Place is a disaster. We booked for the pool. Ended up being closed because of new management- BS. we checked in at 9pm, they had to make sure my room was "ready" after the manager walked out set our room is ready. Only to walk into a disaster. Garbage, burnt cigarettes, used Gore's pad. All the way to the TV not working... The list goes on. They moved us to their sister hotel which was not much better. But when you're traveling with a young child and it's getting late and you're pretty much in the middle of nowhere... Horrible

This place should be ashamed to operate like this. Filthy room, broken and run down. They had a cheap plastic lawn chair as the only chair in the room, dog kibble left on the shelves, shower held together with duct tape, heating wasn't working so it was too cold to take a shower anyway. Honestly probably the worst motel I've ever stayed in, just dirty. 1 star because I think/hope the sheets were clean.

This was the most disgusting place I have ever stepped foot in. There was BLOOD SPLATTERED ON THE WALLS, mold in the shower, holes in the wall stuffed with tissue, a nasty beanie covering the smoke detector. Towels were dirty, sheets were dirty. This place was a literal pit of nightmares. Go here to get hep c and bed bugs. We turned around and left, got a refund from Expedia. If you want to be in an episode of 20/20 then this is the place for you.

Everything was disgusting: mold in the bathroom was unbearable so i bought bleach cleaner, stale smoke was on everything, no soap, sink drain was acordion hose instead of proper pvc pipes. Weird food smell in the halls. NO BREAKFAST, NOT EVEN COFFEE!

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!!! NO breakfast and no coffee as stated to be included. Room was freezing when we entered and never warmed up to what the heater was set to. They DO NOT offer soap to guests. Nor was there a trash can in our room. WE (3) were given 1 bath mat, 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel, and the shower took over night to drain from one of us showering. The towel rack along with a disgusting toilet plunger were sitting on the floor of the bathroom. Bathroom had "stuff" smeared on the wall. AND, the beds were VERY hard. The door to the pool room was cluttered with junk.... tv's, a wheel chair, etc, and inside around the pool actually had old mattresses and bikes lining the wall. We stayed here last year and it was fine, but not this year.

Honestly, this is the worst hotel/motel I have ever stayed in. If I had the energy, I would insist on a refund from hotels.com. The room was foul. The floor turned my white socks black from dirt. The bedspread had stains you would likely find in a brothel. The pillows had covers that didn’t look like pillowcases. I took clean shirts from my luggage and covered the pillows because I was afraid to put my head on them. Bathtub was filthy. Need I go on? Too much to list. This would be a great place to stay on a meth binge but if you are looking for a decent night sleep - go elsewhere. I am still a bit traumatized from the 7 hours I stayed there. I could not get out of there quickly enough. Next time I use hotels.com I will be sure to read (and believe) the reviews. My review is similar to everything I read after the fact!

So first and foremost, this property was the worst property that I have stayed at in a long time they charge $150 deposit fee to check in when you check in there’s no one at the front desk. The property is extremely filthy. Smells horrible. The rooms are outdated There’s holes in the wall. They don’t give you enough towels for my room. I only got one the staff is rude and it just was a horrible experience unfortunately I didn’t have the option of checking out when I checked in for the simple fact that I came there during the snowstorm, but my experience couldn’t have been worse. There were roaches in the room. The linens were stained even the iron board and iron were dirty they didn’t even look like they cleaned up before I arrived. The bathroom had stains and stuff stuck to the sink in the shower never got hot. I wouldn’t recommend this stay to my worst enemy. I really feel like this property should be shut down and it’s not fair that they’re able to trick people into staying there. None of the photos of the property actually match the property. It’s a complete false advertisement and lie.

Front desk not staffed. When someone did come, it took them three tries to make me a key that fit my room. Roaches in the room.

Upon checking out, I discovered I had left an item behind. I called within 15 minutes of leaving there and was assured that it would be there when I came to get it later. When I just called now to double check as I am on my way, the man said he’s checked with housekeeping and they don’t have it. While it is my fault for leaving it there, someone did steal it. I won’t be back and will hesitate to book at ANY Econolodge in the future.

First off I was put in and upstairs room and no one to help me my luggage and no elevators and had to move my room downstairs. I was supposed to have a queen bedded ended up with two smaller beds. The room was too hot when I went in. Anyway moved the room downstairs and the beds had hair in them. One bed the pillows didn't have pillow cases. The housekeeper came in and just cleaned the floor and left the bathroom seat up after attempting to clean the toilet and the toilet was not cleaned and neither was the bath tub. You can see where others had stayed and damaged the room from before. It was not the best stay. When looking up the room it said there was breakfast and there was none and the same with the pool the pool was closed for the winter. Really was not the best stay.

Room had good lighting,room was nice and warm had hot water. walls could use some fresh paint, ceiling was very dusty, bathroom had smell of stagnant water. Tub had chipped enamel and mold around bottem of tub by floor. Outer sink was slow to drain. Beds were horrible, very old and saggy. Sheets smelled of detergent and made our skin itch.

Lobby small but nice, staff good. First room was not made up. 2nd room smelled bad, musty. 3rd room tolerable. REALLY needs an upgrade to the walls, doors, etc. drywall chipped, door not fitting well (cracks), curtain barely covers window.
Sinks, toilet and shower were newer, nice. Bed was fine, comfy, looked clean. Nice to have Burger King and Circle K across street. All in all, what do you expect for $60. I would probably not stay here again, but it was OK for 1 night.

i was booked by expedia and the management didnt have a room when i arrived, they had to cancil me! The room was the worst room I ever stayed in. The worst part I had my 13 year old daughter and my ex. We were visiting our other 2 daughters who go to school in the area and we literally slept fully clothed from head to toe, lights on, I killed what look like a tarantula sized spider, it was crazy. It was run down, filthy, and it smelled so bad like a bar where everyone smoked cigarettes. The heating appliance when we turned it on cuz it was cold, blew out a huge cloud of dusk and toxic fumes. It made our eyes hurt and cough. we kept all our belongings elevated as to not touch the floor as too not have anything crawl in. We took a shower and there were only one towel and they don't have a telephone in the room so you have to walk all the way to the front office to get any assistance. The front desk counter person when I arrived was no where to be found, I kept calling the front office and yelling for anyone, this went on for at least 25 minutes at 11:30 pm and exhausted. we had to ask someone if they had any info on management and he gave me the front desk person room number and I went over and knocked on the door gently only to have the door opened and said to rudely and degrading. This person yelled at me telling me why am I knocking on his door and I explained we tried to call and look for help and, incredibly was so disrespectful and humiliating. he began in a loud aggressive voice saying next time just wait in the waiting never bother him in his room again!

Who paints a room without taking the curtains down first? Who puts blue painters tail around the frame of picture on the wall, paints around the picture then leaves the blue tape on? Who attaches a lampshade to a wall-mounted light with scotch tape and paper lips? How does an ironing board cover get that soiled? Didn’t even shower the next morning because that was the cleaner option!

This is the type of place where one might find a chalk outline of a murder victims on the floor!

When we arrived we had to wait for someone to check us in.When we drove to our room the patking lot was full of sketchy people then we get in the room. It was dirty the bedspread had brown stains on it. There were holes in the walls and floor.The bathroom had no curtain in the window and the fire alarm was hanging by wires.My husband tried to turn the tv on nothing. We went to the front desk to complain and was told someone would be there soon.after waiting an hour and a half we decided enough was enough and we left. There was mold, stains, holes, bugs and non working lights in my room. There was cigarette smoke in the room and leftover food. Also the window was open with a cigarette inside. Disgusting , falsely advertised on Expedia . The pictures advertised were opposite of what I saw. The overall look was broken down , looked like a homeless shelter, the room was filthy, smelled like urine , cigarettes and weed. Worst ever. We stayed there maybe a half hour. The room smelt like smoke. The fan in the bathroom was all mold. We had a hand towel that’s it not other towels and the soap was dirty. A cockroach ran across the floor. Was told that was the only room left haha yea right. You’re not full trust me. Then the pool area had a lot of trip hazards. There was a mattress leaning against the wall, box’s everywhere , their personal clothes hung up, about 8 bikes just laying there. I can for sure see why the guy at the desk didn’t hesitate to give us our full refund. He must get this all the time. My advise to you all……. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

Fine room, right next to I-91 exit.

Nothing bad about inside the room (108) -- but it was next to the hallway to the stairs to the second floor, so heard occasional foot-stomps during the evening. No other noises, though.
Spatious double sinks, very unusual. Huge, firm bed.
The manager has quite the beautiful flowers and vegetables garden as landscaping, including some exotic trees. Obviously this will vary by season, but Coreopsis verticillata (yellow/orange/red) was in full glory, with Cosmos coming on, among other things. Also look for curry-leaf tree (Murraya koenigii).

Hotel in general needs quite a bit of work. Walls in the room were scuffed, and paint was peeling. Grout for the tub was dirty and possible moldy. Faucet for the sink was loose, and the water lines held together with zip ties.

Yes, it was inexpensive but pay a bit more for a better place.

Probably the worst stay of my life. The chair looked like it’s old, dirty and torn, paint chipped off the walls everywhere, our deadbolt was kicked in and was now a screw we turned. Blood appeared in the back stair. Whatever carpenter they hired to do any trim work should be fired. Sink drains were those weird plastic accordion drains, something out of an rv, no cabinet or anything to hide it and it didn’t drain. Every piece of furniture was broken. The privacy from us and the other people staying was this nasty blue see through curtain with stains on it. Plus our room wasn’t cleaned out. I would never stay at an Econo lodge for as long as I live. For some reason this is my second time at one of these and I promise you, there won’t be a third.

The first room they assigned us reeked of cigarette smoke. They were very good about giving us a new room. The next room was much better, but during the night the batteries in the smoke detector died so it beeped the rest of the night. In the morning we let them know and they said they would get right on it. We left and came back later, it was still beeping. Let them know again and they said they would get it fixed. Get back at 7 pm to the room and still beeping. Let them know, the clerk calls maintenance who said that he fixed it but she told him to go again. So he takes it off the wall and did not replace. Come to find out he had the batteries in backwards. No one ever cleaned the room and we were there for 6 nights. Had to ask for more towels as the room only had 1 and again was never cleaned.

The room stunk of stale cigarette smoke and had no deadbolt on the door. (This does not make any woman comfortable especially when traveling alone with a child) The toilet seat was not attached to the toilet so every time you had to sit you thought you were going to take a ride through the wall. The filters in the air conditioner were absolutely filthy and extremely overdue to change. The mattress had extended its stay and belonged in the dump (very uncomfortable). The fridge was rusted inside and out. It says online that breakfast is included….. Forget about that there isn’t even coffee available!!!!! I tried to go into the office three times to address the issues and nobody was ever there. I finally spoke with Ray who was extremely apologetic, claimed he didn’t know about the issues and was willing to refund the stay. He originally said he was completely booked and owns three other locations. I was calling somewhere else when he said that he could refund one night and put us in a different room. I asked to see the other room first. Ray said that maintenance would fix the issues Monday or Tuesday (needed parts), however he rented the room out to someone else the same night…..

The second room was better besides the nails sticking out the door frame and barely attached to the wall

They use the pool area for storage so as long as you don’t mind the boxes, bikes, mattresses and equipment it is warm in the room. The water was too cold for my liking however my son enjoyed it!

Person dropping me off said the place was an awful area. Had issues with the safety around the hotel as well as the cleanliness inside the hotel so I decided not to stay. Was told at that time that I would be reimbursed as I did not stay at the hotel. Now they will not authorize the refund. First room they gave me the shower stall would not drain, the room was filthy the carpet was so dirty when walked upon left dirt on my feet and it had roaches. They gave me another room this room was equally filthy but I was able to shower and had no refrig so food I had spoiled. The outside looked like a disaster matresses leaned against the outsde walls, looked as if the motel was closing. I took some pictures of the second room to show my friends. This is a welfare motel; people's belongings piled up outside doors.
Despite listing, no breakfast was offered.
General condition bad, despite ongoing upgrades. First room had no desk chair, toilet seat not attached to toilet. Changed to room with non-functioning lamp and door security latch missing. WiFi was OK. Bed and bathroom were fine; these were all I needed. I made sure not to leave anything of value in room while I was not there.
Only advantages: lowest price around, near off-ramp from Interstate, adjacent to Dunkin' and Tesla charging.

Originally we had a scare when we thought there were roaches but on closer inspection they were just some harmless local beetles! Coffee and continental breakfast in the morning was a total lie, however, which was the single greatest fault we had with the place.

Happy about staying there

Great location. It's a motel so don't expect luxury but it was clean and my room looked recently renovated so it was clean and comfortable. Front desk guy was great.

If you have AT&T the coverage drops out right by it and your GPS will get confused; watch for the large motel sign.

Nice big sinks in the room. Expedia listed check-in time starting at 2pm so that's when we arrived. The reception desk informed us check-in is 3pm, not 2pm. They graciously checked us in anyway instead of asking us to go somewhere and wait.

I arrived late and the person who checked me in was very gracious about being awakened. The mattress was hard as a rock and the promised coffee and breakfast never materialized. The shouldn’t offer it. I was starving - so, that was disappointing. It was pricey for the quality of the room and, again - no breakfast. But it was a place to sleep.

The only positive I can give about this property is that there weren't any bed bugs. This was probably the most dirty hotel I've ever stayed at. Stains on everything, the sheets, towels, curtains, and pillows. The place smelled heavily of cigarettes even though the room I was in was supposed to be non-smoking. The fridge and exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work. The room phone's cord was cut. The drawers under the TV didn’t even open and one was missing hardware. No coffee machine in the room, not that I would trust using one if there even was, because of how dirty everything was. I tried turning on the TV but the remote was dead. The air conditioner/heater sounded like it wanted to die. The blinds for the window were missing part of the slats. Dirt on the floors and dust everywhere and random spots of god knows what on the walls, floors, and the furniture. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. I needed a place to stay near the hospital but ended up checking out early because I couldn't bear the icky feeling I got while I was there, made my skin crawl. The receptionist was supposed to email me a receipt and never did. If you're traveling and need a quick place to stay, avoid this establishment and go the bit further out, definitely not worth the $99 a night. The pictures they post are extremely deceiving.

There was no breakfast offered at this property. There are long-term residence and when loud music became a nuisance, there was nothing I could do to get the music to turn down. Multiple complaints went to the room playing the music and nothing changed.

Hotel is slowly being remodeled. The important parts of the room, the bathroom the beds, and the refrigerator and microwave were very good. Other things like the doors, the chairs, the rug, were bad. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep for a few hours it’s fine.

Every part of this property is ready for a wrecking ball. Shame on Econo Lodge for putting their name on this place and shame on Hotels.com for including it in their listings. The beds were sparsely made with only a thin blanket over the sheets, which were stained. The blankets had burn holes in them. No extra bedding was provided. The bathroom door was off its hinges and leaning against the closet bar. It showed signs of rot. Only two thread-bare towels and one stained wash cloth were provided. The lamp shades were dented and still wrapped in plastic. The tv remotes did not work, and the tv lacked several of it's manual buttons. The walkway outside the rooms is canted and feels likely to rot away in the next few years. Walking down the hall, we could see into another room that looked as though it had been tossed, presumably by investigators. This was a horrible stay. Hotels.com should have an energy number to assist guests who find themselves tricked into booking in a place like this. I will spend the next few days worrying that we brought home vermin.

The hotel room was under construction with exposed 2x4s holding the sprinkler system. The hotel was dirty. And the crowd hanging around the hotel was not good company.

I do not recommend this place to anyone.

The place needs a lot of work.. its was a Saturday night stay, so prices are up and It was not worth what i payed. I used this app and app said it had breakfast and no breakfast was available since covid.. but they give you DD gift card.... i want i place with breakfast . Its was a major inconvenience thats all. Towels are 5 years over do.. (not good)....im gald im 2A for sure, first sleeping w/ it out...

The property did not have the amenities that were advertised. The pool was non-functional, the free breakfast is no longer offered, and we couldn’t even get ice at the main office. The nightly rate was higher than anticipated and the bathroom light switches, doors and molding were very stained and dirty. There are more updated properties in the area. Don’t let the discounted price lure you in.

Do not stay here

When we arrived, we saw people actively doing drugs outside of their rooms. At check-in, the owner sneezed into their hands and then touched all of our stuff like keys and paperwork, so we decided not to check in. We lost over $150 on our booking just to not stay here.
