For $35 it was a good room. The staff was amazing. The massage and body scrub by “grandma” was fantastic🔥 it was so good I scheduled another session for my last day. All the staff was nice and helpful. The Food was great.

The buffet breakfast needs better management... It is not good enough to have half the buffet items used and not replaced. All that was left was rice and tofu. Fish none, no vegetables, chicken... only scraps left, many staff doing nothing, coffee pot empty, 10 mins to get refill.
Who ever is in charge of breakfast needs another job, because he or she is no good at this one!

Ad looks beautiful, arrival - no one helped with bags, we got two adjoining rooms, both were dirty - mold in shower walls, stains on floors and water marks/dirt around sinks. One toilet was broken, shower water leaked out into main room. Beds were hard as stone, pillows as well. Pool smelled like sewer, included breakfast was not good - egg station was okay. We were only there for a few hours as we had a late flight in and were moving to a new location in the AM - thankfully.

I used this room as a
transit room as I had an 11.30pm flight. I arrived early and staff at reception were very friendly and polite. They were able to get me into a room quicly so I wasn't left sitting around in the lobby. Check out was also smooth, staff were very polite.and ensured I had a ride to the airport.

This place is old, smelly, and dirty. I woke up with a rash on my face from sleeping on the pillow. The walls are incredibly thin, I heard someone’s alarm go off at 3am and felt like I was in the room as the alarm. Only stayed here bc it was close to the airport and I landed too late to get to my other accommodation in northern Bali. Have tried the Hilton and the Novotel by the airport in the past but they were both booked. Not recommending this place to anyone!

The staff are amazing. Nothing was any problem. Took me to atm machine, to nearest mall, quite a walk away, off to buy another suitcase and drop off to airport (only 10 mins away)courtesy car. Twin, king single very comfy beds and good size room, with full breakfast, including Indonesian selection. Very reasonably priced. Plan to go back there next year

Staff is very helpful.. we had different room booked but that room was in dark area they changed immediately.. food was amazing too but unfortunately not much option for vegetarian people .. if u need anything just talk to Vishnu.. we asked him to stay back later check out time he gave us extra 4-5 hours without extra charge .. nice view friendly staff what else u need ..

Beautiful lobby and great breakfast buffet. The bellman who picked us up from the airport was so kind and helpful. Our room wasnt so clean though. My bed sheets were dirty and the bath towels are old. The shower doesn’t have a holder to put your body wash, shampoo, etc... We only stayed for one night so I didnt complain. all of the staff are great here though.

I was sleeping and woke up to bed bugs on the bed in my hotel room. The management lied and said it was their first time to encounter such problem when someone had already written a review about having bed bugs in their room as well. Did not offer a refund but rather a massage ind return for bed bug bites. I declined. This is by far the WORST hotel I've ever been to. Don't book here.

The pool is an amazing oasis; perfect relaxation place. Rooms need an upgrade on their furniture, although for the price it was good. A/C is not as cold as it should be. Breakfast is ok. Service is excellent. Very nice people and willing to assist you. Thank you! I had an incredible experience in Bali.

I get annoyed to see the little notices in hotels stating they care about the environment and the amount of detergents used daily. What a joke .. its to save them $$. If they cared about the environment they would have water filling stations and bulk dispensers in rooms and quit the use of single use plastic items.

Millipede and stains in the bathroom

The pick up at the airport was a great deal. The nice driver was waiting for a couple of hours due to long queue and slow service at Immigration (as it happens always in Bali airport as they said). One of the front desk guy is nice and can communicate in English, while the others are nosy and loud as they are speaking in their language. The hotel recreational facility like pool table is not free, you have to pay per hour if you wanna play billiard. The room is spacious but the bathroom is not clean, there were stains on the floor and bathroom door wood frame had fluid oozing due to a rotten wood. A millipede was crawling up my husband's leg. And hotel's buffet breakfast really sucks.

You get what you pay for..

So it’s budget accommodation close to the airport so you can’t fault that however we found the check in process wasn’t smooth even though I had messaged the hotel earlier in the week saying we would be arriving earlier and leaving the same day. They offer a transit room cheaper but we paid for an overnight stay in a deluxe room. We had a reply from the hotel saying that would be fine and to confirm the shuttle needed for the airport so we assumed it would be ok. When we arrived at the hotel the room wasn’t ready and she told me checkin wouldn’t be until later. They made us wait in lobby for 30 minutes. The room was pretty basic and the bathroom wasn’t overly clean. We also had lunch at the restaurant and waited a long time for our food considering we were the only ones there and not once were we asked if we wanted another drink. The staff were busy setting up for evening buffet. We wouldn’t stay here again but hey, You get what you pay for!

I can’t complain of my stay at all, I was listed for my free breakfast like I was supposed to be and no issues with my booking. I was picked up from the airport on time, as the email had stated to call ahead of time for pickup, so I called the day before arriving with my flight information. The room was great for the price, the pool and bar area is absolutely beautiful. My experience was very good.

My wife stayed here 3 months ago & it was just OK.

Our stay last week she was pleased that issues she had had been taken on board & management were making progress getting things fixed up.

The previous operators hadn't done much in the way of maintenance.

We would stay there again. Close enough to most things, but far enough away to be quiet.

Best thing about the hotel was the staff. Always willing to help & nothing was too much trouble.

It was a great budget hotel still under renovations but is moving up very quickly. Cannot speak higher of the staff, so accommodating. Out of the hustle and bustle of Kuta with plenty to see around the hotel block as well. Jewels Spa and Salon in the hotel was amazing and best price

It's a super cheap hotel so you don't expect much. A clean bed and clean toilet helps.
The toilet was really disgusting with what looked like blood around the seat so I needed to call someone in just as we got in to come clean it - The poor guys spent 10 minutes scrubbing it...
Large black hairs in the bed - Overall, kinda creepy.

The manager was nice, but admitted that the hotel has issues. Again, the staff were really nice and I hope they fix these basic things.

I asked staff to clean up the room when I arrived but didn't do good job.

Once again I found the hotel to be very convenient and the staff to be very helpful. I was only able to stay one day this time at the end of a very long trip and I was quite tired when I arrived and the front desk people kindly offered me a nice cold drink. The driver who picked me up at the airport was also very concerned even though the flight was delayed and needed to wait 45 minutes for me. Little things mean a lot!

Did not pick us from airport. Hotel had confirmed arrival time and flight number etc... But after waiting more than 35 mins and us calling out our name and the hotel name, and 4 of us walking up and down looking for our name on a card in arrivals we gave up. We ended up going to the taxi counter and organising a taxi at 150k which was 1/2 the price of the room. When I asked to see manager he wouldn't come out but said it was our fault we didn't get their airport pickup and wouldn't pay for the taxi. Driver said he was there but there was no way we could have missed him. Very unhappy to be stranded at airport at 1am in the morning.

Room conditions was bad as I had to change room once I check in to my room. Bed was dirty and toilet was bad. They are happy to change my room but again I had to call the room service to clean my room with the new room changed
