They managed to turn an already stunning trip into a complete fairytale.
A special, massive thank you to Valentine, who genuinely looked after us with an unmatched level of care. She picked us up outside the historic center where our driver left us, arranged an incredible boat tour in less than two hours, organized our port transfers, and gave us flawless restaurant recommendations. To top it off, she invited us for a fantastic aperitivo, and on our departure day, she not only walked us and our luggage back to our driver but also prepared a cinematic, picture-perfect breakfast to go.
We also must highlight the immense kindness of Nicole, Valerie, and the wonderful kitchen and housekeeping team. Everyone was incredibly attentive and warm.
Polignano a Mare is breathtaking, but the team at San Michele Suites made it unforgettable. Thank you so much for everything!…

Localização incrível dentro do centro histórico, perto de tudo , para quem vai de carro tem um estacionamento do hotel próximo do centro histórico , em que eles te orientam e te ajudam com as malas, oferecendo todo o serviço de um hotel 5 estrelas.Ficamos num quarto com vista para a praia , foi maravilhoso acordar com a vista da praia !A equipe do hotel extremamente simpática, educada e muito atenciosa! Tem um rooftoop muito agradável!
