Overall a great stay. Some issues with our room were dealt with by the manager at the end of our stay professionally. Staff around the pool and occasionally at breakfast are a little slow, forget orders and do not meet the highest expectations you would want given the price point of this hotel.

Without question, one of the best resorts in terms of staff and service. Everyone was dedicated to making our stay perfect and they succeeded. Qualia is a beautiful resort with great rooms and beautiful property but the staff make it outstanding. Don’t miss the trip to Whitehaven and Hill inlet. Food was excellent-enjoyed the daily breakfast which they will customize to your liking. We will definitely go back if we make it back to Australia.

Qualia muss man erleben! wunderschöne Anlage mit exklusiven großzügigen Villen mit eigenem Clubcar mit dem man die Insel erkunden kann,schöner Strand/ Poolbereich mit Wassersportmöglichkeiten die inklusive sind ,hier die wirklich engagierte superfreundliche Mia zu erwähnen! sehr angenehm der turn down service wo es Tee und Duftlämpchen gibt, sehr wohltuend für den Gast!
2 kleine Minuspunkte: Frühstück etwas chaotisch, Kaffee kommt nicht, Bestellungen werden verwechselt oder vergessen, jeden Tag die gleiche Frage nach Allergien....
Check in zunächst von Hamilton super freundlich, dann leider Mrs Holli arrogant ,fast feindselig und unterkühlt und emotionslos. Wir verlängerten den Aufenthalt dort für 2 Tage- kein freundliches Wort, dafür gleich die Summe und Aufforderungen der Kreditkarte, schade!!! Immerhin sind wir der zahlende Gast und hätte uns über ein paar warme Worte gefreut.Abgesehen davon, alles top!

We recently spent 3 nights at Qualia Resort in early February 2024. The resort was breathtaking! We absolutely loved the staff and our Pavilion was extraordinary! We planned a fantastic excursion to the Great Barrier Reef via helicopter with a brief stop on Whitsunday Island's Whitehaven Beach. The resort has their own helipad. This resort is impeccable in every way and we cannot wait to return!

The most beautiful and best ocean side resort! The staff are very professional and wonderful and helpful. The pavilion we stayed is truly wonderful with total privacy and everything is to the expectation. The breakfast is excellent and the dinner dinning experience is spectacular! The pool and the surrounding is absolutely beautiful. The library has some most amazing book collections. It’s truly the best resort in the world.

Truly for couples and those who wants total privacy , peace and quiet.
Turndown service was very nice with some nice touches.
There were incidences of miscommunication eg: I requested for inroom breakfast dining on the check out day. We called reception the day b4 and the reception said a form will be brought to us. There wasn’t any. So we called the in dining and they gladly arrange. Breakfast was great though. But drinks ordered wasn’t brought to us. We saved the trouble n made it on our room in the room.
The day before checkout , i called the reception to request to pick us up from our room at 10.30 am. For some strange reason , the pax came at 10am for the luggage. We were slightly confused. Beach club has this slip to inform about the timing of picking up lugguage which I find was really useful.
Also our luggages were not in the van with us on the way to the airport. There was a slight panic when we do not see our luggages because the couple with us got theirs.
It only came close to half an hr later which was explained to us the vehicle ( the one our luggage was on) broke down on the way here.
Other than that , it was close to a perfect stay.

It's expensive, but the location, staff and facilities are second to none. The resort is very well planned, with huge 'pavillions' cleverly landscaped so that you don't even see your neighbours, it only ever felt like there was a handful of guests despite Qualia being fully booked when we were there. Staff were great, attentive professional without being intrusive. Highly, highly recommend the private beach transfers to local islands, where they'll set you up on a beach with your own parasol, beach loungers and lunch, usually without anyone else being anywhere nearby! Whitehaven is stunning, and getting there by helicopter even more so, especially when it leaves from Qualias own helipad! If you can spare the cash and have an occasion to justify the trip, don't hesitate.

Thought the villas just gorgeous - spacious and private. Certainly the pick of the accommodation in Hamilton Island where the rest of the Island facilities are pretty tired. More variation is need with the food offering at Qualia. After 2 days I was ready to move on - not a noodle, rice or pasta on the menu and no spice or curry anywhere. Fine food although absolutely delicious is not always needed and for around the pool there needs to be more variety and more 'poolside' options.
The quality of the cocktails varied depending on who made them.
The pool is gorgeous, and the loungers, but not ideal when plane after plane is taking off over your head. Doesn't add to the ambience. The spa is a must - absolutely divine.

Pure Bliss on Earth

Qualia is a sensory overload and pure bliss. We were picked up at the airport and after a short 5 minute drive arrived at the resort. Our first impressions were high with a glass of champagne waiting for us and a fabulous view out to the ocean. Qualia is understated luxury and emphasis is placed on maintaining the environment it is built in. This makes for a peaceful and private experience (as does the no children policy). The gardens are plentiful with native plants and animals a regular sighting. Our pavilion was very large with a huge bathroom featuring a bathtub which we spent every night in and lounge area to watch free first release movies. Each pavilion also has a large deck with lounges and a table. A complimentary bottle of Veuve champagne was waiting for us on arrival. The bathroom also features a large supply of Aesop products that are replenished every night. Each pavilion comes with a 2 person golf cart to easily travel around the resort and down to the pool and gym area on Pebble beach. You can also take the golf cart to explore the island - other resorts, restaurants and marina. Qualia is head and shoulders above all other hotels and restaurants on the island. It is also superior to the nearby 5 star Hayman Island resort. We will definitely be returning to the resort and will get full board included in our package because the restaurant is excellent and better than others on the island for the same price. In fact, the full board package offers better value for money in hindsight as you get breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast was included in the standard package and it was beautiful. A fruit and yoghurt platter on arrival, fresh juices and smoothies plus an a la carte selection of cold and hot dishes. The pool at Pebble Beach also has a great lunch menu, our meals were of a very high quality, but it is on the expensive side. Be sure to book for the free island drop off and organise a picnic lunch. This was truly a special experience. When we arrived at our island it was already set up with beach umbrella and towels. The drop off is not actively promoted so you need to ask specifically for it. Another tip is to have early evening drinks in the Long Room where they often serve free canapes of gourmet dishes. My husband and I travel regularly and have stayed at some of the best hotels and resorts around the globe. Qualia met and exceeded our expectations and is easily one of the top 2 or 3 places we have stayed. Highly recommended you won't be disappointed.

곳곳에 도마뱀이 나와서 자주 놀랐습니다. 놀랍도록 벌레가 많습니다.. 샤워중에 남자 스탭이 직접 문을 열고 들어와서 놀랐습니다. 퀄리아에서는 방해금지라고 체크가 안되어있었다고 하네요..따로 방해금지 태그를 걸 수 있는 것도 아닙니다. 표시등이 있다는데 체크인때 전혀 이야기를 듣지 못했습니다. 못들었다 했더니 너무 많은 정보를 알려드려모르는것같다 이러시네요… 이게 말입니까 ? 저녁 7시에 숙소에 들어와 있으면서도 스탭이 들어올걸 생각해야하는지요? 돈은 다른 리조트보다 몇배나 사용했지만 불면증과 트라우마를 남겨준 여행이었습니다.

I was often surprised to see lizards all over the place. Amazingly buggy. I was surprised that the male staff personally opened the door in the shower and came in. In Qualia, it wasn't checked as no interference. It's not like you can put a no interference tag on it. I didn't hear anything at all when I checked in. I told you that, and you said it seems like you don't know because you gave me so much information... What do you mean? Am I supposed to think about having staff when I come in at 7 p.m.? I spent more than I did at other resorts, but it left me with insomnia and trauma.

Sensationelle Pavillons (Windward Pavilion) mit einer sehr hochwertigen Ausstattung und einem fantastischem Blick. Paradiesisch ... wir wollten unseren Urlaub sofort abbrechen und hierbleiben. Leider ist dies finanziell schwierig, denn die Übernachtung kostet richtig viel Geld. Möglicherweise zu viel Geld, das mag sein, das Gebotene ist allerdings auch absolute Premiumklasse. Leider hält das Organisationsteam des qualia nicht ganz mit, denn es gab im Vorfeld einige Kommunikationsdefizite, die sehr ungewöhnlich waren und einem Hotel in dieser Klasse niemals passieren dürften. Ein wirkliche Entschuldigung gab es nicht, die angebliche Info an den General Manager erfolgte wohl auch nicht, das war wenig professionell. Doch davon abgesehen ... weltklasse!
