Our Welcome was wonderful. Smiley face and lovely greeting. Rang to ensure our room was ready even though we were well before our check in time. We had been upgraded also. Corner room with twin aspect. Super clean bright room. Comfy bed. Service was fantastic and the team there couldn’t have done any more for us. We were smiley and happy and they loved it and were the same with us.
Would recommend and will be back and stay there again.

Quiet spot away from the hustle and bustle of Cannes. It was a 6 to 7 minute walk down a hill to the main strip. Only thing was that the hotel did not have a restaurant and only served snacks and drinks.

What we liked.

The size of the room
The reception staff were incredibly friendly and despite arriving earlier our room was ready.
The pool. It was large enough for most to enjoy.

Dislikes
The location. It is close but up a hill and unless you’re mobile and fit those who struggle may want to steer clear. Theres a good 10 minute walk to the centre. More even.
The breakfast was terrible. Oh my word the worst we’ve had. Everything had flys on it.
Lastly the garden furniture on the terrace - if you supply garden furniture it should at least be washed down regularly. Bird poo made it unusable.

The hotel was veey tired looking, needs a complete overhaul. No parking available, coffee machine in tbe restaurant wasn't working, and then we wanted ice. Was told thd ice machine wasn't working. Room was very small. And tbe bathroom was tiny. , not enough shelving space in tbe bedroom or bathroom. We paid €610 for 3 nights. Very expensive for the kind of room and hotel. We've stayed in better hotels for hallf that price. Very disappointed, shall not be staying there again

When we arrived, we were greeted by two staff members and their feline mascot—because what's a hotel without a house cat, right? This place is pet-friendly, and although we spotted a dog or two here and there (plus the aforementioned kitty), it seems like an ideal spot for animal lovers.

Our room was dope. Cozy for two people but still equipped with all the essentials: plenty of outlets (you can never have too many!), an electric kettle, a coffee maker, and a safe for our valuables.

The bathroom? Spotless. No weird odors or mildew. However, the mystery of the missing shower curtain left us doing our best not to splash the entire bathroom into a tropical storm zone. All we could do was try...

Located just outside the hustle and bustle of Cannes' beachfront, the hotel provided a much-needed peaceful retreat. There’s no laundry service, but fear not, we were kindly pointed toward a laundromat conveniently around the corner—because adulting never takes a vacation.

The reception staff was very friendly, and the breakfast crew worked like maniacs but remained helpful and cheery.

All in all, cool digs!

This was a very quaint older but well maintained hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a smaller room on the ground floor but there are larger rooms with balcony’s on upper floors. They have an adequate breakfast that is not included in the room charge. There is a very nice pool which is perfect for exercise and rest and cooling off after walking a lot. My bed was very comfortable and all in the room was quite nice. It is. Not fancy but tasteful and up to date. Plenty of plugs. Remember your adapter. It was a good price for the week of Cannes Film festival. There are beautiful alley-ways of cafes within 50 yards. Short walk to a gear museum and fortressed church.

Cannes is very expensive so this was ok as we only stayed one night. It is a basic hotel, but very friendly service and about 10min walk to the Croisette. Nice pool area. However, not good when travelling with dogs as there are no green areas around, and in the park nearby dogs are banned

The property was fine as a last minute choice. It is a good, solid property for a short stay at a value price. I personally wouldn't stay there for a long stay. Parking was available a nearby parking lot which was a 5 min walk away. The area didn't seem too bad although we weren't there long enough to really know. Seemed to be lots of tourists around so I assume it was an ok location.

Great location - 5 minutes from the beach and even closer to restaurants. Staff were really lovely and very helpful. Having a pool is excellent. Reports of the big hill are really exaggerated. My room was small (quite usual in this location) & fairly basic. Really enjoyed my stay thanks.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends! The location was perfect and made for the most pleasant walk through the old town to get back each night. The pool was clean and surprisingly quiet despite being above a large street. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the air conditioning was perfect after coming back after a day in the heat. If I ever come back to Cannes, I know where I’ll be staying.

We have stayed at this hotel before and although there has been some updating of the property it definitely needs work on some of the rooms. The lamp shade in our room was falling apart and there were cracks in the walls. The paint work has seen better days but it was extremely clean. Linens were pristine and the towels were clean and fluffy.

Excellent location, literally 5 minutes walk to old town \"Suquet\" locale providing superb restaurant and boutique shopping delights, also a sedate 10 minute stroll to the sea front with easy access to public beaches.
Hotel Des Orangers is a reasonable value 3 star with relaxing and peaceful \"common\" areas including a pleasant reading lounge, shady breakfast/coffee patio and good sized swimming pool.
The staff were always helpful and charming.
No complaints from Procedens.

Lovely pool and fab location in the old town and only a short walk to the seafront. Room, a/c and bathroom all very tired and dated. Didn't pay the 15€ for breakfast, didn't look worth it. So enjoyed take away coffee and 2 croissants in the old town for 5€.

Inexpensive hotel central to most places

Had a great time in Cannes. Found it very central for visiting other places - St Tropez only an hour and a half away by boat, Monaco an hour on the train, Nice 50 mins, Grasse an hour on the bus. Cannes itself had plenty to keep me occupied - lots of beaches, restaurants, shops etc.
Will definitely go back!

cet hôtel est idéalement placé en haut du vieux quartier du Suquet. le personnel est OK, les chambres très petites sont propres. le petit déjeuner riche et varié. les salles de bain sont minuscules et auraient besoin d’être rénovées. il y a du produit pour la douche , sauf s'il est absent quand le porte bidon est cassé....dommage pour nous ! j'avais oublié d'en emporter. malgré ce contre temps , nous y reviendrons l'année prochaine comme tous les ans, pour une course sportive

In der Hauptsaison ist es sicherlich fast unmöglich das Auto zu parken. Das Hotel hat lediglich 4 Parkplätzr vor der Türe. Diese waren während unseres Aufenthalts sogar einen Tag wegen eines Containers gesperrt. Der Service beim Frühstück ist gerade noch ertragbar. Wenn das Hotel voll ist, dann dürfte s eine Katastrophe sein. Das Doppelbett ist lediglich ein Queenbett. Im Doppelzimmer hat man nur ein 1.40x2.00 m Bett. Die Nähe zur Stadt ist Klasse

Helt ok opphold. Vil tro vi fikk det værste rommet de kunne tilby. Første etasje, dårlig senger og kraftig fuktlukt. Lite og upraktisk bad, sjarmerende fransk stil, men forferdelig å bruke. Det var ikke dopapir da vi ankom, måtte etterspør dette. Rommet var ekstremt lytt, vi kunne høre alt utenfor og opplevde lite privatliv. Renholderne oppholdt seg utenfor døren til rommet vårt, noe som også førte til kraftig bråk. Rommet var svært dårlig og virkelig ikke til å anbefale.

Ellers er fasilitetene ok, bra svømmebasseng med solsenger, man får håndkle på hotellet til å kunne benytte seg av ved basseng området. Den ene dagen tilbyde de ansatte oss is ved bassenget, noe som gir en ekstra følelse av tilhørighet og små gleder som settes pris på.

Kort vei til sentrumskjernen, kun 5-10 minutters gange til sentrale området og strand.

Minus for å ikke kunne tilby tidlig innsjekk, selv ved ekstra kostnad, slitsomt etter lang reise ved nattavgang. Vi fikk likevel benytte oss av bassengområdet mens vi ventet, noe som ga ett ekstra pluss.

Fint hotel, rimeligt centralt beliggende i Cannes. Lidt slidt hotel men fin rengøring - har dog aldrig forstået konceptet med gulvtæppe på et hotelværelse. Super pool område med fri håndklædeservice. Vi fik værelset lige ved siden af elevatoren, men der var overhovedet ingen støj fra den. Lidt problematisk med parkering - der ligger dog et p-hus ikke langt fra hotellet.

Doors are slamming all the time 24-7 because they are probably old and don’t slide in- so all guests and cleaning crew have to slam the doors to close them. Quite annoying. We had a blocked drain in the shower for a whole week but the technician never managed to fix it. Great location although next to a ring road.
