I got to the property (albeit, very late in the night, but had a reservation) and they couldn’t find my Expedia reservation that I already paid for, so I just paid them anyways. I’m honestly not sure if this is their fault or Expedia’s.
The room was only half clean. One of the beds wasn’t made. There was no toilet paper, minimal furniture (no nightstand) and the floors were dusty. The bed that I slept in however was clean.
For that quality though, I would use been fine paying like half the price, but I paid $110 for that.

I didn't even check in. I heard from the people next door that this place has had a lot of trouble. At the front window I asked the woman who came to the window one question, \"does this place have a lot of trouble? She answered 'Yes' and I asked her to cancel my reservation and refund my money. She went in the back to presumably ask the manager and he said to be refunded I had to ask Expedia. As I understand it, my credit card was just to be used as a hold on the room.

Bedspread had cigarette burns on it. Towels that’s supposed to be white are brown. There was no trash can. Curtains had holes in it. They advertise a pool (not that we would have used it) but the pool has been cemented. No pool. Would not recommend this place to anyone. The pictures needs to be updated. The place is dilapidated.

Just on cost/value comparisons for other motels for similar prices, DO NOT pick this one. The building was dilapidated on the exterior. No access to the lobby with only window service from outside the building. The rooms are renovated but not very clean, and all the towels had some sort of staining on them. No soap provided for showers. A toddler sized toilet. Ghetto.

The manager said that i would have to go back to this site for a refund.

No night stand and bath towel was only one pcs. That bath towel was may be 10-15 years old when I used small dust come from towel. All over my face and head .
2 nd day when I lock the door and I try to open yes I locked. Around 9am.
When I back to room around 3pm. Door is open. So I checked all my staff include iPad and company I phone
All stay there. I guess housekeeper open and forgot close?
Ac is good cold but so noisy.
Oh no trashcan. I used my plastic bag from store. TV remote doesn’t work
Wifi pass code doesn’t work

Next time I will stay somewhere some hotel will be so much great experience I guess. Such as waste my money and time. I should take photo….

Staff lacked customer service during check in and check out. The room was suppose to be nonsmoking, but it smelled like smoke. The smoke alarm was not present and the wires for it were dangling from the hole in the ceiling, definitely a safety/fire hazard.
There as hair on the flat sheet, there was no fitted sheet for the bed and there was only a stained bedcover.
Towels were stained and hair that was not ours was present on them. The shower was not cleaned it had an old bar of soap present and hair, finderprints all over the tile.
The toilet bowl was not clean and the toilet lid was dirty. The back of the bathroom door had scuff marks like someone was trying to kick it down.
The mini fridge was dirymty and had a lot of dirty freezer burn.
DO NO RECOMMEND.

We did not stay there- after arriving, being given our room key behind a glass window, seeing our room for 5 minutes (broken everything, paint half off walls, holes in bedspread), looking out the cracked window at the drug deal going on below, we decided to get the heck out of there. The only time I have stayed at motels before, and they are just lower quality- this one, for $185/night, was not worth risking my life for. I would not trust staying there with my two young children. Should not be on your list.

This property gives off major murder vibes. The room was filthy, falling apart, and had significant damage to the furniture and structure. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls, the window was broken and had actual fire damage, the carpets are littered with burn holes, the smoke alarm had screws through it, and appeared to be connected to the light switch. The staff seemed to be unaware of why these conditions would be concerning or alarming, given the photos on the website. DO NOT STAY HERE.

We had to switch rooms because the bathroom floor was full of bugs and the curtains were falling off the rods and the beds were sloppily made. So we moved to a slightly cleaner room but there was no soap no trash cans and no batteries in the remote. The cops have already been to the property once due to very seedy people hanging about the property. Worse place I’ve ever stayed in my life

Everything is coo but I know one thing the the maids are lazy. Everytime I rented a room something is still dirty most of the time its the bathroom.. They never clean the bathroom it nasty it be hair everywhere from the previous people.. It just ridicoulous. So I figured that's why I saw a roach cause they won't clean up..

Very unsafe area of Fairfield. A lot of homeless and police activity all hours of the day. There was a man on a bike in the parking lot asking guests to purchase drugs. People in parking lot in their cars all night. The only hotel employee was very rude. The only thing he said to me was my room # and handed me a single card key. There is absolutely no reason I would ever stay here again.

Heed the warning and use this as a last resort

The person at the counter did not know how to check me in so it ruined my yimetable to wait for the person to arrive that could do the job.

I asked if late check out was possible since I was going to be out very late and 2 people responded at the same time. One said they have people coming so I can't stay any later. The other said \"No, no. You have plenty of time. 11a only.\" ALL of the comments were unnecessary. A simple answer of no would have been fine. Pissed me off as I felt like it was racially based. It took everything in me not to snap back. Who tells someone they have plenty of time? He had no right to tell me what I do and don't have and I should not have to tell all of my business just for them to hear me.

The 1st room they sent me to was not clean and smelled like smoke. It was supposed to be non-smoking. It was almost 4p and not clean.

The 2nd room looked like they converted it into a room and needed much TLC.

There was no tub... all I wanted to do was to take a bath...

When you drive in, it instantly is run down but being exhausted from driving all night we needed to sleep. We get to the desk which you have to stand outside to be serviced, the front desk clerk was somewhat rude to us and just unpleasant to work with. We get to our room, number 105. We both ran into the bathrooms whi h was a nightmare. First I noticed the heavy smell of chemicals in the room. But then I noticed the large streak of handprints on the glass of the vanity in the dark. In the bathroom the tile grout was black and looked like it hadn't been swept or mopped in ages. There was literal fences and boogers wiped/sprayed across the back wall and side wall of the toilet. We didn't even dare to look in the shower. But we got ready to sleep, I stole the world's flattest pillows off the other bed so I could have at least one semi full pillow, pulled back the sheets with my husband and crawled in. The sheets were very scratchy and reaked of bleach. The bed was as hard as the floor. But beggars can't be choosers I guess, however I have stayed at many motels but this one, we couldn't wait to leave in the morning which took another 20 minutes of being harassed by another patron while we waited to get service at 8am with the door to the lobby still locked and ringing the service bell.

Ive been coming here for a long time and the front Desk/management still act like they dont know me. i have spent way to much money here. Everytime i check in there all these new rules my favorite was no Xbox on there tv because they couldn't figure out how the input buttons work. They charge $100 Deposit no credit card cash only. Only so they can try and find a way to keep your money. I won't stay ever again.

Nastiest and worst experience of my life!! all bad

This place is the most nastiest place I’ve ever seen. We had to leave after being there for 15 minutes. It was so dirty and the service was horrible. There was dookie stains on the mattress, bullet holes in walls and the carpet don’t even get me started.. the walls were stained and the pillowed were brown. There was open condominium rappers under the bathroom sink and the drawers had food and dust in them. Best of all there was a used syringe and bag of drugs under the bed. The house keeper was the most disrespectful and ghetto person ive ever met do not stay here I have all the pictures to prove it too if you want to see them. It was the most craziest joke I ever seen and they also charged hotels. Com the full 3 day reservation and to top it off it’ll be 2 weeks until I get my money back. Bs

Stayed here 6 months(?) prior and for cheap hotel it was OK. Now——-Strong smell of Raid and then Cockroaches in bathroom and bedroom!, hair in bed before we got into it! Plastic covering on mattress made crinkling sound with every motion made on bed!!! Dingy stained towels! 5 minutes to get hot water running for shower! Smoke alarm kept chirping (low battery) and the management did come and replace battery at midnight!—- not bad people but terrible place! Worst place I’ve ever stayed in USA!!! Pay the extra few bucks to stay somewhere else!!

This motel was terrible. The first room the gave us was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but they used an extreme amount of odorizer spray to try and cover it up. The second room didn't smell of smoke but it smelled very musty like it had mold or mildew. The room didn't have any place to hang clothes or a dresser to put things on or in. It was so bad we left and found another hotel.

It's An \"Okay\" Place If One Is Looking For \"Cheap\"

The room was decent, but unimpressive (old, relatively clean, but some stains and a little mold in the bathroom).

The staff was of \"imported Indian\" decent, so even though they spoke \"English,\" talking with them was difficult because they're adamant that they know English, but they don't understand AMERICAN English and the desk clerk was a bit argumentative.

The A/C was OLDE and noisy, but worked fairly well. Parking was a tad problematic, but the area wasn't too noisy at night.

I requested a handicap equipped unit on the first floor. When we checked in they had us set up in an upstairs unit. I cannot climb stairs and need a handicapped shower with safety bars. The person that helped him changed the room to a first floor room, but it had many flaws. It looked as if the room had recently been renovated but not finished. There were no towel racks, clothes hanging/storage space, bedside lamp, alarm clock. One small trash can. The shower required that I step over a ledge and the floor tile appeared to be the wrong type for a shower, it was extremely slippery when wet. Add to that the lack of safety bars and I could not shower. The toilet was wedged into a corner between the shower and sink cabinet. Anyone over six feet tall could not have sat down and, again, no safety bars. There was a coffee maker, but no coffee or cups. The beds were not comfortable. After a nine hour car ride I didn't have the energy to complain or leave and we had already paid for it so we stayed. We will never stay there again nor reccomend it to anyone.

Be sure to bring your own soap. The soap that is provided dissolves quickly. The housekeeping is super nice. The check in and check out staff don't seem to be happy. The room had a refrigerator and microwave. I liked the motion sensor light. I could hear the t.v. from the room next door. Online it says check in is at 1pm but the Front Desk said, \"Check in is at 3pm\".

At check-in it was late and I was asked to pay cash, which I didn’t have. Then told to leave and get cash to pay. I didn’t as it was 11pm and I had just booked online and saw there was the option to pay at the hotel with card. The lady was also standing next to a sign that said they require a card. Eventually she reluctantly let me in and ran my card. She also asked me three times if I had a dog, which I didn’t, odd. I reserved a non smoking room, was given a smoking one with burn marks on all the furniture and the room smelled disgusting. The room was pretty run down, but ok, needed somewhere to sleep. Then the police were banging on another hotel room for 30 minutes at 230am and two people screaming at each other outside my room in the morning. Also, needed to work in the morning and the WiFi didn’t work so I had to leave and work in Starbucks. Pretty terrible stay overall. I expressed my concerns at check out and the guy just gave me this puzzled look like he had no idea of any of this.... do not recommend

This is the worst place we have stayed at. I would not recommend it to my worse enemy either.

Room had a stale cigarette and curry smell. Carpet was dirty and room just overaall looked and felt dingy. Wanted to get ice no ice bucket in the room or even a bag. Went to the front desk for a buxket ir a bag to get ice, the clerk told me they didnt have any. He told me to ask housekeeping for it. Walked down to housekeeping no one there for at least 20 minutes. When i finally found something I needed change in order to buy ice from the machine! Of course I had none not even in my car. Finally I try to lay down and relax and I get bit by something in the bed. Got up looked in the mirror and had two bug bites on my neck!

Bottom line, I did not do my due diligence and booked a terrible location that was 20 minutes from the job site. The sound of pimps in the parking lot was special, the amenities led themselves to a Greek tragedy.
Do yourself a favor and stay clear off Texas ave in Fairfield, CA!

There were literally holes in the wall with duct tape covering them, The bathroom door had red paint and packle paint over a white door that clearly I’ve been punched through. The linens on the bed had stains, and the wallpaper looks like it was from the 1970s at a duck club on some lake somewhere. (there was no lake)

Price was high for the conditions of room. Restroom was dated and fixtures were hanging off walks and celing. Room was clean but needed maintenance. Booked the room on line for three adults two children. Youngest child being 2 yrs oldest 15. Room was a double queen when I showed up at 10:30 pm to get my room card I was told that I can not have five people in the room. Attendant was rude and told me he can refuse to rent to me even though it was my family.

The most disgusting room I have ever encountered. Stay away. It smelled horrible, roaches and the staff was extremely rude. Had to drive to the store to get an air freshener. There was food crumbs in the drawers, mold on the shower curtain and disgusting carpets. I wanted to sleep in my car it was sooo bad.

Transient, dirty, poorly managed/owned motel. Towels were changed out only once in four days! Normally not an issue but I have paper towels that are thicker. Bedding was never change of made up! The room overall was very dirty, needed some serious cleaning. I bought cleaning products and cleaned the bathroom myself. Called the front desk for Wi-Fi password and was told I had to go to the office to get it, they wouldn't give it to me over the phone! This place needs more than updated! If you are looking for a dirty flop house environment, this is your place. Way over priced for the room, condition, cleanliness and environment.

The blankets literally all had large tears/rips. The shower didn't hold the water in so it pretty much flooded the entire bathroom. Holes in the curtains. Overall not the best place. Paid $77 for one night, not worth it.
