The hotel room was nice. It would have been nice to have some forks and knives, etc. The bird poop on the stairs to our property was not cleaned the whole time we were there, so that was kinda gross. The majority of pool chairs had backs that didn't go up, so the few that did were always claimed. Why would you buy chairs like this? That really bummed us out. The food at the pool bar was great.

Very spacious apartment with a lovely terrace. Nice quiet complex with a great pool area...lots of sunbeds and space. Very green and pretty around the complex.
There was a huge amount of choice for breakfast including an omelette station and local produce. All the food was replenished with no products going empty. Big restaurant with seating outside.

The only small thing would be that the kitchen is a little big dated but was well equiped with kitchen utensils if you wanted to self cater.

Let's start with the good things. It is my second time on this hotel, and I don't like to repeat holidays, so that in itself speaks volumes about my first experience.
This second time around was not too far from my expectations. The same fantastic swimming pool, same fantastic, quiet location. The staff of this hotel is excellent, communication is easy, they are very accomodating to your requests, it is a small, nice hotel with great people and I think they do a great job in keeping things simple.

However, this time around the food was a hit and miss. Easily noticeable is the choice for lower quality ingredients in general. The grilled section is less than good. Fish quality very limited apart from one night with Tuna steak which was very good. The rest of the week was limited to Tilapia, Merluza and Pollock. You can argue it is varied, but it is a low end selection. The steaks were horrible, 50% fat on those steaks.
The regional food served continues of good quality, although more staples from the fantastic Spanish cuisine could be served.
Egg station on breakfast is annoying, only omelettes made on order. You cannot have fresh fried or scrambled eggs. I was particularly annoyed when the lady was frying the eggs fresh from the grill and refused to give one to me saying that I had to take from the eggs that were sitting in the shelve. I ate cold fried eggs the whole week.
Quality of food will hurt the hotel in the long run if not remediated.

Would highly recommend

A great 4 days for a family with children aged 4, 7, 9. We loved the food (great range) activities (tennis, bicycling, pool, beach, kids clubs etc…) and will be back. Thank you to the young woman who lead the kids clubs and kids disco as well as Amor on the reception desk; she was a great help.

We had a terrible experience with the reception staff, who we informed on different occasions that the shower in our room was unregulated and scalding water was coming out unexpectedly. Their first response was: we don't have any more rooms, I'm sorry, and then, when a technician came for the third time and managed to verify the problem, they lied to Expedia and said that we 1. had not let the technician in, 2. that they had us Offered from the first day room change. Added to this, one of their solutions was for us to shower in another room. Terrible, even more so when I was pregnant, which in addition to being uncomfortable was dangerous.

We liked the large pool, which was quieter than many hotels we’ve stayed at. Breakfast was good with a reasonable selection, though it didn’t change much. Our room was good, the sofa bed was fantastic, with two large mattresses, perfect for our kids. The balcony was small without direct sunlight which we didn’t mind as it kept us cool during our summer visit. The bathroom was modern and appeared recently updated. The apartment kitchen was dated and cupboards smelled of mildew or mould, yuk. There was entertainment at the property which was ok, but that may be because it was towards the end of the season. All staff were friendly and welcoming. The location is great, really convenient for the beach and marina.

Great service every time, staff genuinely kind and friendly, efficient and helpful for all requests, reception, room cleaning, pool, restaurant, every one of them contributed to make our holidays amazing. Great swimming pool, not crowded, cool music, lots of shadow, no rush to save sunbeds. Room was very comfortable, all appliances working fine, air conditioning perfect. Would recommend and come come back!

We have just come back from a two week stay in a self-contained room at this hotel. It was super basic but fine for us, beds were comfortable which was important! The staff on reception were really helpful. The hotel location is good with a supermarket right opposite and at the back too. The pool was brilliant, nice and deep so great for kids diving and ball games mostly took place in the shallow end. We didn't see people putting towels down early, maybe a little towards the end of our stay when it got busier but hopefully the hotel discourages this. We didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment on this, but all the restaurants nearby in a lovely harbour, are decent. My only negative, which has nothing to do with the hotel (!) is the amount of rubbish everywhere, especially the beaches, just such a shame.

A Perfect Retreat with Warm Hospitality

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly kind and attentive throughout my entire visit. The level of cleanliness in both the rooms and common areas was outstanding, which made for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

One of the things I appreciated most was the peaceful atmosphere. The hotel was remarkably quiet, allowing for a truly relaxing experience. The included breakfast was a delightful bonus - a great start to each day.

The proximity to both beaches within walking distance was incredibly convenient. Additionally, having a supermarket nearby was a huge plus. The fact that there was free parking available everywhere was a fantastic added benefit.

I initially stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, but I'm already looking forward to an extended stay of at least 10 more days in the near future. That's how much I enjoyed my time here!

This property had a great pool and although furnished simply it was very clean and the staff were so helpful. We had a better than expected stay here, we normally go 4 or 5 star so we expected much less from a 3 star but actually it was as good as some 4 star hotels we have stayed in. I would consider going back. The one downside was the food though, what there was was very nice but the selection was not huge. I would not go all inclusive as there are so many nice restaurants close by at the marina.

Beautiful hotel, shame about the beds

The hotel is lovely, the pool is great and the breakfast was generally excellent. The rooms are quite simple which is fine, but we couldn’t get a double bed only two small twins which felt a bit like we were on a school trip and sleeping in a dormitory rather than on a romantic holiday.

The apartments are nice and well kept. Swimming pool is large and very deep. Kids had a blast. Good surroundings, plenty of shops and restaurants close by.
The only bit letting the place down is the food. Despite the large arrange of options for breakfast and dinner it's difficult to find good quality and well cooked dishes. Plancha section was the main one providing some decent food.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden sehr gerne wiederkommen. Die Animation im Hotel hat uns sehr gefallen, wir haben beim Voleyball, Acqua-Gym, Karaoke, Bingo und anderen Angeboten teilgenommen. Besonders gut hat uns der Pool gefallen, wir hatten auch die Möglichkeit das Paddelfeld und die Ausrüstung zum Spielen gratis zu mieten, die wir sehr froh ausgenutzt haben. Das Essen war ok, aber nach 9 Tagen Halbpension hat man irgendwann genug davon. Die Kellner und Köche waren ohne Frage sehr nett und ansprechbar. Wir können das hotel sehr Familien und Paaren empfehlen die einen ruhigen und sicheren Aufenthalt suchen.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per 10 giorni, io, mia moglie e i nostri due bambini. L’esperienza è stata davvero positiva.

La camera era spaziosa e pulita, con servizio di pulizia quotidiano. Il letto matrimoniale era composto da due singoli uniti, mentre per il nostro bimbo di 9 mesi ci hanno fatto trovare un lettino già pronto (richiesto in fase di prenotazione). La nostra figlia di 9 anni ha dormito comodamente in soggiorno. La stanza disponeva anche di un balconcino e di una cucina attrezzata, molto utile per chi viaggia con bambini.

La piscina è stata una delle cose che abbiamo apprezzato di più: una vasca grande perfetta per nuotare e rilassarsi, e una più piccola (30 cm di profondità) ideale per i bimbi piccoli.

Il personale si è dimostrato sempre cordiale e disponibile. Abbiamo scelto la formula mezza pensione, quindi colazione e cena. La colazione era sempre la stessa ma molto varia, sia dolce che salata, con omelette preparate al momento. La cena, invece, era a buffet e cambiava ogni sera: ampia scelta, piatti buoni e curati. Le bevande non erano incluse.

La posizione è un altro punto forte: in pochi minuti a piedi si raggiungono sia le spiagge che il centro.

Nel complesso siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti: struttura adatta alle famiglie, ben organizzata e con un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consigliata senza riserve. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

La struttura curata e gli spazi comuni cosi come le stanze erano pulite. Il cibo in linea con un 3 stelle. Unica pecca i piatti non sufficientemente puliti, ma sicuramente risolvibile con una maggiore accuratezza. Durante la cena anche l'acqua è a pagamento.

Séjour d’une semaine début août 2025 en famille un couple et un enfant de 11ans. Je recommande cet hôtel l’emplacement est idéal a 5 minutes d’une plage magnifique dans une station balnéaire tranquille de petite taille mais parfaite avec un joli port. L’hôtel est très bien, toujours de la place pour se garer aux alentours en voiture. Hôtel avec une piscine adaptée aux enfants peu importe l’âge. Un buffet satisfaisant et un personnel au petit soin qui fera l’effort de parler français si vous ne parlez pas bien espagnol ou anglais. Une mention particulière à la gentillesse d’Irina au buffet qui a pris le soin de vérifier que tout était sécurisé pour les repas (absence d’allergènes ) et Neus a l’accueil. Toutes les deux sont très professionnels. Des animations à la piscine et le soir sympa. L’appartement très bien. Je recommande fortement !

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cet hôtel, tout était parfait du début à la fin ! L’établissement est très propre, parfaitement entretenu, avec un personnel toujours aux petits soins pour les clients.
Les repas sont variés, équilibrés, avec un vrai souci de qualité. L’emplacement est idéal : une des plus belles plages de l’île à seulement 7 minutes à pied, et le port animé à 5 minutes, parfait pour les balades en soirée.
La chambre-appartement était spacieuse, bien équipée et nettoyée tous les jours. Même les petits soucis sont pris en charge immédiatement : une chasse d’eau cassée réparée dans la minute !
La piscine est surveillée, tout comme la plage, ce qui est très rassurant, surtout en famille. Il y a aussi de belles animations en journée et en soirée, toujours dans une ambiance conviviale et respectueuse du repos de chacun.
Aucune voiture nécessaire, tout est accessible à pied : commerces, restaurants, pharmacies…
Une véritable pépite, à découvrir absolument !
En résumé, un séjour sans fausse note, dans un cadre agréable, sécurisé et reposant, avec un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Un bel hôtel, emplacement parfait, proche de la plage, des commerces, du port. Bon rapport qualité prix : calme, propre, personnel agréable, belle piscine, restaurant très bien. Il est facile de se garer autour de l’hôtel au moins de juillet.
Point à améliorer : banquette lit peu confortable pour dormir dans la pièce principale (pas de canapé lit), bruit de la climatisation et du réfrigérateur. Pour une famille, mieux vaut prendre 2 chambres pour bien dormir, les lits dans la chambre étaient très bien.

Wij hadden een geweldige vakantie hier. Het appartement was basic, maar voor ons meer dan goed. Er is airco in de leefruimte en slaapkamer, elke dag propere handdoeken en bedden opgemaakt. Je kon de kamer goed donker maken. Het complex is mooi onderhouden, rustig, altijd plek om te liggen aan het zwembad. Wij hadden half pension en voor een 3* was het zeker goed. Verschillende kleine supermarktjes op korte loopafstand. Er zijn 2 stranden vlakbij en een bushalte in de straat naar Cuitadella elk half uur. De jachthaven van Cala'n Bosch is op 5min stappen en daar heb je allemaal restaurants. Wij hebben een fijne tijd gehad.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, proche des plages et des commerces que l'on peut rejoindre facilement à pied.
Les logements sont disséminés façon petit village avec beaucoup de fleurs.
La très grande piscine a une température idéale avec une partie enfants.
L'appartement de 2 chambres bénéficie de 2 salles de bain, appréciable quand on est à 2 couples.
Petite terrasse pour lire ou prendre un café.
La literie est excellente et le coin cuisine est bien fourni.
Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable.
Les buffets petit-déjeuner et diner sont classiques mais avec beaucoup de choix, surtout au petit-déjeuner.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour mais je trouve que le rapport qualité/prix est un peu élevé.

Très bon hôtel. Le lieu est agréable, convivial et très méditerranéen. Tout est à proximité (bus pour Ciutadella, plage à 5 minutes à pied et le port à 10 minutes).
Les chambres sont simples et propres. Le personnel de l’accueil est très agréable et toujours de bon conseil. La piscine est au top.
Les petits déjeuners sont très bons. Mais, nous n’avons pas accroché avec les dîners (demi-pensions) : cela restait passable quand même !

A estrutura do hotel é boa, os quartos são grandes embora antigos, as cortinas e colchas das camas são antigos e por isso acabam tendo poeira e me causou alergia. As quadras de tênis não são dentro do hotel, faz parte do complexo de condominios do local e podem ter outras pessoas de outros condominios usando também. Café da manhã muito bom! De modo geral é muito bom e ficaria novamente

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, le personnel est charmant, situé à 2mins de 2 plages très sympa et avec des supermarchés partout, très pratique.

Tout était parfait !
Personnel très accueillant , chambres très propres , grande piscine avec toujours des transats dispo et des coins ombragés , nourriture variée et de bonne qualité , localisation idéale pour sillonner sur l’île sans aucune difficulté

Lieu sympathique et belle piscine

Le lieu est beau et les appartements sont sympas. Il faut améliorer le petit déjeuné il n’y a pas beaucoup de choix.

El hotel está bastante bien, tiene muy buena relación calidad-precio.
Para el desayuno hay variedad y las cenas no están mal. Lo mejor de todo es su personal, muy, muy amable.
