Good overnight stop

Easy check in, good parking was a good start. Would have liked a kettle but Macca's across the road. Was able to walk to town for dinner and I can't comment on breakfast. Easy checkout and 5 min to motorway.

Nice and modest hotel close to the airport

The hotel stuff was very gentile and professional. I asked for a double bed and get twin beds (not critical).
The room comfort was basic but enough. However, the beds felt very uncomfortable for me. I woke up with pains in my back and this is unusual.
I haven't got dinner or breakfast but there is a restaurant looking very good beneath the hotel.

No air conditioner, a small bed only 80cm wide

it took us more than 20 minutes to food my room. When I came in, I found it was a smoking room, very smelly. I went back to the front desk and ask for a change. In the beginning they said there was no smoking-free rooms available. I requested several times and they changed another room reluctantly. It seems this is not a four star hotel.

Staff at the desk were efficient, but not particularly friendly. Room was clean and nice. Had trouble finding the entrance to their parking lot. It's a narrow entrance through shrubs marked with only a small unlit sign.

Surprising Hotel near Hannover

We selected this hotel as a quick stopping point along the highway outside of Hannover; however, we were pleasantly suprised. The hotel spa was amazing -- one of the best we have seen even in very expensive hotels. The staff was very helpful and we enjoyed a great dinner here. Even though this was listed as a business hotel, we would love to return.

Stort minus ved at de lovede el-ladestandere til bilen, var ude af funktion. Det er åbenbart længe siden, de har virket, for man har ikke ulejliget sig med at fjerne sne omkring dem. Vi søgte ellers på hotels.com efter hoteller med el-ladestandere.

Wir hatten ein herrlich ruhiges, sauberes und sehr funktionales Zimmer. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und lecker. Alle Ansprechpartner waren sehr zuvorkommend und sowieso insgesamt sehr freundlich. Wenn wir in Hannover bzw. in dessen Ostkreis unterwegs sind, ist das Median-Hotel in Lehrte immer unsere erste Wahl.

Hotell nära motorvägen men var uppmärksam

Enkelt att hitta och lättillgängligt från motorvägen så perfekt för en kort nattstopp.

Tyvärr hade personalen varken på kvällen och morgonen någon social kompetens. Väldigt trötta och inte så trevliga.

Det första rummet vi fick var inte väl städat då vi hittade hår både badrummet samt i sängen. Såg nästan ut som att någon hade sovit i sängen baserat på små hår som fanns på kuddarna samt i sängen. Fick utan problem dock bytt rum men utan någon ursäkt eller likande. Bara en ny nyckel. Det andra rummet var bättre men saknade handdukar för 2 personer.


Personalen försökte även på kvällen samt morgonen vid utcheckningen ta mer betalt för parkeringen än vad det kostade. Fick vid båda tillfällena stå på mig för att inte betala för mycket. Återigen ingen ursäkt eller ens ett leende eller förklaring till varför dem försökte lura mig.

Schönes Hotel, wir haben nur eine Nacht dort verbracht.
Aber es war alles bestens , Frühstück haben wir extra bezahlt , hatten dann aber auch eine tolle Auswahl , an allem was das Herz begehrt.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Parken am Hotel kostet nochmal 9 Euro extra .

Sehr sehr schlechter service

Wirklich nicht ein gutes Erlebnis!
Die Receptionistin war sehr unfreundlich und hatte gar kein Verständnis das wir ein Zimmer mit Airconditioning gebucht hatten aber sie auf ihren Schirm was anderes zu stehen hatte. Sie hat 150 Euro pro Nacht mehr berechnet obwohl wir schon vor anreise bezahlt hatten… es war eine Diskussion ohne Ende mit einem müdem Kind auf dem Arm eine erschöpfte Oma und wir akzeptieren bloß um Ruhe vor dieser schrecklichen Frau zu bekommen.

Ich werde nie und nimmer in dieses Hotel übernachten und werde es auch nicht empfehlen.

Wir hatten uns so auf einen schönen klein Urlaub gefreut und diese Frau hat alles in eine stress Situation gedreht..

Praktisch & Günstig

Ich bin während einer Radreise Gast im Hotel gewesen. Es war keine Messe, das Hotel war sehr leer. Nacht öffnete sich meine Zimmertür, weil offensichtlich die Keycard doppelt vergeben wurde / der Gast mein Zimmer öffnen wollte. Nach dieser Aufregung habe ich den Rest der Nacht auch nicht mehr geschlafen. Als ich morgens den Vorfall erklärt habe, konnte es nicht nachvollzogen werde, als Entschädigung konnte ich wenigstens frühstücken gehen.

We arrived late at the hotel and there was still a very kind lady at the reception. I asked for toothbrush and she also gave me clear direction how to get to my room.

The hotel room is also spacious and clean, there is a huge bath tab in the bathroom.

Breakfast is also nice, various options in the cold food section. Coffee is also pretty good.

Everything is satisfying for a short stay, I only wish the pillows are a bit harder.

Das Hotel war okay, Preis etwas zu hoch für das Niveau. Ein paar Dinge hätten besser sein können.
Obwohl ein Queen-Bett gebucht wurde, erhielten wir zwei nicht zusammenschiebbare Einzelbetten.
Die Mitarbeiter des Housekeeping saugten am Sonntagmorgen bereits 9:20 Uhr Staub auf dem Flur, ein Weiterschlafen war unmöglich.

Es war ein Aufenthalt für ein Meeting. Alles mit den Meetingräumen war sehr gut.

Seminarhotel am Wochenende, alles ok

Ein annehmbares Seminarhotel, was am Wochenende naturgemäß nicht ausgelastet ist - dadurch war der Preis sehr attraktiv. Leider keine fussläufige Lage zum Zentrum.
Das Zimmer (wir hatten ein Business-plus) war modern und geräumig, Sauberkeit ok. Das Abendbufett war gut, Frühstück hatten wir nicht.

Uitstekend hotel, mooie ruime kamer, goede badkamer, uiteraard schoon, prettig ingericht, met twee goed zittende fauteuils, airco die het goed deed en weinig lawaai maakte, koele en aangenaam stille kamer aan binnenterrein, functionerende wifi op de kamer. Het hotel ligt in het centrum van de stad, dichtbij de Frauenkirche, diverse musea, de Elbe.

Das Zimmer war geräumig u. sauber. Das Bett fand ich zu weich und die Kissen hätten ruhig etwas mehr Füllung haben können. Positiv ist das Bad zu erwähnen. Angenehm groß mit Wanne. Nicht so schön ist die Parkplatzsituation. Wer noch spät unterwegs ist bekommt u.U. keinen Platz mehr.
