It would be great if the option to book a parking spot was available when booking the stay. In other hotels I have stayed at, you had spots available for booking and you ”own” it from (e.g.) 11 to 11 (24 h).

Also, our window was entirely blocked by a bush-like tree. Would have been nicer to be able to see out.

I have stayed here many times because it’s convenient but loyalty means nothing (I was once charged for accidentally checking out late). This time my room was not tidied/cleaned on two consecutive mornings. Then I was locked out my room. The shower was terrible. There was a constant noise so I had to change rooms. They lost my t-shirt and would do nothing about it apart from making a broken promise to contact me after they check with housekeeping. They never did, to no surprise. So I’ve lost an item of clothing and they couldn’t care less. Sometimes I have a drama-free stay, for which I’m grateful. But not this time!

It was our 2nd stay at this hotel, and We would deffinatelly chose to stay there again for a shorter stay in Celle.
The staf is very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is located in the middle of town / Altstadt.

Badezimmer super klein. Zwei Kissen pro Person sind zu empfehlen weil die Matratzen sehr hart sind. Sehr laut bei offenem Fenster wegen der Hauptstraße, bei geschlossem Fenster ok. Frühstück nicht mitgebucht, da sehr teuer für ein drei Sterne Hotel. Möglichkeit günstiger und trotzdem gut zu frühstücken ist in der Innenstadt vorhanden. Personal beim ein- und auschecken super freundlich.

eenvoudig hotel, netjes. De kamer en de badkamer zijn niet groot. geen airco. Sommige kamers hebben een tussendeur en zijn dan heel gehorig De kamers aan de straatzijde zijn niet aan te bevelen ivm met veel verkeerslawaai. Het raam kam dan niet open.
Ontbijt kost 17 euro p.p. veel te duur. het hotel heeft een paar eigen parkeerplaatsen. waarvan men niet altijd kan zeggen of er een vrij is, betere registratie zou minder discussie geven aan de receptie wat nu het geval was. Parkeren in de parkeergarage naast hotel kost 12 euro
sommig personeel schuift vragen door naar een collega, niet klantvriendelijk. bv als je een andere kamer vraagt, of er een parkeerplaats is enz. Het hotel ligt zeer gunstig tov de stad

We arrived by 23:00 and the person in the reception was smiling and happy to greet us, helpful with in site parking and even checking the plan with us for the next day. The room was very clean and comfortable, although beds could have an extra layer to soften. We paid for the parking but we were allowed to keep the car until 2pm,which allowed us to visit this beautiful town properly. Location is also perfect. Great value for money.

Very nice clean hotel. Staff friendly and efficient. Only downside was no air-conditioning and as our room faced the road we could not leave the window open. Otherwise a perfectly nice hotel. Note, it did cost 11€ to park car overnight .

Don’t miss Celle!

This hotel is in the perfect location for visiting the area with the old half-timber houses. They have been restored to the exact specifications in the original construction. Absolutely charming and very walkable. Small rooms but adequate. Bed is a little soft. Definitely would stay here again.

City is an \"Old World Jewel\" in Norather Germany

The InterCity Hotel is well located with easy access to train transport to more larger centers (Hanover/ Hamburg/Frankfurt/Berlin) and also walking to Celle City is literallyminutes away. While my trip was for business, it is hard not to be impressed by the old world charm of Celle. The local restaurants offer superb dining at reasonable cost.

The InterCity Hotel is clean, conformable and friendly staff. The only downside to the hotel was the breakfast dining experience (hot food was cold & cold food was hot). In 4 days I only used the dining room once. That said, there are many great local breakfast places to choose from (5-10 minutes walk).

Try and find something cozier.

This hotel was barely acceptable. I requested a large bed and received one, but it only came with one small pillow and a tiny duvet that barely covered the top of the mattress. It barely covered me. I had to watch TV with my back against the headboard since I only had one pillow. Not comfortable at all. I came and went a bunch of times and never saw anybody at the front desk. It was really weird. Their free internet is slow, they want you to buy their expensive high speed internet. So if you bring your own bedding and internet, you should have no problems.

Great location but inconsistent staff standards.

Someone parked in my reserved space and the staff not only found the situation difficult to resolve but couldn't grasp my annoyance at having been awake half the night worrying because I was forced (or pay elsewhere) to park illegally. At one point one of the staff spoke very rudely to me, I had to rebuke her attitude. I attempted to remain calm (ish) and conversed in German so that nothing could be lost in translation. Eventually my parking fee was removed but only after a fuss. Terrible customer services by this particular staff member. Not something I'd expect from the Germans. Otherwise the hotel and other staff were absolutely fine. Excellent location.

Functional hotel close to historic Celle and train

My minimum 50 character comment is that this is a functional hotel that is fine value for the money. If you are working or traveling to the Hannover Fair this is a great place to stay. Beats Hannover hands down but you have to look around. This hotel is close to the nicest part of Celle but you have to search it out. It is worth the effort.

A very nice hotel. Located only a 100 meters from the streets with good restaurants, bars, attractions. Rooms are very clean. We have used same hotel now for 5 years. And will be back. Nearby parkinghouse is good if you go by car. We are on motorcycles so they have to be placed on the street in front of the hotel.

GOOD POINTS - Nice and clean - Good bathroom with great shower - Good location for the town NOT SO GOOD POINTS - Noisy road on one side of hotel, lots of boy racers and Ambulances! - Rooms get hot in summer time, no AC - Parking is 8 Euros a day - WIFI is expensive (imo). Where is says WIFI and parking available, I took it as 'free'. I guess my fault, but is was not stated clearly, nor was the price mentioned.

Good points - Quite a good price for a decent room. Very handy for the town centre, just a couple of minutes' walk. Staff were very helpful and polite. Bathrooms nice and clean and well laid out. Not so good points - One side of the hotel is by a busy through road for ambulances and they are LOUD. Boy racers fly past late at night too in their souped up cars.These rooms also get very hot in summer and the is no AC. Helpful hints - Parking is not free, WIFI is not free, so check out what's in your hotel package, otherwise you may be paying a fair bit more (e.g. 8 Euros per day extra for parking).

The hotel did not have the amenities described on their web site. There were no wash clothes and no coffee in the room. The shower floor was very slippery. The mattress was hard and when the bed cover was shook, the pillows were not fluffed.

Hotel Celle is on the main road. It is close to sights and old town. However there is no concierge and no one who can help you to make the most of your time in the town. As a matter of fact, the staff is not helpful or freindly. The hotel itself is dated (Seems like it's out of the 50s).

We went to this hotel looking fro a nearby hotel from Hanover during a trade show that sent the prices of the Hanover hotels to the sky, and then we arrived at Celle, an incredible and beautiful town, the hotel was nice, but the town is amazing.
The only problem with the hotel is that the people attending the front desk are kind but not flexible, we needed an extra hour for check out (1:00 pm) and they were not nice but upset about it, and willing to charge an extra evening fro that.

Check- in / out waren gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen.Das spiegelt sich am Zustand der Flure und besonders der Zimmer wieder. Das Bad liess sehr zu wünschen übrig. Schmier, Kalkflecken und schlimmer über all Schimmel in den Fugen der Duschfliesen und an der Decke. Die Größe des Zimmers war sehr geräumig und die Ausstattung alt, aber gut. Die Matratze war entweder zu weich oder durchgelegen.
Das Hotel liegt relativ weit vom Bahnhof entfernt, dafür in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Altstadt

Sehr gute Lage, Frühstück war gut.
Das Hotel ist für den Preis, 2 Nächte 340€ nach Abzug eines Gutscheins, echt schlecht.
Duschzeug leer, Kosmetiktücher leer, Fernseher ohne Empfang, im Bad überall schwarze Haare. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und in die Jahre gekommen. Schallisoliert konnten wir nicht feststellen, es war eher hellhörig.
Um den nicht funktionierenden Fernseher hat sich niemand gekümmert oder wenigstens ein tut uns leid, wäre drin gewesen, aber nein ....
Das Bett empfanden wir als unbequem. Sollten wir nochmal Celle besuchen, definitiv ein anderes Hotel. Schade.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Hotel ist typisch aus den 90ern, aber gut erhalten. Unsere Toilette war leider nicht ausreichend gereinigt. Den Zimmerservice haben wir aber nicht kontaktiert, ich bin mir sicher, dass er dann noch einmal nachgeholfen hätte. Die Fachkräfte wirkten sehr eifrig und offen.

Sehr kleines Zimmer und ein sehr enges Badezimmer. Die Heizung war bei meiner Ankunft ausgestellt und es war dementsprechend frisch im Raum. Der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert und das Frühstück war sehr übersichtlich.

Lite små rum och badrum, men billigt och bra läge. Mycket trafik, så vill man ha öppet fönster... med stängt fönster dock tyst. Vi hade hund och bra rastningmöjligheter bakom hotellet. Bra parkeringsmöjligheter. Trist att det inte fanns annat än reception men stadens utbud börjar tvärs övergatan. Så ok om man vill se Celle snabbt och enkelt.

Betalte ekstra for å få rom vekk fra veistøy. Meget høy utetemperatur gjorde at rommet var for varmt på natta, uten mulighet til å kjøle ned. Ellers et fint hotell, som kan anbefales. Praktisk med parkeringshus like ved, med rimlig pris.

Bra hotell. Fin beliggenhet. Flott frokost. Vi hadde rom mot hovedgate med mye trafikk. Håpløst å sove med vinduet åpent, ingen annen ventilasjon. Vi var der i to netter, ingen housekeeping med oppredning av senger etter første natt. Parkeringshus next door.
