Hotel was booked last minute after initial hotel was unable to honor booking. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful after a long travel day.
Hotel was slightly outdated with marks the wall, door to fridge loose, bathroom with rust on undersink cabinet.
Breakfast selection each morning was good and the view from the terrace was really nice.
Staff always willing to help and really helpful throughout.

Property is within walking distance of some main sights such as the marina, Kaleici (old town), Markantalya mall etc. It could do with some better soundproofing but the staff were all excellent, especially Bulent on reception, who spoke perfect English and gave very valuable advice and information on the area.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ayhan Hotel in Antalya, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, professional staff, and convenient location.

From the moment I arrived, the staff members at Ayhan Hotel were incredibly professional and helpful. They were attentive to my needs and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. When I realized I had lost my adapter for my iPhone, the staff kindly provided me with their spare one to use during my time at the hotel. This level of attentiveness and generosity truly impressed me.

One of the standout features of Ayhan Hotel is its fantastic location. The hotel is situated near a variety of great shops, restaurants, and a mall, making it convenient to explore and enjoy the local attractions. The beach and boat ride are just 15 minutes away, providing easy access to coastal activities. The marina is also a short 15-minute walk, offering beautiful views and a lively atmosphere. Additionally, Antalya mall is just a 12-13 minute walk from the hotel, making shopping and dining options easily accessible.

The area surrounding Ayhan Hotel is also known for its safety, which is reassuring for travelers. I felt comfortable and secure during my stay, allowing me to fully enjoy my time in Antalya.

The environment is really good, clean, and well maintained. The staff is extra nice and friendly; most speak English and go out of the way to help out. Most enjoyable is that it is close to the boardwalk, the bazaar, food and cafes. I'd definitely stay there again.

One of the worst hotels I have been to !!!
How much worse? So much so that my wife didn't sleep at night because of the smell and I preferred not to shower because of a dusty shower
A very small, dirty room really was a mistake I stayed there
Still, if there is a bright spot, this is the location of the hotel and the staff very much wanted to help (simply an outdated hotel and you can't help too much)

By mistake booked this hotel thinking a 4* hotel which it wasn't. One of the worst hotels stayed in. Only good thing was the internet . Room was not a family room and the room view was the wall of the building next door which was one foot away so didn't have any view of the outside world. When requesting anything was getting blood from a stone. The bedroom walls were so thin that we could hear the next door family using the toilet. Disgusting.Only thing/person decent was the breakfast cook! Nothing else to write home about. Would never stay here again. The lady at the reception wasn't friendly and the hotel felt like a prison camp. The location was horrible especially at night when the street is deserted. The hotel is also in an alleyway! Majority of time we stayed outside apart from sleeping. Horrible.

The only positive I can definitely say is that the staff were friendly and the location is good but the hotel itself is not good at all. The picture on Expedia makes it look huge but in reality it is quite small. There was no kettle, microwave, iron etc and you have to go to the ground floor and ask for hot water. Their check in times also meant we had to pay for an extra day worth of time. The standard in the rooms is not quality at all.

We are a family of 10, who needed a day use room for 8 hours until our flight departure that same evening. We only wanted a place to store our luggage with convenient location in the city center. I booked two rooms for that purpose. Upon check in, the front desk staff insisted that the rooms I booked can only accommodate five and hinted that I need to book two more rooms. I explained to him that we do not intend to use the rooms except for storing our luggage and that we are leaving in few hours. He had to go and ask his boss, then came back and said that only five can go upstairs to the rooms. In any case, a couple of us went up and stored the luggage, then we all left to visit shops and eat until our flight time.
The rooms are very small and do not look like the pictures.
The staff in the evening shift were more curteous and offered us free tea while we waited for our shuttle in the lobby.
I would not have chosen this hotel if I intended to spend the night.

I wouldn’t recommend this place

I was not impressed with this hotel. The area surrounding it isn’t very nice but it is close to the elevator to take to the port. I felt like everywhere smelled like smoke even though it said no smoking, but there was an ashtray in the room. The room was ridiculously small and the pictures seemed like they were touched up or from a long time ago.

This hotel isn’t for foreigners, lacks even the basic facilities. Our room was dirty, air conditioning hardly worked, bathroom had a terrible smell, breakfast quality was awful and staff was rude and unfriendly.
The roof top views that are consistently mentioned are complete disappointment too. My advice would be to stay away from this hotel.

Such a great place to stay! We were here for 8 nights and was pleased the entire week. All of the facilities were spotless. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Full Turkish breakfast every morning was delicious. The view from the hotel terrace, especially come sunrise is hard to beat. It was in walking distance to the marina and the old city. Lots of things to see along the way. If walking is t your thing the staff have taxis on call for you to use. We highly recommend this place!

We booked hotel just for 3 days of our 16 days holiday. After 3 day we quite happily checked out and went kemer for the rest of our holiday.kemer over all disaster big disappointment. We decided to come back to city antalya with s hope to get a room from ayhan hotel. Luckily we got a room for the next 8 days and even bigger and better room. My boyfriend and I are from the business. My boyfriend travels a lot he worked over 33 years in 12 different countries he thinks the service hotel ayhan offers for the price and the holiday destinations is excellent. And about clinless we are blown away. I mean rally very very good. I do manage house keeping team myself in a very good hotel which is nr 6 in Europe and nr 18 in the world in tripadvisor. Now you make your mind what I am talking about.

I stayed there in August for couple of days, the guys in reception are just awful, as soon as you explain something which is not happy with in the hotel, they constantly backlash and saying \"its what it is, leave the hotel if you are not happy, thats it\". Having No sense of customer service at all! IF you dont have reservation, they may charge you more if you just pop in and want to book at the desk. The hotel address is also complicated, if you drive, GPS cant find it and you have to ask locals road by road (sokak by sokak). The hotel staff just do what they like, they never listen to your request. The only thing I found good was its terrace kitchen offering decent breakfast and the nice staff working in there.

Quiet Location

This is a 3 star hotel,with great location if you are looking for a quiet place. It's about 10 minutes easy walk to the Kaleici center. We paid 40 Euros for a triple room.The hotel condition is great.Clean, and comfy rooms,pretty specious as well. Breakfast was serve on the rooftop overlooking the sea.The variety was pretty good, with a wide selection of cheese,etc.
Highly recommended.

Worst hotel service in our 2 wks in turkey

We contacted hotel on how to get to their location but did not get a response. The locals were also not sure and we ended up dragging our heavy luggage for 2km to find the hotel.

Tired and hungry (it was almost 3pm and we havent had lunch) we entered the hotel, no one helped even though we were struggling with our luggage. They just stayed behind reception desk and chatted. I asked why they did not respond to my email, they said it ended up in their junk mail (from my yahoo account) and also added that \"we try to be helpful but we are too busy\". Seriously, was it too difficult for a hotel in service industry to say sorry you did not get a reply, is there anything we can help you with to make your stay more comfortable? Btw my cappadocia hotel contacted me even before i flew off to help arrange transport.

When asked for public bus directions, they did not know and did not help check further. We asked the shops around the hotel and they were much more helpful than hotel staff.

We turned on the aircon at 17 degrees but hot air blew out. In the end we shut the air con and opened the window instead.

All in hotel does function but do not expect any form of information, help or warmth. This was the worst hotel in our whole turkey trip. Oh and it was the third most expensive hotel we stayed in turkey.
