I absolutely loved my stay at Palassa. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The property was very nice, the room and view was amazing.
My only gripe with my stay was the noise outside from the locals starting at 5am.
I don’t know why there are people outside socializing so early, but it woke me up every single night. Talking loudly, vendors shouting for someone to buy their products at the crack of dawn. It was absolutely horrible. I couldn’t get any rest.

We loved our stay here, it was situated perfectly on the otherside of Boracay away from all the noise of the stations. The view of Bulabog beach from the room was amazing. It was nice watching all the kite surfers. The popular White beach was less than a 10 minute walk away, through the town centre. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were so friendly and helpful, would highly recommend!

Property is very nice and staff was nice and responsive but no wifi which 1 was there 7 days and could not use my cell phone or laptop to conduct business. They make you believe they have wifi and each evening take your cellphones and put in code after code a nightly 10 minute ordeal but to no avail. they even say youre connected but youre not. If you dont need internet great place to stay.

Misleading photos but overall decent stay
The location was not directly in front of the beach as depicted in the photos, it was one of the low-rise buildings so there were no view from the apartment (expected to wake up to a view of sun sand and sea..). It’s located at the quieter beach which was nice and peaceful, and a 10-min walk to the popular beach.
The place was furnished modern and nicely, but the sheets and towels were not that clean. We had some issues with the drainage but i guess that depends on which apartment you get. The living room was smaller than expected and had no television (it was in the room). The wifi was slow.
The breakfast food was decent, service was alright and they do provide beach towels upon request at the front desk.

The best thing in this hotel are the staff.
When you call the staff they are very very nice to reslond right away. The only uncontrollable thing was the water leak test that used a very noisy grill with bad exhaust that goes in the room. They celan the house everyday. With a small

Disappointing
All through out our 4 day stay there were construction works so it was very noisy even at night, our room stinks as it smells like sewers, all my requests were neglected despite booking so early. They have nice staff but the management was pretty bad. It is not worth its price. Palassa looks nice in photos but thats about it. So its a disappointment to me. Next time I would book at station 1.

I stayed at this property for 3 nights with my family for a short holiday. Couldn't have asked for a better location, we had a you don't have 1-bedroom apartment right on the beach. Great patio and could enjoy lovely breakfast prepared by the very friendly and helpful staff. The apartment was very nicely and tastefully done with all facilities including appliances and this is located in a quieter part of the beach so d this you have the peace and quiet that you need to relax and have a swim in the water. I would highly recommend this property to anymore going with a family.

My husband and I stayed here for about a week for our honeymoon. We would definitely recommend this resort, and for a variety of reasons. First off, the view from the suites is amazing - you can see the ocean right from your window. The suites are a decent size, clean and mostly well-maintained. The location is also great - although it isn't along the best swimming beach (Bulabog beach is primarily used for wind sports such as kite surfing), it's only about a 7-minute walk from the main beach. The advantage of staying there is that it's much quieter than staying close by White Beach, which can be quite noisy in the evening. We also found the staff at this resort to be accommodating. For breakfast, they were able to give me muesli (which wasn't even on the menu) and a large bowl of fruit for a vegan option! They are also able to keep your key for you if you are going out for the day and don't want to worry about your key being misplaced in your day's adventures. A few notes of caution: keep a close eye on your bowl of snacks. They do charge you for snacks eaten, and although we did not touch ours, they had a bit of a weird tally going that made it look like we had taken some food items. Also, as other reviewers had mentioned, on windy days, you can hear the windows howling and whistling, so earplugs may be a useful thing to bring. The resort is only accessible via the beach, so be sure to bring appropriate footwear when you come, because we would definitely recommend it!

Staff were amazing and accomodating to all requests. The location was superb and only 10 mins walk from White Beach station 2. The room was excellent and aircon was definitely awesome. Only improvements I could note is some TV channels weren't clear and the wifi was slow however early mornings the wifi was quick. The breakfast was great with a decent select but may need to add a few more options.

The furnishings and rooms look new, but there were some complaints about the toilet flushing and low water pressure for shower. Barely luke warm water and not enough pressure for bath.

This was my first time in Boracay so I cannot compare this hotel to how others are on the island. However, I stayed here with my bf (shared room) and with 3 other friends who had their own rooms from June 14th-18th 2016. Things that could be improved are: the room had ants, the shower is a wet room and so the shower floor mat would get soaked and would feel uncomfortable to stand on. They did not offer free room slippers, which would be useful as there is sand from the beach on your feet when you get back to the room. The hot water was not working and the water pressure was unstable. This is a small observation, but I also found it odd that my single friend got a much larger room than everyone else, I would have thought it more common sense to give this to a couple? Given this, the hotel was right on the beach, staff were very friendly, and breakfast was delicious.The reservation also came with a free massage which was good. The hotel was about 10mins walk from station 2 so convenient.

Great location and amazing views from the room
We had one of the front apartments which gave us full views of Bulabog beach so constant entertainment watching the watersports from our bedroom and watching sun rises through the palm trees. We much preferred Bulabog to White Beach as it was quieter and had more relaxed beach bars. Although you cannot swim there due to the huge amount of kite boarders it wasn't too far to walk over to White beach (ten minutes max) yet that is not the nicest beach due to party crowds and over development so the north of the Island is worth travelling to if you want cleaner beaches to swim. The food at Palassa was excellent and staff were really friendly and accommodating, bed was very comfortable so the only thing I can fault is lack of a pool but the view and quieter location makes up for that.

The balcony view room 7 is amazing. Great sunrise and sunsets. It's a good hotel for August because the wind isn't blowing onto the beach. You can't swim at this beach because there is a storm water drain right out front. The breakfasts are very good and the staff give amazing service. location wise it's pretty good because you are right on the beach. I loved the art in the room & the styling is very cool. I have stayed in the district hotel on white beach and this one offers a similar luxury. The one really good thing about this hotel is the very personal service because it isn't a big hotel.

처음 도착해서 호텔까지 들어가는데 골목골목 들어가길래 디몰까지 왔다갔다 하기 힘들까봐 걱정했어요, 그치만 그 길이 현지인들이 아는 지름길이라는걸 알고 저희는 큰길로만 다녔어요! 사람들이 화이트비치쪽만 이쁘다고 생각해서 그쪽으로 숙소 많이 잡으시는것 같은데 블라복비치 너무 이쁘고 환상적이였습니다. 일단 저희는 휴양 목적으로 갔기 때문에 저녁에 시끄럽지도 않고 파도소리를 자장가 삼아 엄청 잘 잤구요! 조식 끝내줍니다 엄청 맛있어요! 직원분들도 다 친절하시고 에어컨 빵빵해서 좋았습니다. 레지던스 호텔이라 라면 끓여먹으려고 샀는데 시간상 못먹어서 아쉬웠네요ㅠㅠ아무튼 이 호텔에 묵으신다면 정말 후회 안하실겁니다. 참, 저녁에 호텔로 들어올때는 9시~10시즈음에는 들어가시는걸 추천해드려요! 길이 어둡기도 하고 바닷물이 해변쪽으로 올라와서 조금 위험하다 싶었어요.
