Todos los dias teniamos que pedir que activaran la tarjeta para abrir nuestra habitacion ya que se desactivaba constantemente. Excelente localizacion, muy centrico para caminar en el bosque de la ciudad y el paseo San Diego.

Staff was courteous but room needs maintenance, loose vinyl tiles on floor made trip and hurt my toes, not bad for the price, my previous experience was a lot better, I thought I had reserved a double room executive but instead what I got was a standard executive, when I asked why I got that room they told me that double refers to 2 people and not extra room. Some towels need replacement, Oh well

I came to the hotel I made my reservations and pay for it online when I arrive to the hotel they said there’s no rooms available but I had pay for it already and I told them I want a refund and they said call Expedia I did and since now I haven’t get my money back.

We have a family reunion; we make reservations a month before to stay at the same hotel, but Hotel Diana del Bosque cancel on some of my family reservations 3 days before our check in, when we complain they try to put the rest of my family on the same room they have assigned for me and still charge them, So they have already charge me for the room and still wanted to charge my family as well, we all refuse it and requested to cancel my reservation and refund my money so my family and I find other place to stay all together, but they also refuse to refund it.,

Rooms being renovated, not all renovated, not clean, had various little roaches in restroom. Sheets on bed did not fit had exposed mattress. Rooms had a smell not pleasant.

The room have poor lighting.desk lamps have been removed, not a trash can in the room, no amenities, bath towels are very old. Also you can clearly hear noise and voices from other rooms. Upon arrival there were no soaps, towels or a friendly reception.”

Good but they don't respect the reservation

First of all I requested a delux room with king size bed.. when I arrived I went to the Main desk. They couldn't find my reservation quickly, so I wait for a while until they found it. They said that they found it so they gave me the key. My surprise was that was a regular room with a full bed. That is not what I paid.. I was so tired so I didn't say anything and went to sleep

Big bathroom and room. Had to ask for water. Sheets don't fit bed so it didn't always cover both of us. One garbage can in the bathroom
No Kleenex. Soap and shampoo provided. Quiet enough and clean. Walking distance to medical appointments. Across from a walking park.. Nice restaurant in hotel.

Price was good whether i stay here again? Probaly not. Across a park and close to downtown. A little run down door wise. Otherwise no wear and tear. Has a underground parking garage and restruante.. i have never had the recetionist fill out my personal information most of the time it's computer generated or hotel staff fill out information. Not here.

The receptionist was extremely rude they didn’t honor my reservation I requested a king size bed the just gave a a regular two beds room, because she said someone came and requested and they give priority to direct customers rather then online. The rooms smelled like cigarettes and humidity the a/c was Dusty and noisy.

It’s a walk away from the main shopping area and night lights. The room was spacious and clean. Bathrooms and towels were very nice. The staff kind of looked at us like we were not good enough to be there. Kind of an uppity place. But treated us just fine.

Front desk attendants they was rough we ask for a key because we loose it they say no you already have extra. My husband came early they don't let him go inside the room he ask to open the door they say no. When my doughter and me show up he was outside of the building waiting for us to open the door😡is very sad we have already 10 years staying in this hotel and always feel like my home @ this time i feel sad we are not staying no more in this hotel 😪. The cleaning person was so nice she was very polide and helpful.

Issue at check in. They did not have my reservation that was made through orbitz weeks in advance. They were able to accommodate our needs but one of the rooms was so small it felt like you were in a closet . The hotel was economically priced so I was not expecting too much however the rooms were clean the staff was friendly and the rest of the stay was without issue. One weird part was that we had to get our electronica keys reprogrammed every day of our stay after 1 PM. They stated it was for our safety .

Great location across from the park. Free underground parking right next the the elevator made taking bags upstairs easy. We chose this hotel because it was one of the few in the area which was pet-friendly. They charged 250 pesos per night per pet (not 200 as displayed on this site). Friendly staff, room was adequate.

Booked a triple. Got a double. Called the front desk.
Got moved to a triple. No A/C. Called the front desk
Got moved to double which they mentioned had A/C. No A/C. Called the front desk.
Got moved to a double with A/C. Thank you.

Finally was able to talk with the Sales Manager. Explained what happened. She said that if I did not like it, I should have just left.

The gym was a joke. I called the Front desk. \"We are in transition, sorry\"

First and last time. Do not stay here, they simply don't care

I would not return. Other guests given the keycard to our room. Room not clean. Warned not to walk in local park at night due to muggings so location isn't the best.

No maintenance with tape holding mirrors up.

Basically it appeared to be managed by an inexperienced team. I mean how hard can it be to record whether a room is occupied or not?

For the price the hotel was great. The location was a little far from downtown, which is where most attractions are and tours go out of.
The general manager was very helpful and was available in the afternoon to assist with any questions concerns or to assist with booking a tour definitely recommend the buffet for breakfast. It was only $120 pesos and had a good variety.

This hotel provided your basic needs. It was clean enough, quiet and the staff tried to help as best as they could. I loved that you could open the room windows and get fresh air without any bugs b/c there were window screens!

Breakfast was supposed to be included, it was not. The keycard to the room needed to be reset each day, and not with a new card, the same one, which also had the room number written on it so if I lost it, whoever found it would know just where to go. I hung a do not disturb sign on the door, and the maid came in anyway. Parking guys were all great, though. Not the business hotel they present themselves as, and there definitely nicer, less expensive hotels in the center of Morelia.

There is no AC in the hotel so I was provided a fan that didn't help much. Front desk was inattentive but the rest of the hotel staff was okay. Housekeeping cleaned room everyday but the bed sheets were never washed.

The best thing about this hotel was the price. The room was a good size and the furniture is comfortable but it looks old. If you must have air conditioning look for a different hotel, all they have are ceiling fans. the hotel staff were very nice and helpfull.

El personal no es atento, reserve una habitación con cama king size y supuestamente no habia y el hotel sinceramente se ve con poca ocupacion, . Me dieron habitacion con dos camas matrimoniales en piso 2, el problema fue que primero intente alojarme directamente pero el precio un poco mas elevado, entonces preferí la tarifa en linea y ese fue el error, por que pague menos, me hicieron esperar xq aun no les llegaba la reservacion y ya habia pasado 1 hora desde q reserve en linea y ya tenia mi confirmacion que envían con hotel
