It was fine for staying to lay a place to head down. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The room was incredibly small. Not dirty in a way that they didn't clean it, but dirty because it's older. We stayed at a Comfort Inn in Illinois on our way to Indiana. Bigger room, cleaner shower and bathroom. The breakfast was way better in Illinois. But the people who greeted us were great in Indiana! I like that. I don't think we'll stay at a Comfort Inn again. It's ok for folks who need a quick overnight moving ok to a new place

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was unacceptable. The bathroom had visible mold, which is not only unpleasant but a serious health concern. The carpet was stained throughout the room, giving the entire space a dirty, neglected feel. Worst of all, the sheets were not clean, which is the bare minimum any guest should be able to expect.
For the price and the reputation this property claims to have, the level of cleanliness was extremely disappointing. I hope management addresses these issues immediately, because as it stands, I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

I was wondering why this was the only place with availability. Never in my life did I think I’d pay over $500 a night for a crappy room at the comfort inn. I should’ve been clued in with the scotch tape holding the wallpaper up in the hallway. If you’re going to price gouge on a busy IU weekend, don’t make me feel like I have to get a penicillin shot after leaving.

This hotel was in terrible condition. It was very run down and the rooms were not clean. The sink in the bathroom would not drain and the toilet barely flushed. I was moving my youngest son to Indiana University and stayed here for 3 nights. I had to pay $400/night for this hotel which was in totally unacceptable condition. I will never stay at this hotel again. I am extremely disappointed in my stay.

The lady working at 5pm Friday June 20th at the front desk was very nice and got us checked in quickly. The hallways to our room smelled very good and clean. Our room was perfect. Very comfortable bed. Good tv channel's including 3 HBO and Cinemax. Breakfast was so good. Hot and cold selections at no extra price. This is our 5th time staying here through the last couple of years. Even though softball is ending for my daughter. If anyone ask or I need to stay in Bloomington again. This will always be my first and only choice.

During check-in we were charged $150 for a deposit, which was more than the room. This still would have been okay except our friend who also checked in the same day was not charged a deposit. My room had a mildew odor. The A/C only worked on Auto and to turn it on i had to lower the degree to 64. No entry light the bulb wasn't replaced no water pressure in the shower i had to fill the tube. For a 2 star hotel seem they content. No effort to become a 3, 4 or 5 star. Hotel. Terrible from start to finish. Check In - awful, took 25 minutes. Lobby smelled terrible and the hallway to the room even worse. Room was musty but OK. Drain in shower clogged. Toilet didn't work very well. Ice Machine broken on my floor. Check out was a nightmare and the attendant could not give me a receipt. I travel across the globe frequently from Motel 6s to the Ritz. I think the price value relationship was abhorent. Hotels.com should consider dropping them.

If all you need is a place to sleep it does the job. But it’s not super clean. One of the comforters blankets was ripped up and stained, but quickly replaced. Still food on the floor from the people before us, or maybe the ones before them who knows. But it was comfortable, the staff was nice, and they have free breakfast with 24hour coffee, which wasn’t bad! All in all pretty much what I expected when I booked it for the cost vs other hotels in the area.

I had tried all week to contact the hotel to advise of a late check-in in accordance with our travel plans to no avail. Upon arrival I was advised that our room had been canceled eventhough I had received an email advising of check-in (assuming automated) and asking for a review of the check-in experience. The manager advised that he would have to book a new room and I'd have to pay their full rate and request a refund from Hotels.com/Expedia. When I told him that was unacceptable and became argumentative with him he ordered me to leave the hotel and threatened to call the police. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with a hotel and/or staff anywhere in the world in my years of travel. I'll never stay with anther Comfort Inn.

TV was dark/barely visible, heat didn't work (the fix was to bang on the unit each time it quit working), website says checkout is at noon but we got a knock on the door at 11:05 and told we had 20 minutes to get out. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was in rough shape. Multiple stains and ripped up sections on the carpet, wallpaper peeling up on the seams. Looked like an area of water damage on the ceiling. The bed was comfortable though and it was quiet. Due to the condition of the room, I wouldn’t stay here again. The rooms really need a complete renovation.

The hotel had plenty of parking it was not top of the line but ok for us to spend a few nights there. Not enough shampoo in the little bottles, there were some stains on the carpet. The AC was a constant I could not get it to shut off. The room itself was not bad the bed was Ok but like I said it was OK for us for a few nights. The bathtub drained very slowly. The shower diverter valve got stuck so I had to force it down. The device used to prevent the door from opening was loose and needed to be screwed in tight .

Apparently there was an upgrade to this property so the guest rooms were very nice. Comfy beds, updated decor, and quiet. The negative was lack of water. Wanting to fill a water bottle the front desk attendant mentioned there was water in the fitness room. The bottle was empty/needed to be replaced. The front desk stated she’d leave a note. Next morning, still empty. Apparently a crowd ate breakfast before we got there and many items were not replaced. Very disappointing.
