This place was amazing, best sleep I've had in a long time. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in and the room was very quiet. Not to mention what a great price for the room. And the indoor pool and hot tub was so fun, although it was usually occupied by kids and families. The free breakfast was wonderful, although they ran out of coffee on the second morning, but great verity for food. Definitely will stay here again in the future.

The manager Ms Patel was the only person with a really sad attitude, she was rude, with an aggressive behavior and a really bad communication.

Actually it was something that other guest mentioned in the breakfast time because she removed the food with full of people taking breakfast, and she removed the food with not notice and we think that We know you have scheduled but come on, if you are watching that people still eating a least you should said, hello guests I'm about to close the breakfast time, so if you want something else take now please before we remove the food. Hot tub and the pool is not heated as I was told when I first called over tub would not fill up and hold for soaking tub in the bathroom. The phone did not work and I got my keys changed the room for three times and they still would not work I had to have management come up to let me in.

The parking lot was full of leaves , it didn’t look clean Leaves were all over the place . I stayed there two days , and they never cleaned outside. The Mexican girl who checked me in was rude and was on the phone talking to her husband while checking me in ! The bed had a dent in it ( I was in room 124) they put a comfortable sham on top , it was comfy , but it made my back hurt !! The pillows were extremely small , I didn’t sleep well at all !! The breakfast sucked !! They had cheap butter , nasty waffles , dry pastries , watered down juices, ext . The bathroom was a nice size , but the bathtub was up too high , I almost fell, getting out the shower , and the water never got hot !! The back door was locked , So I had to walk around the entire building to get to my room. The TV was nice , and the AC worked really well. The decor was nice , and so was the microwave and fridge . The gym didn’t have any weights , but they had a treadmill , and a few other machines, one was broken .Go somewhere else , they need to get it together !!

The staff was wonderful.It was just super frustrating that we were told the hot tub worked when we got there didn't work.That was one of the main reasons.We were renting the room and staying in that hotel, and also I had rented two queens that came with the sofa and a big room.And we did not get that we got a king and a sofa, and it was four of us in a little, tiny space. Just super frustrating

most of the staff was great, however we had the following issues:

- phone in room did not work, no one fixed it, as well as the alarm clock, neither worked no one fixed it

- the key card kept deactivating, they claimed i was putting the card with my, i was not

- the breakfast is the same everyday, however the milk has been spoiled a time or two

- found mold on one of the breakfast bagels

- the check in process - they require a deposit, they don't tell you until you get there either 200 cash or 50% of room value to your credit card

- it was cold for us the heater did not work

- you can hear your neighbors clearly

The hot tub wasn’t properly heated and when management was told about it, they made some excuse about it being appropriate temperature for “children.” I don’t know how many kindergarteners are paying for rooms at comfort suites but they should probably focus on making the amenities appropriate for the adults that are paying.

Our door to our room was broken and wouldn’t lock unless slammed. We also couldn’t open it unless we slammed it from the inside like we were linebackers. The room I booked was “accessible” but my disabled husband couldn’t navigate fully around the room in his wheelchair, which is another issue. Overall, it was a place to sleep but we won’t be booking again and won’t be recommending to anyone.

Lots to improve upon, Comfort Suites! And I hope you will.

Last bit of advice, if you’re not going to resolve an issue one of your patrons has, don’t bother calling to tell that patron that you’re not going to resolve it. It was a waste of time.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.Their staff is rude, lazy and the graveyard shift appearance is very unprofessional and sloppy. They tried to charge me $10 for having a small amount of make- up on a face towel in addition of the hotel not being able to provide any extra towels that I requested upon arrival. Worth the money

The beds are amazing, room was clean and the place was quiet. I own a local auto repair shop but I live out of town. After a couple rough days at the shop, I wasnt feeling up for the drive home. The lady who checked me in didnt seem to like me for whatever reason, but aside from that the rest of the staff were friendly. Kudos to the young woman who checked me out at the end of my stay. I love the energy.

Pool was closed for maintenance and when I went downstairs to ask where it was they were telling guests at check in it’s closed. Only ice machine is on first floor, we drove over 7 hours from Long Beach ca to get here and excited to swim! Should of said something on site so we could book else where

The room was nice & comfy until I raised the toilet seat & the back cover fell off & broke. I’m not sure how that happened but the Manager took care of it … a big bug was in our room & the Manager called it by name as if this happens a lot!…. We picked the hotel because of the indoor pool & jacuzzi but unfortunately the pool was freezing & the jacuzzi had a funny smell. The Front desk clerks were extremely nice but I was disappointed.

I booked a suite for 4. 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. Enough towels for 3 people. They didn't one additional towel for us at the desk. Bedding for the sofa bed are not kept in the room, you have to get it from the front desk. No pillows though. Just sheets and blanket. Reason because people keep taking them. Don't understand why I pay to sleep 4 but only get enough for 3. My first time at Comfort Suites. I'll never go back again.
