I have stayed at this location twice. It’s a great location next to the Mall of America. As long as you’re not staying next to somebody because the walls are thin it’s a good stay. However, if you’re next to somebody be ready for loud noises, especially coming from the Hall. The pool that they have would be nice for entertainment for the kids. The one downside that Expedia doesn’t even capture is that there is a daily parking fee that’s not included in the hotel cost to find out that as a surprise! When you check in!

I really liked the friendliness of the staff. Upon check-in she asked if we had a car. When I told her no; she then asked if we needed a shuttle. The bartender happily gave me change so I could tip the maid. And he even tried a card trick. In the morning Lyft ride was called. Great customer service!

The hotel has a huge parking lot, many years old yet they charge you to park there on top of the cost of the room. If they offered security I could understand but nothing special. We went to WalMart around the corner, We didnt feel safe. Homeless laying all around, beggars. We did Mall of America and went to the town of Edina for a meal. The hotel is convenient for that.
