This was my second time staying here. As long as you stay here understanding that the rooms are SMALL, even by Japanese standards, you'll be fine. The location is really convenient. The lounge/library that's open until late night is nice to hang out at.

Excellent value for the price! Room was adequate, there was even a good medium sized desk. Breakfast was fine with decent options. On-site laundry available and worked well, with washer with automatic detergent dispensing so no need to buy elsewhere. Both washer and dryer could be paid with coins (only 100 yen coins though) or could be paid through mobile app (AQ-connect app and pay with credit card) via scanning the QR codes on the machines.
Location of hotel is a bit far from Hiroshima Station (40 min walk) but is easily accessible with options like tram/streetcar or buses. Otherwise location is good for tourism purposes.

Clean room, very polite and helpful staff, on the Main Street close to public transportation and convenience stores. The room is very tiny and there wasn't enough space to fully open my luggage, and the breakfast/mornings hours do get busy in the hallways and crowd the two elevators - so expect slightly longer waiting times for the elevators then. But overall a fantastic stay!

Our room was so tiny and had lots of stains on the wall. The free breakfast is a nice perk but the line for food was ridiculous. Also seating was very limited. We ended up buying food at Lawsons since the line was at the elevators. The staff were very nice and made check in easy. Location wise its close to all the major sites.

Free breakfast was nice! Had a bad experience where someone took our still wet clothes out of the dryer and brought it to the front desk. Was very upset about that and the dryer had only been “done” for 2 minutes (the time it took to get down to the laundry room) the elevators are very slow. I wouldn’t recommend washing your clothes here, if you’re drying it probably will take 5 dryer rotations to fully dry. Good location though.

Unfortunately we were unable to enjoy the breakfast service as both of us got a gastric bug while travelling. The staff were great at accommodating our situation, and even rang ahead to the emergency hospital to check the waiting time, when we thought one of us may need medical intervention, along with the same night attendee checking in to see how we were each evening. However when we asked for a late checkout on the morning of our departure we were asked to pay for the extra hour, disappointing customer service given we hadn’t eaten any of their free breakfast menu over our four night stay.

Very very friendly staff. Breakfast was decent and the common sitting area was nice with free coffee etc.

The bedroom was decent sized for the price and location. Good bathroom. Slight musty smell probably because of some damp, but this was overcome by the air purifier in the room.

Some great eats nearby. Would recommend.

Very old hotel with only two working elevators for 14 floors of guestrooms.Rooms are extremely dated and tiny, even for Japanese business hotel standards. We are average size Japanese people but were still bumping into the sink and toilet in the tiny bathroom. I would not recommend for average sized American people. Free buffet breakfast was nice, but very average. Location was good. Hiroden streetcar stop right nearby, as well as Nakau, an inexpensive, but tasty fast food restaurant. Medium walking distance to atomic bomb museum and close to Hondori shopping area.

My mattress was very obviously worn out by everybody sleeping in the same spot and caused me back pain. It should be replaced. My pillow was also uncomfortable.

The property was so modern and clean and the staff were incredibly kind. The breakfast was delicious as well! We stayed here one night after catching the ferry from Kagoshima. The room was standard but very comfortable. The amenities are mostly not accessible currently due to renovations but we had a big breakfast which was ¥3000 each. We ended up ordering uber eats for dinner. The check in attendant tried to sell me 3 different upgrades, ¥20000 for upgrade to top floor ,¥25000 for upgrade to top floor with breakfast included and ¥2000 extra for a separate shower and bath, I just wanted to check in and relax!

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The room was small but worked fine for a family of 4. We were worried the beds were going to be too small to sleep comfortably but they were an XL twin and comfortably slept an adult and child in each bed. This hotel was close to dining options, was in a safe area and the best part it was in walking distance to the Peace Museum. Also was right on the streetcar line which made getting to the train station easy. Hiroshima is a beautiful city.

The hotel is situated in a great location for seeing the sites-particularly, The Memorial Peace Park and Museum.
Lots of transport and meal options within walking distance and convenience store next door for lunch and dinner options.

Whilst being an older hotel,the staff make it memorable and its definitely clean and tiny with good facilities.

Great hotel only 8 minutes walk from the peace park with everything you will want to see like the museum, eternal flame and the atomic dome. Also you can get the boat to miyajima next to the dome and a little further to the castle.

Just a 5 minute uber ride to the eating and drinking area (£5:50) and about the same to the bus/train station where the airport limousine drops you off.

Bit of a detailed review, but everything I want to now when looking for a hotel.
