The carpet was disgusting dirty and old. The mattress was old and we could feel the springs. The rooms decor was from 1970. It was dark tiny and grey. I was shocked that this was a Hampton Inn.

The wall thermostat but there wasn’t one. The 6:00 breakfast was ready at 6:30 and the hot food wasn’t . We told the lady at the desk we were checking out, then a few hours later got an email that we hadn’t checked out.

The guy that checked us in michael was friendly and helpful gave great info about the hotel and hyped up the free breakfast that was pretty good the room was nice and clean but the toilet did not flush we kept trying but it would not flush all the way the bed was not comfortable at all but other than that we enjoyed our stay was not bad at all well stay again.

Smooth check-in. Staff was pleasant. Room was small but clean. Breakfast was mid, however the reason for the poor rating is because of the poorly conditioned bed. It was squeaky and soft with a dip in the mattress. The AC never got cool and when the unit was attempting to cool, it sounded like motor. We were only there to sleep so we didn’t make a big fuss. The location was great, but we probably wouldn’t stay again.

The staff are excellent!! Above and beyond customer service, warm, and very welcoming. Michael at the front desk was super friendly and accommodating. Property has nice amenities and is well maintained. Breakfast offerings and coffee well done. Room was small but nicely appointed. About 3.5 miles to pompano beach pier $20 under and $15 to LBTS. Nice stay!!

Update your rooms and replace worn dirty carpet. Don’t put non-handicapped guests in a handicapped room with a wheel-chair shower. Update shower fixtures. Service air conditioning. Make sure there are an abundance of Clean towels. The younger check-in clerk Friday night was super nice
And accommodating. Sent text asking how things were. The older gentleman the next morning was militant. Michael was super informative. Maids only came one day.

The room was nice enough but the bathroom was in need of some TLC. Mold under the sink rim, some kind of cardboard material shredding from under the bathroom door. Hair stick to the shower wall, film on the soap dish. And the shower doors, although pretty and nicer than a shower curtain could not keep water on off the floor. We ended up using all our towels to soak up the flood after each shower.

But a positive. Michael from the front desk was super hospitable and gregarious with everyone. He deserves acknowledgment.

We had to switch rooms twice. Once because the tv was so old, it had just a few channels, none appropriate for kids, and a very blurry picture/screen. The next room, within an hour, 4 cockroach’s were climbing over our suitcases, coming from the cabinet. Very inconvenient and disturbing, and I had 2 little kids with me….this was hard picking up and moving twice. Really disappointed since Hampton Inn has always been our go to hotel.

When we arrived the bathroom had a broken shower curtain, the hook on the door was gone, the wall thermostat did not control the AC unit, the furniture is not scaled to fit the room layout so moving around the room with two people is awkward, the desk chair is trapped under the desk and cannot be pulled out to make more room. The AC unit cools the room well but the room is always damp so nothing drys. Unless you ask at the front desk your room will not be cleaned.
To their credit the fixed the shower curtain and door hook as soon as I reported it. They said the thermostat is a known issue that needs to be addressed but the maintenance man could not do it. The breakfast was fine. Powdered scrambled eggs,, white, wheat bread, plain bagels, cereal, sausage, hard boiled eggs, muffins, butter, margarine, cream cheese, jelly, 2 different kinds of DIY Waffles, bananas, coffee, juices, yogurt...pretty much Hampton standard fare. The pool was very clean as was the jacuzzi. They have towels at the pool. Beds were comfortable full size each with 4 pillows There's only one small waste basket in the bathroom.
During our stay the hilton reservation system went down and stayed down for 2 days. It was a big inconvenience for people checking in. No one could get checked in and no room keys could be granted.

Overall it was overpriced for what we got, but I don't know that other hotel chains in the local area were any better. I would not stay there again for multiple days.

But unfortunately, I had to remove some stars because of how rundown the place is. the pool was old and crumbling, one of the elevators was out of service the entire time I was there and there was roaches in my room, and in some of the other guest rooms of my friends.

Does not meet the expected standard of Hampton Inn. I've stayed in Hampton Inns all of the country, how this place carries the same name baffles me.Trust me, DO NOT stay here!!! Didnt think I needed to, but I should have read reviews. How this place has any postive google reviews is beyond me. This hotel is awful. It's filthy, falling apart, and just flat out poorly maintained. EVERYWHERE you look there is trim missing, paint peeling off walls, cracked tiles, stained carpet, 1 of 2 elevators working.

The first 2 rooms felt like walking into a sauna, the AC didnt work in either of them. They were both humid and smelled of mold. The entire fourth floor reeked of scented carpet cleaner as if to hide the smell of mold. The third room we recieved at least had working AC and did not smell of mold. It was dirty, the toilet would run if it wasnt flushed just right, the shower fixture didnt work as it should, the towel hanger came off the door when a towel was simply hung from it, the body wash in the shower was completely empty, we had 3 towels in the room for a family of 4. This place has completely runied my expectations for future Hampton Inns.

Great hotel and friendly staff! Close to I95, clean rooms, plenty of parking, and great amenities. The pool and hot tub were in pristine condition. Breakfast had a lot of options (sprinkles and chocolate chips, yes please!) and was replenished promptly by Alexis. The staff was super kind and helpful from Michael and Alani at the front desk, to Alexis at the breakfast, to Storm who came quickly to repair our phone. I would definitely recommend this location. Bonus- plaza next to it has a mini market, pizza shop, and more restaurants to choose from.

We used Hilton Honors and Hotels.com points to book this stay for a family gathering, not a vacation. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Room 431 had mold around the A/C and bathroom, peeling wallpaper, chipped paint, a lumpy bed, and damp flooring. Breakfast was inedible due to baby roaches crawling near the food. The property felt neglected and not up to Hilton standards. The only positive was the helpful staff member, Terry. Location is convenient to I-95, but overall, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Everything was good with the hotel in itself. We have stayed at this hotel before. Only complaint is more with hotels.com. We booked a king bed and when we got to our room, we had a queen with handicap assessments. When I went to front desk, the manager informed me that 3rd party booking sites will automatically give you the next thing available when the others are sold out, even though the confirmation said we were getting a king bed. The manager made it right the next day and got us a king bed.

TV poor quality resolution.
Toilet sucks, needs to be flushed a couple times for things to go down. In dire need of remodeling.

Pool was wonderful. Warm pool great workout room great customer service and receptionist. My best compliment is to Lukas at the complimentary breakfast and Michael at the front desk. And a young lady I did not get her name but she worked the afternoon shift. She has long braids she was also amazing.
