Ideal place for families, we enjoyed our unit with the bunk beds and relative quiet in a central location. Highly recommend reserving breakfast ! It was delicious food at a reasonable price (we had choice of savoury sweet crepes, variety of brunch side dishes). Walkable to Peace park and Hiroshima palace. Quality coffee shop in lobby is a plus too

this hotel was exactly as pictured! it was a great spot for us while we explored Hiroshima and the surrounding area. easy access to the JR lines via the street cars, and walking distance to so much. the room and lobby were clean, well equipped, and the staff was great! they held our luggage when we arrived before our room was ready and brought it up to our room for us so it was there when we returned to check in!

The location is very convenient, right in tge heart of downtown and within walking distance of the Peace Park.

The hotel certainly has its own unique charm, especially the 3rd floor lounge bulit in a former swimming pool. You could go there and hangout or order some drinks, but i think the food options were limited.

Our room was clean comfy and on the small side, as expected for Japan. The staff was friendly, helpful, and spoke English fluently.

Very beautiful hotel, the room was comfy. The common \"living\" area was nice to enjoy some drinks and the kitchen was convenient. Hotel is well located, close to tram stops and an easy walk to the Peace Memorial.
I especially loved the art works from local artist shunshun displayed in the hotel.

A modern property with a lovely lounge, useful laundry area and spotless kitchen.
It was useful to have a double sink and separate shower and toilet as it allowed us to all get ready at the same time.
The lounge area was great as it allowed us to wind down by playing card game or have a drink outside of our room. The coffee shop in the reception area was an added bonus.
I would recommend KIRO Hiroshima and would happily book again

Kori is a spotless, convenient, quiet hotel that is close to restaurants small (better) and large, great shopping, and a short cab ride away from the train station. The staff is fantastic, the rooms are large. A definite consideration for a stay in Hiroshima.
The Peace Memorial and Museum are a good trolley ways away (refer to Google Maps), there is a great small, local restaurant two/three doors from Kiro, more restaurants and serious undercover shopping within walking distance, and oyster places all over the place.

So so. Slick, smooth, clean, pleasing to the eye and modern. We are family of four. We were in a Moderate room, just too small for a family of four, minimalist design, no bench space. Western style breakfasts are close to non existent in Japan, this had the best we had in Japan, also the most expensive meal we had. You can get a good coffee in reception too. Suits singles, couples.

A groovy hotel in a great location. We loved the atmosphere and the lovely bar. The coffee by reception was great too. A very walkable location close to lovely shops and restaurants and peace park. The room (Queen moderate) had the bed pushed against the wall on one side which was not ideal. The room itself was furnished beautifully. It was very noisy from traffic during the night though. A parking garage is opposite and loud cars and motorcycles were audible all night.

Really enjoyed our stay here, right in the middle of everything you want in Hiroshima. The hotel is very cute and boutique feeling. GO TO THE BAR \"Poolside\", we went twice in a night and it was empty and it has top notch atmosphere. Lastly the manager was super nice and very helpful with everything from luggage forwarding to running us umbrellas when he saw us leaving in some light rain.

Great Aesthetic, friendly staff and great location

Great hotel based in the centre of Hiroshima. It was within walking of some great eateries and the peace garden and castle are only 10-15 min walk away. The interior is great and the Poolside bar / breakfast (no actual pool) was a unique experience. Staff were also very friendly and the room was laid out well and the wet room/ bath was a big plus. Definitely worth a stay if your visiting Hiroshima.

I was not impressed by this hotel. It felt more like a hostel than a hotel, with bunk beds in the room. I also didn't like the alley where the hotel was located, as it felt a bit dark and unsafe. Cleanliness was also the worst I've experienced in Japan (though still not bad) with some random stains on the furniture, which itself seemed a bit dated. However, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and I found the availability of a shared kitchen very convenient, especially because breakfast was just absolutely the worst (a pancake with cheesy eggs and ice cold orange juice). Transportation was about a 10-15 minute walk, so the location was OK.

The hotel is centrally located. The loft in the room is made out of cheap wood and the beds are very firm. Plus, there were long hairs in the bed and bathroom (we both have short hair). The staff is very nice however

Unfortunately this doesn’t equate to quality.
Beds and pillows have been the worst I’ve experienced in Japan. Like sleeping on concrete along with the pillow.

We loved this hotel! The location was fantastic, with great food and shopping options around the corner, and quite central to attractions. We couldn't walk to the hotel from Hiroshima station with our suitcases, but a taxi was only about Y1500, and once we were settled everything was accessible on foot.
Our room was beautiful, very quiet, and had a good amount of floor space (in Japanese terms). The bathroom was also spacious and had a good sized bath and shower. We appreciated the ammenities bar in the lobby, where we could access whatever we needed - very eco-friendly by reducing unneeded waste.
The hotel staff were welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. We appreciated their English skills in helping us settle in and access the local area with tips and ideas. We didn't try the breakfast, but the Poolside bar was beautiful and full of sunshine. The communal kitchen was available and never seemed busy. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends visiting Hiroshima.

Cool industrial theme hotel

Family of 4 with 2 young kids and had a great stay. Room was small but “enlarged” with the loft bunk bed for 2. The google map tag seems to be tagged to the hospital which caused a confusion for us. It is just beside the craft beer bar and a tan tan men shop. Located close to amenities and eateries though slightly dinghy behind the main chuo dori street. A cool industrial themed hotel.

A great stay in Hiroshima

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s a great concept- very modern. They have a shared kitchen where you can actually prepare something for yourself. It’s a pretty quick (10 min) walk to Peace Plaza.

The breakfast was excellent! Our room was pretty spacious (we were in one of the rooms with the extra bed). Bathroom and amenities were nice. Wifi strong. Coffee shop downstairs and craft beer place next door. Plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from.

Note Google Maps didn’t have the location exactly right but we found our way there- perhaps management can work with google maps to correct this.

This bright, modern hotel is in the perfect location in Hiroshima.
Located barely 30 seconds from Okonomimura (via the back entrance), we ate dinner on a different floor here each night. Hondori isn't far off either, providing a lot of shopping and dining, and an easy path straight to the Peace Park and Atomic Bomb Dome. Just down the street is Fukuromachi Park where, in November, the Grand Inoko Matsuri is held - suspending a large boulder from 88 bamboo poles.
The hotel itself was very clean. The rooms were compact, but well organized and never felt cramped. Great bathroom as well! The laundry facilities were also convenient. There is also a large communal kitchen and workspace that I wish we had taken advantage of sooner. The staff were all very friendly throughout our stay.
I very much recommend staying here!

Absolutely loved our stay here! The hotel was super central to all the sites and eating places. The rooms were super modern, extremely clean and well stocked with amenities. It’s a brand new, modern looking hotel.
There’s a shared kitchen where you can sit, cook food, work on your laptop etc.
The internet connection is fast and the best part is the location!!
It’s right in the middle of the city centre, surrounded with plenty or restaurants and shops in just 1 minute walk.
The only downside is that they don’t have a smoking room so if you want to go out and have a cigarette, you’ll need to cross the road and walk around 5 minutes to get to a smoking area.
The beds are really comfortable!!

This was an immaculate hotel with helpful staff. We got the bunkbed room and it was nice to use the third bed as a sofa. There is useful visitor information at the table in the back of the lobby. The bar upstairs is lovely and a great place to read although their drink selections for us were limited to vodka/shochu infusions and asahi or corona on tap.

This property was a welcoming surprise. It was new and in a great area, walking distance to so much.

The staff were so accommodating and the overall accommodation was spacious and had a welcoming feel, with a funky coffee brewing bar in the lobby and a cool bar on the third floor (family friendly), where you could relax over a drink or not and options of books on display.

Family friendly option and definitely on our list for our next visit to Hiroshima. Thank you
