Perfect hotel - cannot find a single complaint. Great location, exceptionally clean room, comfortable beds, well thought of furnishings, powerful shower.

I left the Do Not Disturb sign on the door one day and came back to a bag of fresh towels, slippers and a toothbrush.

I absolutely love it it's been the best home away from home, the staff are all so very nice and it's nice having laundry machines not having to travel for doing laundry.... I've been here going on 3 months now and haven't had one complaint.... all in all I absolutely love it here and will continue staying here anytime I'm in this area ❤️

First time staying in this Hotel on out trups to Japan and we were not disappointed. Itnis located in a very convenient area for food, shopping as well as only a 15 minute or so walk to the Peace Memorial park. The hotel staff were awesome. The rooms were beautiful as well. We have no complaints at all! We will be back on our next trip to Hiroshima

This hotel was conveniently located within Hiroshima along a main corridor so it was really easy to get around but still very quiet. My only complaint was the room we were in the AC sits above one of the twin beds and it was leaking water directly onto the bed all night. Staff were lovely and professional.

The rooms were great! The only thing was the tub wasn't attached to the wall so when I went to sit on it it wasn't stable!

Fantastic hotel in a great spot, the staff were very friendly and accommodating and the included breakfast breads and coffee were a nice touch. The room was small but layout was good and very functional. In terms of location, great food and bars right near the hotel and the streetcar to Hiroshima station is right outside (or 10-15min walk to the station itself). Highly recommend staying here.

We booked the hotel based on past Expedia reviews. Overall the hotel was ok, the rooms were a little jaded and reflected high usage. Carpets in the room and corridors looked stained and visually worn. It was satisfactory overall but I wouldn’t rate it as very good, or excellent, as per other reviews.

The room is clean and the staff are friendly.
My only criticism are the pillows. You get a choice of a flat pillow that offers no support or a pillow that is so hard, you get a sore head and neck.
If those were better, the whole experience would have got 5 stars.

We loved the luxury of UberEats on the first night and then we ate at a fantastic traditional restaurant 'Your' right across the road where we got to sample Hiroshima's okonomiyaki. The lovely chef cooks your meal in front of you on the iron plate. A special memory for us!

For location it is 6-star!

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Hotel Nest in Hatchobori, Hiroshima. The location is absolutely perfect for tourists—most major attractions are within easy reach. What makes it even more convenient is that Tram #2 stops right in front of the hotel, providing direct access to both Hiroshima Station and the ferry to Miyajima Island, as well as the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum.

The hotel is also just a short walk from a large shopping complex, and there’s a 7-Eleven barely 50 feet away for all your quick needs. The room itself was spotlessly clean, comfortably spacious, and well-equipped for a pleasant stay.

Overall, we loved our experience here and would highly recommend Hotel Nest to anyone visiting Hiroshima!

Stayed one night with a family of 4. Rooms were very small but suitable for a short stay. Rooms were clean and washrooms were large. There were lots of amenities available including a complimentary small bag of baked goods in the morning. The washer was broken when we were there so we could not do laundry which was a little inconvenient. Location was very good as it was close to nightlife, shopping, the atomic bomb museum and you could take the tram to Hiroshima station.

A trendy little gem

Loved my stay at Nest, super trendy hotel, buses and trams at your door step. Right in the centre of town with shopping, eating and bars right there. The room was adorable loved the little touches, the only thing I didn’t like ( but must Japanese bathroom do this) a big step to enter the bathroom. The free breakfast pack was great to grab and go or there was plenty of communal sitting. Highly recommend, a short 5 mins tram or bus trip to Hiroshima Station. Staff fabulous and friendly.

I stayed here in 2019 and it was great, but it seems to have worsened since. The bathroom and bed sheets were clean, but many areas hadn't been dusted properly and there were numerous stains on the walls and floors, including ones that could easily be cleaned with a damp cloth.

The air conditioning unit was very loud, made noises at random even when turned off, took ages to warm up, and smelled. There is also a ventilation fan in the ceiling which can't be turned off and produces permanent white noise.

For those irritated by light at night, the light switch for the bathroom faces the bed and has a bright green LED that lights up when it's switched off, which is strong enough to read with. It can easily be covered, but it shows a lack of thought in design.

Soundproofing is poor. The beds are placed right up to the connecting wall, and when the wall is accidentally hit it's like the other guest is there in the room with you.

Staff were all great and check in and out went smoothly. The location is perfect for access to shopping and within walking distance of Hiroshima Station, plus is on the tram line to there and major tourist spots.

Good Location but Bad Laundry Machines

The location of this hotel is great and the staff were very friendly. One of the reasons we booked this hotel was to use their laundry facilities but unfortunately they were not good and my clothing never fully dried after 2 hours and smelled really bad. If doing laundry is a must, I would look at other options.

Weekend Stay in Hiroshima

The hotel location is really great and in a very walkable neighbourhood. The bathroom was clean. The room was small with limited counter space, the latter being a bit restrictive. The room also had lots of dust on the walls. The free breakfast was a nice touch.
