Room looked and felt dirty. Specifically asked a non-smoking room because we were with our kids and we got a room that reeked of cigarettes. This is an extended stay hotel so it had that weird vibe. Good price though and was ok to just spend a night. But definitely felt uneasy - especially with a a broken lock to the patio door..

The receptionist spoke English and was very helpful. The apartment was adequate for our needs for an overnight stay. There were a couple of things that should have been picked up by cleaning staff (a curtain hanging off the rail and a non-working extractor in the toilet) and I did report back to reception about this and a note was made. Hopefully these will be rectified before the next guests take up residence. Overall the rooms cleanliness was good. We never used the kitchen or utensils so I’ve no idea about this aspect. The pool was good and we did all have a swim. To sum up: for a short stay this was excellent value for money.

I was amazed that the services can be so rude and bad. We arrived before the check in time, we arrived at 12pm , we have the reason to ask for an earlier check-in as there is a wedding ceremony atfer. We know it might be hard to have our room that early but the staffs in the reception they are just very rude!

”Sorry we don't have room for you, it's like this.”

We asked for can you arrange one of your staff to clean our room frist? We know maybe u are still cleaning...”

” Sorry, we can't. You can leave your number and we will call u as soon as possible.”

My bf got a shirt has to iron, one of the staff said is okay to borrow us something to iron. So we waited in our car for the call like 1 hr and half but no ones call us vack. It's the time to go to the wedding and another staff doesn't want to lend us the iron to iron, and the behavior was very rude!

Finally we managed to have our room. Everything was okay but I am surprise the hotels has no air conditioner. It was very hot that day and it's hot as hell in the night time.

Over all not recommend.

We stayed for two nights. The first night we didn’t sleep well as the property very hot, and the apartment was on the ground floor with only sliding doors (to the car park), no windows, so it was impossible to get any fresh air. At 5.55 a.m. we were woken by a very loud clanging and clattering which turned out to be a delivery truck unloading fresh linen, which was parked immediately outside our apartment. The noise went on for 40 minutes, it was impossible to sleep through.
When reception opened I went to request a change of room. The hotel was fully booked so they couldn’t move us, so I asked if the linen van came every day as if it did we didn’t want to stay the second night. The receptionist didn’t know, but said we wouldn’t be given a refund for the unused night if we didn’t stay anyway!
Our children were in the bedroom and their beds were comfortable. My husband and I on the sofa bed which was very uncomfortable. The apartment was not clean, the utensils sticky, the floor gritty.
I do not recommend staying here.

Check-In from 16.00, we arrived at 17.30 but where told that the room wasn’t ready. Receptionist seemed overcharged and said he doesn’t know when the room would be available and after i asked again in disbelief, he said one to two hours and that we can wait a few minutes and he would let us know. After being ignored for almost an hour beside the reception and asking again, we were finally given another room but key card was not updated so had to go back to reception again. Family apartment for 4 persons w/2 rooms one w/2 single beds and the other w/a make-shift sofa bed with a broken spring below it. No bedside-tables, lights or power sockets beside the bed. Just a few leafs of TP left in the bathroom and back at the reception to ask for more, the guy looked at me like i was asking for drugs and asked me \"why\"? Apartment was on the ground floor, windows couldn’t not be opened and huge parking place directly in front of them was light up brightly all night, shining through the gaps of the curtain. Until about midnight, repeatedly loud noise not just from flushing the upstairs toilet, but it also sounded like someone would keep emptying buckets full of water into the tub above us. Been in Paris a week earlier at almost the same room rate for a very pleasing experience. With many countries and hotels visited and taking chances by booking hotels at the lower end of the price scale, we’re not asking for much, but finally found a place which we definitely don’t want to revisit.

Avoid at all costs. Blood Stained Bed linen. Broken Table on Terrace reported on arrival 5 days later still no replacement. Complementary breakfast offered as compensation but, as the coffee machine was broken all attention was given to this issue resulting in buffet items not replaced so breakfast was a disaster. Pool due to close at 20.00 however a group of people decided to have a noisy pool party at 23.00 so unable to sleep. Reception closes at 21.00 so no one available to sort the problem!!!

Centrally located next to a shopping centre, a lake and pine forest. Perfect for exploring the whole Arcachon area. A car or bicycle is needed to get around but some good public transport services are also available. Great property with long staying guests, business and tourists. Great facilities with lakeview and private swimming pool.

The reception staff were very welcoming and informative on arrival. The room was small but very comfortable with lots of hot water and some nice complimentary toiletries. We paid a little extra for a lovely lake view from our balcony which was perfect for when we had an evening drink. The small kitchenette was very basic and fine for making a snack but not much else as there were very limited crockery and cutlery. The bed was super comfortable and the sheets very fresh and clean. The location was excellent, with lots of commerce across the road (great Chinese buffet/restaurant!) and the coast with lots of bars/cafes/restaurants just 10 mins away. Overall we had a super 1 night stay at this hotel and would def recommend it and the location.

Basic, clean and tidy.

After a couple of long days on the road, we booked for 2 nights for some needed R and R, picturing ourselves on a balcony, sipping a wine and reading a book. Unfortunately, no balcony, or outside area to relax. However, we did manage to relax, but with no air conditioning, a visit in summer wouldn't be comfortable. A small unit with a basic kitchen, we self catered, but were amused (confused) to find that dish washing liquid, sponge and tea towel were not supplied, however there was a mop and a broom. Seems a clean floor is more important than eating off clean dishes.
An on site laundry with washer and drier is available.
A large property with 4 accommodation blocks, but without any obvious local attractions made us wonder what everyone else was doing. Reading books too?

Staff are helpful and friendly the only issue i have is that for 2 years now i have mentioned cups missing out of rooms either broken or taken but not replaced so i advise any traveller to take some mugs for your coffee like i do.

Good location and the hotel room was competent however the sheets were not changed and the room not cleaned in the week we were there although one cleaning session every 4 days was promised. The staff were friendly and competent. Although one criticism was an additional room deposit of 200 euros- although there was no problem in returning the money I received a credit card handling charge of around £5. However bizarrely we had difficulty in getting replacement toilet paper. The sofa bed was not the most comfortable and the hotel room had a microwave and a dishwasher but not an oven. French supermarkets do not cater for microwave food to the extent of the UK. Generally a recommendation of 7/10.

MUST HAVE A CAR.

This is a self catering establishment which has a front desk, it is not an hotel. Breakfast is available.
It is out of town and the nearest bus stop is about half a mile away. We arrived on a Sunday night expecting an hotel, but no food was available. This restaurant next door was closed on the Sunday and Monday of our stay. We moved out on the Tuesday although we had booked for a week. Taxis are bookable at a price. This would be a good place for anyone with a car who wants a quiet appartment. The lake has an abundance of wildlife.
A CAR IS ESSENTIAL IF YOU STAY HERE.

We arrived after a long drive from St Malo, the reception staff were really friendly and helpful, we had our pet dog with us, the lake views are stunning & we walked the dog round the lake. They recommended that we visit the Grand Dune near Arcachon and this was truly stunning & amazing.

Simple apartment hotel in a pretty setting on a small lake close to Aqua Land.

Pluses;
- pool, tennis courts
- breakfast
- good sized apartments

Minuses
- lack of basic maintenance (eg foyer carpets and walls) means a relatively new property is starting to look shabby
- while position is pretty and accessible from the highway (except at rush hour traffic peaks), it is at the back of an industrial area away from beaches, restaurants
- if you want to sleep in, get a room that does not face the lake - the ducks make a great alarm clock

We were appalled at the rudeness of the first reception staff. Other staff were polite and helpful. Warning to other visitors - rooms are not serviced and only one roll of toilet paper is suppled regardless of the length of stay. Kitchen ware was filthy. Bed was uncomfortable. Large balcony which we couldn't enjoy due to staff smoking directly outside of reception which was below our balcony.

Nice clean apart hotel in good location

Suited us very well. We thought that with the weather being hot the apartment needed air conditioning, the room was very warm we had to sleep with the patio door wide open all night. The hotel was very busy so they must be doing well and surely could afford to put in Air con. Kitchenette very small could have done with a drainer and also a kettle otherwise it was very handy to cook an easy meal. Telephone in the room was out of action too. Apart from these niggles we would certainly go there again if we go to that area.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel for two nights in mid-April. The room was very clean, bathroom a little worn but very clean. Bed comfortable. Nice to have a balcony. Didn't use the kitchenette. Receptionists very friendly and bilingual. Very quiet, although hotel not very full. Plenty of parking. Although it was situated on an industrial estate the hotel was surrounded buy greenery and there was a nice lake at the back. It might be situated too far from the town for some people and requires a car.

Room was clean and totally deserves its 3 star rating. Was better than we hoped for with large patio doors, a balcony and a lovely view over the lake. I would recommend a stay at this hotel. The only thing to note is the reception is not 24 hours so when we arrived at 13.00 on Sunday we had to wait until 14.00 for someone to arrive and because of this I have reduced the score on level of Service

We only stayed the one night so that we could see Europe's highest sand dune. It didn't disappoint, neither did the hotel. Very friendly staff. The only criticism was the lack of a warm breakfast or toaster but otherwise this is a hotel chain we would use again.

Very happy with our stay - we will return. I would however have been happier to know in advance that the normal services of a hotel, ie rooms cleaned, beds made and towels changed would be missing. It was explained at reception, mid stay, that it was in fact NOT an hotel, but a group of appartments. We stayed for 7 night and I enquired midweek regarding a change of towels and got them, however we had the same sheets all week.We had gone to visit friends locally and appreciated the quiet position of the hotel and enjoyed breakfasting on our balcony overlooking the lake

Arrivées à 16h, la chambre n'était pas prête, on a attendu pendant 1h30, aucune excuse. On nous a proposé d'aller à la piscine. Les maillots étaient dans la voiture, on a du s'habiller dans les toilettes. Dans le frigo, manquait le bac à légumes et barre cassée pour mettre les bouteilles. Manquer des verres. Le personnel est intervenu rapidement mais n'a pas résolu la barre cassée. Il faut réclamer pour le changement des serviettes et autres. Sinon, literie confortable et chambre confortable. Prix excessif par rapport au service. Ouverture de la piscine à 9h cela serait bien. Peu de transats. Places suffisantes de parking.

Hôtel très décevant. La propreté laisse clairement à désirer : salle de bain sale, ménage fait de façon superficielle, sol en balatum collant. Une forte odeur règne dans les couloirs, dissimulée tant bien que mal par un diffuseur à l’accueil, tandis que les toilettes et la salle de bain dégagent une odeur d’urine.
L’établissement est vétuste. La piscine est très petite, le liner est en mauvais état et la qualité de l’eau laisse à désirer. Seulement 7 transats sont disponibles pour environ 150 appartements, ce qui est totalement insuffisant.
Les photos présentées sur le site sont trompeuses : il s’agit davantage d’illustrations idéalisées que de la réalité. En réalité, les conditions d’hygiène, de confort et d’entretien sont loin de correspondre à ce qui est annoncé.

Nous avons très bien été accueillis, l’appartement était propre et équipé avec l’essentiel .
Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement de l’appart hôtel qui est proche de toutes commodités .
Notre appartement donnait une belle vue sur le lac , ce qui nous a beaucoup plu !

Nous avons réservé 3 appartements car nous étions une grande famille, et nous sommes très satisfaits de nos logements. Les dames de la réception sont accueillantes et serviables. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. Propreté, accès à la piscine, appartement spacieux, kitchenette propre et équipé. On recommande !

Nous avons passé le week-end du 4 au 6 juillet à la dune du Pilat dans ce style d’hébergement pour la première fois.
Nous avons été ravis de la chambre avec tout le nécessaire à notre disposition dans la cuisine.😊
Il faisait une très grande chaleur à l’extérieur, nous avons donc très apprécié le ventilateur au plafond.
Et la vue sur le lac est un plaisir pour les yeux et ce détendre.
Le personnel à l’accueil très agréable accueillant, et à l’écoute de leurs clients.
Ils m’ont même appelé le matin pour nous dire que notre chambre était prête à l’heure que nous souhaitions.😊
Nous envisageons tout nos week-end à l’avenir dans les best western .👍

Logement ok, piscine agréable, mais un peu cher.

Nous avons séjourné entre amis pendant 2 nuits dans un logement avec une chambre double et un canapé-lit dans le salon. L’appartement était fonctionnel, bien agencé, avec un balcon agréable pour profiter du soleil. Le parking est pratique et il y a plein de magasins à proximité, très utile au quotidien.

Nous avions lu plusieurs avis négatifs sur la piscine, mais quelle bonne surprise ! Elle est de taille normale, propre, à bonne température, et offre assez de place pour tout le monde — parfait pour se rafraîchir pendant les grosses chaleurs. En revanche, il manque clairement des transats autour et la piscine n’est pas surveillée, ce qui peut entraîner des situations tendues avec des enfants laissés sans surveillance.

Points à noter :
•Pas de climatisation dans le logement (gênant en été)
•Aucun produit de base fourni (pastilles lave-vaisselle, etc.)
•Environnement calme, mais peu d’animation le soir (manque de bars ou de lieux de sortie)

Le personnel, en revanche, est super : accueillant, disponible et très pro.

En résumé : un séjour globalement agréable, surtout grâce à une piscine qui nous a agréablement surpris, mais quelques manques qui rendent le rapport qualité/prix un peu élevé.

Tout s est bien passé malgré quelques explications confuses à l arrivée. Vue lac vs vue piscine, acces au pdj, horaires non communiqués, wifi non mentionné etc..
Le lieu est tres agréable.
La kitchenette pourrait etre mieux équipée notamment avec éponge et mini produit vaisselle et un torchon.

Un excellent séjour passé dans l’hôtel, l’hébergement était agréable et le petit bonus une piscine qui nous a bien aidé lors des fortes chaleur. Le personnel est très agréable et a l’écoute de nos demandes. Merci pour ce week-ends !!

Die Lage ist sowohl sehr gut, als auch gewöhnungsbedürftig. Direkt im Industriegebiet, mit einem riesen Supermarkt und paar Läden zum Shoppen. Direkt an einem See und auch Gassi-Runden sind dort super.
Allerdings hat man in der Woche dauernd Baustellen - und Industrielärm und Industriegebiete sind bekanntlich nicht so schön ;)
Die Zimmer waren okay. Hygienisch nicht deutscher Standart, aber sauber genug um sich wohl zu fühlen.
Leider haben uns einige Dinge in der Ausstattung gefehlt zB. Wasserkocher, Toaster, Föhn oder ein Schneidebrettchen.
Der dazugehörige Pool ist zur Abkühlung super und schnell zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr nett.

Les chambres de cet aparthotel sont exiguës aussi bien le coin cuisine que la chambre par elle même
La salle de bain manque de rangement
Par contre le personnel est très agréable et à votre écoute

Hôtel pratique et agréable

Hôtel agréable avec un personnel très accueillant et des chambres confortables avec une belle vue sur le lac de La Teste. Nous n'avons pas eu le temps.de tester la piscine malheureusement.
