Makeup room service needs to be improved. One morning, I waited till 11.45am for makeup room and need to call for the makeup room service. Also realized that room was not vacuum for my 17 nights stayed during the makeup room service. Also noted that makeup room service like to wait till i am back from breakfast therefore coming to makeup my room. Because i think they expect tips.

While the hotel is a bit dated and in need of a facelift the location is A++. Breakfast buffet is a bit lacking relative to other nearby hotels I’ve stayed at but great value for money nonetheless. The staff were really nice especially those working the breakfast shift.

Perfect Getaway

This hotel is my regular stay in Batam and I only stay here no matter how many days due to all the friendly staff and management personnel because they’re always great, willing to help especially the receptionist. I have to specially praised Shalbrina one of the front desk receptionist been always helpful and friendly always fulfill my request and never let me down so she must be praised individually and I hope the hotel management might give her some kind of a special gratitude and bonus. Nice location. Slight slope down and the Grand Batam Mall is there.
Nearby alot of cafes, massage shops.
Safe area along busy main road
No pool but the room makes up for it.
Looks more like “ business hotel”room at one glance but is also good for leisure .Buffet breakfast was included in the room deal. Happy with that. Porridge, local rice , dishes , fruits, salad, egg station. Of course is not like a 5 star spread but good enough. Staff at reception friendly. Renovation on going at level 1 bur at room, cannot hear it

Wonderful Great Stay

I have to mention the receptionist Zikry, Shalbrina & Abigael, their services are great, polite and always helpful whenever I asked for help. Their services is remarkable, I must praised them. As this my extension stay for 3 more days as I already stayed 4 days earlier. This hotel is my only choice in Batam I like this hotel with everything I want in it. Looking forward to come stay in this hotel again.

This hotel is great with all shopping mall in walking distance, I got a smoking room which I requested and honestly speaking in this present situation there is mostly or unlikely in the world that hotels have a smoking room cater for smokers which I’m disgusted with this regulation, but this hotel have all I want so I love it. Calling all smokers if comes to Batam Indonesia this Swiss Bellinn hotel is can’t be miss and is must to book this hotel. Front desk receptionist is helpful and courteous with a good attitude. This hotel is remarkable.

the location of the hotel is just a few minute walk from the Grand Batam Mall and many other local shopping, food and massage places. Overall, it is value for money to stay in this hotel.

The slope at the driveway is very steep and the staircase next to it can be better improved to make walking more safe especially during raining.

Hotel staff, from bellboy to reception to cleaners, were all very polite and friendly. My standard room has a aircon that was cold and shower head was strong. (both good) But after shower, it will caused a mini flood as there was only a half glass screen.
Hotel is very close to Grand Batam Mall, 3 mins walk. As my stay was during CNY, the breakfast was abit of nightmare, hard to get a seat otherwise all good. Overall still recommended.

Overall excellent experience from the staff. Able to converse well in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Breakfast options are very good. Room service options are surprisingly good. My 2 concern is that the wifi connection isn’t smooth and the tv channels are blurry.

Enjoyable Stay

It was comfortable and enjoyable. The early morning call was activated using a personal staff knocking on my door. Usually I expect a phone call.

Unfortunately, the quilt cover was a bit dirty and toiletries was not refilled on 2nd day.

Property itself no issues, great location beside the Grand Top 100, spacious room. I have booked 2 room, 1 via Agoda and another via Expedia. The superior room thou clean but got a sewer smell, pillow didn't seem clean. The suites is very spacious.
Quite upset with the staff service as a day before checkin, they ask us to change my suites to superior at its market rate due to their suites being over booked and say trying to deduct my credit card a day before check in. when my payment supposed to be upon checkin. Worst told me they have the right to cancel my reservation. Outrageous, demand my rights and we got to retain my reservation.
Risk to get the reservation cancelled, not sure its them or expedia.

Terrible service! We were supposed to check in at 2pm. However, we were told no booking was done. After some time, then they apologized that they make a mistake. But all fully booked now so we have to wait. In addition, it’s clearly stated in the booking that breakfast it’s included for the 3 days stay. The manager argued that there is no breakfast included! We felt so cheated by this whole experience!

Great stay with some minor issues

I have been to Swiss Inn before also and last time the stay was amazing. Though this time had a few minor issues. My toilet was leaking and the aircon was dripping water. But the service was impeccable and they fixed it in less than 15 mins. The service was great. Breakfast buffet was amazing and had lot if great options. Overall was a good stay.

Never Stay There Again

Staffs there is inflexible, unfriendly, never stay there again. Ask me to pay RP30,000 for a bottle of mineral water i drank upon check-out despite there is no any sign in the room stated that the large bottle mineral water is chargeable and i check-out 20 hours earlier

Excellent budget hotel

I book this hotel for $27/night only. The room was great only the tv channel signal wasn't good hence it was blurry. On top of that the small size screen tv cut some of the wordings/picture. As for room facilities it was great as it has all the necessary items such as bath and dental kit, slippers, two tables for eating and so on. There is no swimming pool but they have pizza restaurant just below the hotel and the food price were cheap as all the food are inclusive of taxes. The downside is the shower room where there's no glass door and the shower head were spoilt so the water splashes at all direction making the floor at the other side where you brush teeth/use the toilet bowl wet as well as some of the water even slip till the room floor. Other than that, the room condition is 4.5/5.

Location near Okala Seafood, BCS, vegetarian eateries, convenience store and good spa center.
Crossing the road to BCS can be a challenge so be careful of incoming traffic.
