We stayed here for one night as a stop on a family road trip with young kids.
On the positive side, the bedding was comfortable and the hotel offered free parking, which was convenient.
Unfortunately, the rest of the experience fell short. The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all — not only affecting basic internet use but also making it impossible to use the TV services. When we asked for help, the staff were unresponsive and unhelpful.
The décor was another disappointment: it felt cold, harsh, and cheaply done, with no soft touches to create a welcoming atmosphere. While the room was acceptably tidy, the floor didn’t feel particularly clean, and the bathtub didn’t look spotless — enough so that we chose not to use it.
All in all, we didn’t feel this was good value for money. We wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Our room was very clean & the bed comfortable. The concierge was very nice. But communication was poor. We arrived just a few minutes past their closing time (7:00PM) and no one answered the phone. There was only a recording.
Also there were road constructions around the hotel that night. The entry to the hotel was blocked from all directions & we couldn’t find our way back in. No one from the hotel informed us how to work around that situation. It was late. We were tired…& most frustrated!

Overall one of the strangest property i stayed at. Advertised as in Arcachon but it is quite far and right by a commercial center. It is in between staying on a motorway and a commercial center. The swimming pool is outside on the street and right next to the supermarket which is very odd. It remains decent value for money if you just need a stopover. However clearly it is NOT 4* standard

Expedia told us we had three beds, we had one double. As we thought we had 3 beds we asked the hotel for a fourth bed for a child, four days before we got there and they said fine all ok, just confirm the 4th bed for child on arrival.
The hotel had no note of this when we got there and after half an hour of discussion gave us two extra childrens beds which was better than nothing ! All a bit stressful.

Very disappointed with location, given the name of the hotel I was not expecting it to be located in the centre of a commercial zone overlooking a main road and next to a water treatment plant. Due to the timing of our arrival we decided to eat in the restaurant, big mistake. Extremely expensive, food not very nice and half a bottle of Rose costing 29euros.

You will need a car to reach this hotel, preferably with GPS. Located in an industrial estate, GPS warns it is located on an unpaved road. While the hotel is sold as \"Arcachon\", the town is six Kilometres away. It's a new hotel with an interesting funky design. Main problem is the quality of service. Breakfast is a shambles - a carelessly-thrown-together cold buffet that restocked haphazardly by disinterested staff. Warm milk with sub-standard cornflakes for 12 euros per person is not good value. Access to the indoor pool/sauna/steam room costs 26 euros per person - an additional cost that is not clear at time of booking. Bedrooms are comfortable though few are decorated in restful colors. No doubt, some will like predominantly green and pink decor. Building work on a large site adjacent to the hotel caused little disturbance. KD.

J'ai reserve avec un paiement sur place. Du fait que j etais en réunion toute la journée jusqu'à 18 heures. Je n'ai pas pu appeler avant. Quand je suis arrivé, il n'y avait personne à l'accueil à 18h30. J'ai appelé au numéro et j'ai envoyé un mail il n'y a tj pas eu de réponse. J'ai donc été dormir ailleurs. Ce matin on m'a débité du montant de la chambre. Alors que je n'ai pas dormi dans cet hôtel. C'est lamentable. Je suis alle a l hotel en quetiin pour reclame le remboursement. On ma retorque que je n avais qu a etre la la nuit et su aucun remboursement ne serait fait et surtout que ce n etait pas leur probleme. Mon avis, c est du vol a l etat pur

Voy a destacar la amabilidad del personal, encantadores. El hotel está bien, la habitación es amplia y cómoda, pero la cocina es enana y no da para cocinar nada, frigorífico mini. Corregir la información de que hay piscina y spa, no los hay. Bien comunicado con Arcachon y en un centro comercial en el que tienes de todo. En resumen, buena elección para una estancia corta, no para mucho más porque no se limpia durante toda la estancia.
