I have stayed in almost every hotel in the Vacaville and Dixon area over the last 10 years...on business. The Marriot is by far the best. Here is what i like: super quiet. You will not hear your neighbors or the freeway. Also the in room heater is across the room and not blowing right on you in the bed. isvecomfortable

I planned this last minute trip to meet up with my boyfriend for one night and enjoy some hot tub time and relax. When I got to the property I was told there was some work being done but it should be open a little later. By 515, I called to ask if I could use the hot tub and they said , no.. not until tomorrow. This made me super upset because the hot tub was the main reason I chose that property. If I had k own it would be closed I would have stayed somewhere else. Super disappointed

I visited the area to see family. While the hotel itself was nice, I was assigned a handicapped-accessible room where the shower water went all over the bathroom floor, which was inconvenient. The staff I encountered were not friendly, and when I returned from running errands the next morning, my room had not been cleaned and I had no fresh dry towels. Next time I visit, I’ll be staying at a Motel 6 instead.

Didn’t expect this from the Marriott

We were traveling for a soccer game. I’m off the parents called the hotel, told the clerk we would need several rooms,be arriving late in the afternoon , asked if there was a pool & if they had restaurant & breakfast? The clerk said Yes to everything. Great. Because of this, we all booked at the Marriott. Well, the pool closed at dusk because the lights we broken, the restaurant was closed because there wasn’t anyone to cook, the bar/lounge was closed because there’s no bartender & on & on. We didn’t expect this from the Marriott. We’d stayed at the Marriott in Santa Rosa recently & it was incredible & when we told the clerk that we were disappointed about the pool being closed she said we should have called first which was the first thing we did & reason we stayed there.

Quick Vacay

My family seems like we are always on the go go go. We've been in desperate need of a vacation. When memorial day weekend started we felt we should be on a vacation. Marriott Bon Voy fit the bill. Eventhough we stayed at the one in our town, the Mariott made us feel like we were miles away.

Needs update

Requested a quiet room on the day of booking but never got it. It was a challenge to sleep from noisy guest upstairs above our room. We got tired listening & fell asleep by 2am with the help of sleeping pills. They gave us free breakfast but the yogurt was expired 10 days ago 😆. Hope they check what they serve from the display soon. The room needs more cleaning the wall, furniture & bathroom have some fingerprints & dust. The bed was okay but the pillows needs to be replace.

The air conditioner in our first room was noisy and going out, they graciously changed our rooms.

The room was nice but the walls were very thin. We could hear loud conversation in the room next door late into the night. Most of the parking and entrance / exits were blocked off for tree trimming that was right outside our window in the early morning. Pool was very chemically and patio furniture was very worn out. Hot tub was large and pretty nice tho. It was not very nice for a Marriott.

Overall a meh experience

The main part of the room looked updated and beds were comfortable. TV was tiny and couldn’t read the guide from the bed. Bathroom was extremely outdated with dirty floors. Fingerprints all over the door handles. No central air and is the old school outdoor fan that runs for 5 minutes then stops since it only reads the air temperature right by the AC. Pool and hot tub were nice but chlorine was not properly balanced and it smelled funky. Likely won’t stay here again.

Weekend stay

The room was large and comfortable. Many restaurants nearby. The only complaint is the desk staff, 3 different people, who all said the hotel was sold out for Saturday night and we couldn’t add a night. I went on line secured another night at the hotel on my own. You would think they would want customers. In the end someone was kind and even allowed us to stay in the same room. The other staff said pack up and come back at 300 for the new room.

It was not but alerted them to the fact that we would not be able to check in until after midnight . . .probably after 1pm due to attending a concert in San Francico. We were assured that it would be no problem and it was not. The room was spacious, clean and has very comfortable beds and pillows. A coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave are in the room.

Nice hotel but no housekeeping

Hotel has been remodeled and they have a restaurant and bar. Minimal menu but they serve Starbucks coffee, wine and cocktails along with food options.
Room was nice. Lousy coffee in the room so getting coffee in the restaurant was easy. They have NO Housekeeping and we were told to call the front desk to get replacement items. We had to put used towels under the sink and our garbage cans were full, mainly Starbucks coffee cups. They didn’t instruct us to put garbage in the hall and that they come periodically to pick it up. Would have been go to know. Days of no housekeeping is over and they should at least replace towels and dump the guests garbage. They admitted to being short staffed so shouldn’t they give customers a discount for the inconvenience .
