It was a great stay. The apartment was huge for the price paid and the breakfast was amazing. Lots of fresh options and live kitchen. The staff was lovely, and very pleasant and kind. Lots of parking on site and in a parking lot at the next street. Menorca has mostly free parking so no worries if renting a car.

The hotel is an easy 5 minute stroll to the beach or marina, which has plenty of restaurants to choose from. We had a 1 bedroom apartment, with lounge and kitchenette, large bathroom - it was spacious, comfy bed and though the decor felt a little dated the whole hotel was immaculately clean and our apartment serviced every day. All the staff really friendly and helpful, restaurant team welcoming and the breakfast plentiful, though a bit predictable.
Pool area is beautiful different depths, gardens well laid out with plenty of loungers which looked new (no fighting for sunbeds!). No loud music playing, which was fab. We really enjoyed our stay, the location and the relaxed feel of the hotel.
Booked our transfers through Expedia which were really efficient, with lovely drivers.

Staff were all excellent. Pool and surrounds with adjacent poolside bar really nice set up. Life guard all day. The whole area is spotless and maintained to a high standard. The restaurant offers a wide variety of good food. The Marina is only 3 mins walk away as is the nearest beach. We had a lovely holiday.

Our apartment was just right and the location spot on for beaches. Only downside was pool was freezing so we didn’t use it as much as hoped instead we swam in the sea.

We loved everything about this hotel and for 4 star, thought it was one of the best we have ever stayed in. We were very pleased upon arrival to see the spaciousness of the accommodation: it felt like we had an apartment. The bedroom was spacious, nice bathroom and a great living area with small, well-equipped kitchen. The only issue for us was the position of our room: we looked at the back of the supermarket and we were right by the air con unit which was quite noisy. If I went again, I would make sure I requested a room away from it. However, the air con in the room was very effective.
We were half board and would highly recommend this: we were able to eat outside on the terrace at every meal and this was high season (although the outside tables were full for those guests who turned up later in the evening).
All the staff were extremely professional, smiley and helpful.

Such a lovely hotel. Super staff throughout the hotel and pool is glorious. We stayed in a one bedroom suite which was more like a duplex apartment with a proper bed upstairs in the kitchen lounge and twin beds downstairs. Great location as handy for Ciutadella and Cala en Bosch. Rather than eat round the port area we preferred walking along the beautiful coastline path cami de cavalls which takes you to Son Xoriguer a gorgeous unspoilt beach with a lovely restaurant WhyNot. Super hotel and highly recommended!

We had a fantastic time at Macarella Suites. All the staff were friendly,helpful and had a good sense of humour. Only one small gripe and it is minor: We couldn't find any tea in the breakfast selection to suit the British taste.

We went to this hotel last year and had a great time.Was even better this time, food in hotel was great. The girls in reception were very friendly and helpful. No getting up at silly o'clock to bag a sun bed, plenty for everyone. We will be going back.

Había solicitado cama de matrimonio y fueron dos camas individuales, el hotel se llama suit &spa y no disponen de nada de spa para menores por lo tanto no pudimos disfrutar del spa ya que estuvimos con una menor, las cortinas no eran opacas y por lo tanto a las 7 entraba luz, la habitación hacia frío pedimos la calefacción y nos dijeron que no disponía de calefacción nos trajeron un edredón más. El personal es amable y el desayuno estaba bien pero pienso que está sobrevalorado y no esta a la altura de un 4 estrellas, si lo que buscas es relajarte y viajas en familia sin duda Menorca dispone de una oferta mucho más buena con hotel inferiores y más económicos sin duda no repetiremos

L’hotel si trova in una zona urbanizzata con negozi, supermercati, noleggi di auto e diversi ristoranti che affacciano su un piccolo porto. La camera era molto grande, luminosa e pulita e disponeva di due balconcini e anche di un angolo cottura con tutto il necessario. Anche il bagno era grande e pulito.
L’hotel ha una grande piscina con zona verde circostante, un parcheggio interno, un ristorante con spazio all’esterno e anche una terrazza bar. Dispone anche di una spa che però non abbiamo provato.
La colazione e la cena al ristorante sono a buffet e ogni giorno propongono piatti diversi e ci sono sempre molte scelte.
L’hotel mette anche a disposizione degli ospiti gli asciugamani e l’ombrellone per la spiaggia.
Tutti i camerieri e le receptionist sono stati gentili ed efficienti.
