The room was ice cold and the heating fans just blow out cold air, i turn the small radiator on but with the room so cold it could not warm the room up so i sleept under two duvets.

I was then woken up regularly with the sound of dripping and running water in the fan system.

Shame as when I stayed last time was a very nice experience.

Check in station was not clear and staff appeared to be put out that we wanted to check in instead of going to the bar or let them finish cleaning the bar area. Although labeled as \"non-smoking\", the hotel and room smelled strongly of smoke. Beds were very hard. Few restaurants were within walking distance.

I had a great stay except the front desk gave me a room number that didn’t exist. After several trips up and down the elevator and he hallways with all my luggage I finally convinced one of the clerks to come with me to search for the room. He realized it didn’t exist either. They gave me free parking in lieu of the mix up

The hotel staff were a huge disappointment with the exception of one whos name I don't know she helped us with a dispute with a taxi driver and was very good at her job the others seemed to be more concerned with something other than you, we went into the bar and waited 20 minutes for someone to serve us when she came she was clueless regarding the wine telling my wife that the white she ordered was actually red we retreated outside to drink our drinks and came back to get another but had to wait a further 10 minutes on her return we decided not to bother and told her our room no. but we had to pay then and couldn't put it on our room.I think they could do with an older person there as all the staff were under 25.when we booked out the two girls were okay but kept talking in german and giggling we wont go back there again!

A pleasant stay for scaffolding enthusiasts

We used the hotel as an overnight rest stop on the journey to Hamburg from the UK, opting for this hotel due to the promise of a comfortable stay after the tedious drive. Despite the ongoing roadworks on the nearby autobahn, the location of the hotel is convenient for those travelling past. Upon arrival however, we struggled to actually find the hotel due to it wearing a rather unattractive dressing of scaffolding.

After navigating the exterior looking for an entrance that wasn't entwined with countless metal poles, we were greeted by the standard glitzy Mercure style. The receptionist wasn't the most chirpy lass on the planet, but the service sufficed. Presentation in the lobby, elevators, corridors and the rooms were pristine, with the addition of a makeshift balcony courtesy of the exterior scaffolding.

Due to the proximity of the scaffolding walkways to the windows, hotel occupants can easily take the opportunity to climb from their window and take a run around the exterior of the building. We opted not to do this however due to the rather grim appearance of the lobby roof below.

The hotel bar was well kept and the waiter was swift and pleasant in his service. Nothing quite beats the speedy delivery of a pilsner to your table after travelling across the continent.

Overall, a pleasant stay that was only impacted by the ongoing visuals of construction work, and the frustration of trying to access the hotel from the autobahn.

A clean and delightful place visually. Room was fresh, simple and modern and again fantastic to look at.
However, only dealt with the staff in the restaurant, one particular employee was a tad condescending. I asked for a tissue (as britt often do) and was told they only supplied 'serviettes'!
Stayed overnight on a Saturday so this could be the reason for the last criticism but food was poor breakfast cereal STALE, crossionts STALE!

Everything was very nice at this hotel, though I found myself strangely bothered by a low-level residual smell of smoke in the room (listed a non-smoking). The sauna area was very nice and well maintained. Great location and staff . . . everything else was perfect.

In overall was a good stay. I stayed there during Eurotir show. Everything was nice. Can not complain. But i should also notice, that i was leaving early in the morning and coming back late in the evening. Small suggestion to the administration - change the fresh juice machine at breakfast. It does not work well really. Otherwise breakfast was very good with a good choice of everything. I can for sure recommend it for the short business stays.

The only reason I've given the condition and upkeep a 4 is that the corridors smelt badly of cigarette smoke. The room, however, did not. This isn't really a reflection of the hotel but rather an observation that Germany does not abide by the regulation prohibiting smoking in public places.

Free Wi-Fi in the rooms would have been a welcome touch too.

I'm not sure about the location of this hotel since I only stayed in Hanover for only two days but this hotel is clean and comfortable. The reception staff is very informative. This hotel doesn't have room service. The rooms are very standard. The shower tub is very small. They don't change your towels if your towels are folded back on the rack even though they have been used. They also don't check your soap liquid dispenser to replenish it when it's empty.

Comfortable and friendly hotel

The hotel is out of the centre but it's in a quiet area and I was able to sleep well during my stay there. When I left the hotel in the morning I tended to stay out for the entire day as the hotel is out of the way. My room was very comfortable with a fridge which let me store some food for breakfast. There is just one computer available for guests in the hotel lobby but I never had to wait to use it.

Park Inn Hannover had several rooms affected by a problem of water leaks, we were transferred to Best Western Der Föhrenfof.

Very small rooms, no air conditioner and extremely warm. Big problems with WIFI in the rooms.

There's a tram station less than 500 meters from the hotel. With tram, you're 20 minutes away from the Central Station, and then another 20 minutes from Messe. The hotel staff are friendly, but we didn't come across any trouble to test the helpfulness. The breakfast is very good.

Desværre levede overnatningen ikke op til pris eller forventning - vi fik et værelse med AC og radiator som stod og dryppede hele natten - så vi endte med at forlade hotellet kl 4 om natten. Natportie var ingen hjælp, ej heller hotellet. Vi endte dog efter meget skriv frem og tilbage at få 22 euro til parkeringen!

Not for allergic people

As I am allergic to dogs and cats and also cannot have feathers in pillows and duvet and informed hotels.com about this. Other hotels receive this information without any problem but not this one.
They did put dogs in all the rooms and did not save any rooms for allergic people and we had to sleep without pillows and duvets because they could not arrange any without feathers.
The breakfast was included. We will of course never stay here again.

Preis-Leistung passt nicht!

Leider war aus Personalmangel alles etwas unkoordiniert und teilweise nicht freundlich. Einzig eine Dame die zuerst im Restaurant war und danach an der Bar, hat noch einen positiven Eindruck hinterlassen, wurde aber von der Rezeption noch als die „Schuldige“ dargestellt.

Im Bad dann Haare an der Wand und auf der WC-Brille. Irgendeine braune Flüssigkeit klebte im Regal. Vielleicht dort auch Personalmangel.
Um 20h wurden wir im Restaurant gefragt, was wir wollen. Unsere Antwort: gerne Abendessen. Darauf bekamen wir wiederum zur Antwort: „ich schau mal, ob der Koch noch was macht“
Mein Zimmer war schon etwas „abgerockt“
Das Bett war sehr bequem und hatte gute Kissen
Für €130,-/Nacht erwarte ich keinen Palast, jedoch Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit

Zimmer war bereits veraltet, mehr Flecken auf dem Teppichboden als ursprüngliche Farbe. Hotel ist etwas sehr weit weg vom Zentrum, das mit der Tram in etwa 20 Minuten erreicht werden kann. Der Frühstücksraum ist ebenfalls etwas zu klein.

Vi havde udelukkende valgt hotellet på grund af kælder til motorcykel , den var lukket . Motorcykel måtte holde ude .. problemer med at få betalt i restaurant , da restaurant og hotel er to forskellige pengekasser .. personale kunne ikke engang finde ud af at lave kaffe … ikke 4 stjerner , måske 2 stjerner

Gute Lage, einige Verbesserungspotentiale

Check in hat etwas länger dauert als üblich.
Wasserabfluss in der Badewanne war defekt. Ich habe es reklamiert, aber es wurde nicht repariert. Am nächsten Tag existierte das Problem immer noch. Kosten für Frühstück und Parken sind zu teuer für das was angeboten wird.

Problemloser Check-in, sauberes Zimmer mit kleiner Kaffeemaschine, freundlicher Service und fahrtechnisch gut gelegen (Nähe Autobahn). Trotz Nähe zur Strasse war das Zimmer ruhig. Einige kostenfreie Parkplätze am Starßenrand in der näheren Umgebung.

Aufenthalt war ok und wurde lediglich aufgrund der Nähe zu den fixierten Terminen gewählt! Zimmer ok aber in die Jahre gekommen - Matratzen durchgelegen, Teppich abgelaufen! Frühstück wäre nur sehr eingeschränkt möglich gewesen (Corona), sollte aber € 18,-- (!) kosten! Wurde dankend abgelehnt!

Für den geschäflichen Aufenthalt sehr angenehm

Insgesamt ein nettes Hotel. Die Buchung ist zu empfehlen. Das Hotel liegt zwar nicht so schön aber es befindet sich eine U-Bahn Anbindung vor dem Haus, besser ist es ein Auto zu haben. Eine der Mitarbeiterinnen am Empfang hatte eine Sprachbarriere, auch die Englischkenntnisse haben nicht ausgereicht. Es ging lediglich um das Parken von einem großen Transporter, was nicht weiter schlimm gewesen ist.
Das Frühstück hätte etwas umfangreicher sein können, war aber trotzdem sehr gut.
