The hotel was excellent in many respects. It deserves mote than 1☆. The balconies were small but gave an extra dimension to the very comfortable room. The location is perfect for 24 Parking and resteraunts aplenty.

The hotel is great , our stay was very comfortable, it is well located , near all the attractions,in the center of the city, the staff are great and helpful too.
They have no kitchen, but they offer an open buffet where they have coffee milk tea fruits snacks water and juice for free.
And for whom it may concern they bidet in the bathroom.

There was a bug infestation that I had I brought up twice. They cleaned, but didn’t seem to help. The pillows and sheets were not changed everyday ( (they still had my makeup residue on them). However staff was very friendly, location was perfect to all the main attractions. On a side-note go have breakfast at a local cafe, they only had boxes cereal and instant oatmeal.

This place has an amazing location! Rooms are small but very cute and have character. For the price, i think its totally worth it.

The only issues why i didnt give it 5 stars is it wasnt the cleanest and with an older building it was a bit run down.

The floor and glasses in the washroom were not cleaned and one sink woukd poor water all over the floor if you used it and the window didnt close completely so it was loud at night.

Very minor things in comparison to the amazing location and friendly staff. You can walk to everything from here and the neighborood is amazing.

I would stay again.

Very unclean hotel. Upon checking in I found used false eyelashes on the bathroom sink, a used bandaid on one of the handles in the shower, and toothpaste or spit stains all over the faucets and mirror. It was clear that the bathroom nor the rest of the room were not properly cleaned despite me waiting to check in until 2pm with the purpose of the room needing to be cleaned. The next day when I was leaving for the day at 10am I asked the woman at the reception desk to please make sure that the bathroom gets properly cleaned while I was gone and told her what the state of the bathroom was, she said that she would make sure they cleaned it. Upon returning to the hotel at 5pm I found the fake eyelashes gone, but the bandaid and toothpaste stains were still there. Nothing was cleaned in the bathroom besides removing the eyelashes. The telephone also did not work during my whole stay, and the walls are so thin that any person speaking in the hallway sounds like they are standing in your own room. Overall I would not recommend this hotel unless you want to be in a dirty environment littered with the last person’s garbage and deal with careless staff.

Close to a lot of restaurants - so can be noisy at night. The entrance is actually via another hotel at the back which was not too clearly explained. A bit tiring going through one building, up a few levels in the lift, then going to a second building before going to the right floor of the hotel in this second building. The room is a bit cramped. There is water, soft drink, coffee and some simple food for breakfast that is provided which was great. Service was a touch blunt.

Fabulous location

Very nice hotel in a great location. Room was clean and quiet. Had the basics in the bathroom, appreciated the shampoo and soap samples. Good water pressure. Friendly staff. Offered free juice, water, cereal, small breakfast rolls, coffee, tea in the lobby. Only complaint was the metal head board rattled with every move of the bed.

Surprisingly good

Surprisingly good hotel considering price. Location very hamdy for old town and it is in a decent barrio with some very good bars and restaurants. The hotel is well maintained with free breakfast bar with coffee and some basic eats. Only issues were the room is pretty small with limited shelf space and they didn’t replace the shower gels.

Stayed for 3 nights in October. We had a hire car as we were on a tour and thought it would be plain sailing finding the hotel We missed the turning a couple of times because vehicles were blocking our way, however, on our third attempt managed to follow a taxi. To say the street was narrow was an understatement. We eventually pulled up to our hotel, after a frought few minutes, but couldn't see parking. Two of us decided to get out of the car with all cases and went in to the hotel

GREAT location - small rooms - need a kettle and fridge to make it better. Very clean and very nice staff. Great value for the cost. Cannot speak about location enough. Plenty of cafes on your doorstep and minutes from lots of really cool places. Very nice front desk staff. Recommend this place.

Great Location!

The Hotel is beautiful, the Desk staff friendly and cheerful...and willing to help with any questions or needs. The location is perfect with \"everything\" to do within walking distance. Our only issue was the Air Conditioner. It is controlled by the front desk. Although they were willing to make it cooler for us....the room took 4 hours to cool down....and it still wasn't \"cool\". For a small quaint room, it should have cooled much quicker. All in All, the Hotel is easy to get to, super clean and very well maintained. Our friends didn't have this issue. We were offered another room but found the same issue. Would stay here again!

Very good location....walking distance to most sites. Rooms are small but well decorated. Rooms should have a jug of water and tea/coffee electric kettle with cups. Room heating/ac controls should be with guest and not be dependent on reception staff though they are very helpful. The lobby decor is very tasteful. The breakfast in the cafe next door was excellent.

Fabulous hotel

The hotel was in an excellent location, easy to walk to all the major sites. The rooms were simply decorated but they were lovely. The bed was a bit hard but that is my preference. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar opposite was very handy for a last drink and the fish bar down stairs does churros in the morning. What more can you ask for. I would certainly stay here again.

Great location. Tiny room - ok for one person, not for two people and we were both small even by European standards. No space for 2 small luggage, unless you are traveling with a backpack and ear plugs- that may be ok. Our room faced the street on the 3 rd floor and was noisy. It’s very clean, nice lobby, lovely service and super convenient. For the price, with better planing one can find better accommodations.

Great Location, Terrible Sleep

The hotel's location is its strongest asset, offering fantastic access to all the main attractions. Being able to step out the door and be in the heart of the city was incredibly convenient.

Unfortunately, the positives largely ended there. My room was quite small and felt dated, in need of a serious refresh. The most significant problem, however, was the complete lack of soundproofing. It genuinely made no difference whether the windows were open or closed.

Throughout the night, I was kept awake by a constant barrage of noise from street traffic and loud conversations from nearby terraces. To make matters worse, I was woken up every single morning between 6:30 and 7:00 AM by the deafening sound of a truck collecting glass bottles right below my window. It was an unavoidable and jarring start to the day.

While the location is top-notch, the poor quality of the room and the incessant noise made it impossible to get a proper night's sleep. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who isn't an extremely heavy sleeper.
