The hotel was well located in Hiroshima, with easy access to public transit and major sights. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout the stay. The complimentary breakfast and amenities were a nice bonus and added good value. While the room was compact, it was perfectly adequate for a few nights and provided a pleasant, hassle free stay overall.

Great large room (for Japan) and a huge bed. The people who cleaned every day did a great job I always felt like I came back to a spotless room every single day. As far as the stay everything was great. The area is perfect very short walk to the park, honoring street, the dome, and right in front of a street car station. If all you want is a clean convenient place for a good price this is it.

Now for my complaints in case any of this is important to you.

Breakfast I only tried once. It was ok, pretty standard hotel breakfast I think. The coffee was from a machine and honestly very bad. Variety was fine, it was all fine but too expensive for what it was. Not an issue for most people though as there's conviene stores right outside and short walk to tons of restaurants.

View was nonexistent. Big huge window that showed me the blank wall of the building next to us.

The bath was tiny but busy. It's not bad per say but it definitely is not great. Do not come here for the laundry or bath because they can get so busy they're basically unusable.

Come here for the convinience, big rooms, and cheap price.

Avoid if you want a great breakfast or bath.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel as the location was so convenient for the peace park and bomb museum.
The room was clean and tidy but there was quite a step up to the bathroom which could be difficult for some. Also the room we had was close to the lift shaft so was quite noisy. Overall we would stay here again

Very clean room and very convenient location. Streetcars and buses at the doorstep. About 10 minutes from the Astramline train which connects to a JR station (one stop from Hiroshima main JR station). Trains are so good in Japan so if you don’t mind switching trains couple times, this is excellently connected. Loved it here.

The room whilst small had everything you need and the staff were very helpful.
It’s in a great location, a short walk to the Peace Park and down town. There are plenty of good eateries and convenience stores nearby. There’s a street car stop 20meters from the door.
We enjoyed the Onsen and used the laundry which was a reasonably priced.
Breakfast had a good choice and we loved the Happy Hour drink on the evening.

Older hotel with very small rooms, even by Japan standards. 2 rooms we booked had black mold in bathrooms. There is no seal between tub and shower wall, making for a very easy mold trap.
Staff did their best and did move us to new rooms.

The hotel felt a bit old, there were lots of scuffs and marks around the room. The room was small, and the awkward position of the bathroom made it difficult to use what space there was. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety, but the coffee was only ok. There were free drinks in the evening, but you weren't allowed to sit downstairs to drink them, instead having to take them back to the room. The price was very reasonable so the hotel was excellent value for a short trip, but I wouldn't stay here for more than a couple of nights.

This is a decent hotel, on a tram line, conveniently located to many of the sites of Hiroshima. Staff were friendly and helpful and will help with receiving your luggage if you decide to forward it to the hotel. Rooms are clean but very small, by far the smallest room we encountered in Japan. The beds were hard as rocks, very low to the ground, and the mattresses slid around on their bases. There is a step up into the unit bathroom that made going to the bathroom at night treacherous, and the slight step up to get out of the bathroom made getting out even more annoying. Breakfast is a decent mix of Japanese and Western options, and varies a bit from one day to the next.

Really great hotel. Location is superb for visiting sights. A few tram stops away from train station, clean, nice, with onsen. The mattress was rather hard, which I like.
Cons: Breakfast was not worth it in my opinion, also the cooling system was quite loud in the room.
Still definitely worth the price.

The only negative wasn’t had a dirty pillowcase that had a big red stain of make up or blood. I was disappointed because I used that pillow the first night. But they changed it right after I told them.

Very clean and everything is new. Good location. I spent almost one hour in the massage chair. A little complimentary drinks on the 1st floor was nice. Although I did not have a chance to use it, they have a service to keep the luggages for a while after checking out. Staff was very nice, communicative and helpful. If I will have another chance to come back to Hiroshima, I would like to stay in this hotel again.

Room is lovely and like all hotels/hostels in Japan amenities such as shampoo etc are provided. There is also a coin laundry which is handy if you are travelling between cities on your Japan trip. I spent only two nights in Hiroshima and I wish I could stay longer, it’s a wonderful city and a real highlight of my tour across Japan. The hotel is located in the perfect spot to explore the city, take a boat to Miyajima, the castle and the peace memorial park and museum. The hotel was great, the room was bigger than most others I’ve staying in so far. The bed was a little too stiff, but that wasn’t a big problem. The only real complaint is that they have music playing in the hallway, and I’d rather they didn’t, as it starts very early in the morning and plays late into the night (it may be 24 hours, I dunno) and it made it a little hard to fall asleep. It’s not loud, but it’s loud enough to always hear a little.

Got the \"King\" bed room which is really two twins pushed together with another layer on top but didn't really matter to us. Clean, had the proper amenities. Only thing I didn't like was the bathroom had a huge step, almost a foot off the ground. Definitely could be dangerous in the middle of the night. Breakfast had a LOT of good options I couldn't even try everything. They even had unagi rice. Coffee machine was unfortunately broken but they fixed it by the time breakfast was finished. They also had free pour drinks during happy hour but you're limited to just one.

Walking distance to the Hiroshima peace park and the bus/tram stations are also right outside.

The staff were also kind enough to let us leave our bags there a few days ahead of check in while we did a separate leg of our trip which was really nice!

Had a great stay. The area surrounding the hotel has a lot to offer and is less than a 10 minute walk from the Peace Memorial Museum. The onsen is a great way to relax at the end of the day. Our only feedback was that we had to use the dryer multiple times in order for our clothes to be dry. Doing laundry took a very long time.

We stayed just one night on a side trip to Hiroshima from Osaka. The hotel was very modestly priced and perfect for our needs. Friendly staff, pleasant and clean rooms, and all the amenities needed for a short stay. Very close to Peace Park, transport and shopping.

Everything is really good about this hotel = location, cleanliness, safe and quiet, room has everything you need including hairdryer, mini fridge, kettle.. but the TV cannot play USB even though theres a USB port and the common area is very small. The chairs are packed away so you cannot sit in the area at all, if you grab a drink from happy hour 6pm to 8pm, you need to go to your room to enjoy. Other hotels with happy hour, allow you to sit in the dining area to enjoy your drink and eat your dinner or snacks. Nevertheless, it was a pleasant stay but I would choose a different hotel if I come back to Hiroshima.

Nice and convenient hotel to stay in Hiroshima

Great location, right next to street car station and made taking public transport even to Miyajima Island very convenient. Although I drove a rental car, I found travelling around Hiroshima easier with street car or walk. Parking at hotel is not cheap (1500 Yen per day) - that was the negative about this hotel. Otherwise I was quite happy with my stay.

Had a great stay at this hotel. The facilities are clean and staff welcoming.
The rooms are standard with a bed, TV, table and bathroom. The bathrooms have quite a high step to get into but we had no trouble with this.
The onsen on the second floor was a nice to have, it is small but quiet and tattoo friendly.
The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of options though there can be queues for entry around 8am so give yourself plenty of time or head down early.
The “happy hour” was a nice touch, guests can help themselves to a free drink between 6-8pm and had a wide selection. Unfortunately a large tour group ignored the 1 drink rule and depleted the selection one of the nights.

The hotel is within a short walking distance of the peace memorial park, museum and dome. There is a tram station straight outside the front doors for easy transit around the city.

It is a hotel providing simple and basic facilities for a night or few nights stay. The rooms are clean and size is good enough for 2 persons to move around. Welcome drinks are provided at the lobby for 2 hours. There are few carpark lots and more lots are available across the road for ¥1000 for parking overnight.

Walkable to the Peace Memorial Museum. With the streetcar (tram) 1 min walk away, it was easy enough to get to a JR station. The buffet breakfast was amazing. They served unagi (smoked eel) on both mornings we were there and many other traditional Japanese side dishes like burdock, which we were glad to be able to try. There were also western breakfast options available. A complimentary happy hour free alcoholic drink in the evenings was also appreciated by us. The room was a bit cramped compared to other hotels, but I’ll stay here again because of their excellent breakfast and location.

Stayed here as part of my solo trip to Japan to treat myself to a nicer bed and my own shower/ toilet. Rooms nice shower is good staff amazing check inn and out machine microwave on my floor I assume everyone has one laundry services available too . The hotel Is next door too a Lawson store a family Mart and 7 eleven Nearby in addition a street car station too which makes it very convenient. The only issues I had were that I could hear corridors music playing at night other than that good stay

They initially sent me to an unavailable room. The new room was clean, but the window view was terrible (i.e. literally facing the side of another building). The window itself wouldn’t close all the way, so I either had to keep the heater on at all times or let my room quickly freeze. The staff are kind and let you store your bags before the check-in time.

Hotel room was clean, stayed for 2 nights, unfortunately what ruined our stay was, our neighbors let their kids play, scream and run around the hallway both nights. They bang their door so loud multiple times. Had to tell them to keep it down but didnt really stop... so they have thin walls... however other than that, I would like to say a huge thank you to the front desk guy who assisted us on our check out. His englishwas limited but was very kind and amazing!!! He helped us with sending my luggage and even called a cab for us. Great customer service from that gentleman. :)
