Wonderful breakfast and morning staff. TV and the hair drying fan did not work.. jacuzzi had so much people in it that the foam was brown.. maybe age and hours restrictions would help the jacuzzi/pool area for adults to enjoy it in peace vs all the outrageous screaming and running by kids..

The first room we had had ants in the 2nd bedroom. My friends had already decorated the room for my birthday. By time we found the trail of ants it was 3am. We had to move rooms and take down decorations. Didn’t have tape or anything to put them back up but was just a mess. I wish they would have offered some type of compensation or been a little more friendly. I am not one who likes to complain but I paid for the room and to have to leave was a little frustrating. The lady I talked to made it seem like a burden to her. No one is expecting ants.
The next morning we went down to get the rest of our stuff cause it was too late to move everything and we saw the cleaning lady and she didn’t even charge the bedding. I was totally thrown off and disgusted but this. I was ready to leave and loose out on my money. Because I saw how she was cleaning I’m afraid the whole point of picking this hotel went to waste because I refused to eat their free breakfast.
On top of that there was water spots and broken tiles in the second room. The television didn’t work. I had to call for
Maintenance about three times in order for someone to finally come up and fix it. The maintenance guy was extremely nice. I was able to fix the TVs, but it was frustrating. Even in the first term the televisions were not working. Fortunately, I didn’t have to worry about the TVs because we were listening to music as we were celebrating our birthday, but by time it was time for us all to go to bed. We just cras

This was the 2nd time we checked in here . Great safe location , our transactions were in Napa area & just 13 miles away. The property is tucked in the business area so its quiet . Big rooms, full size fridge & the indoor pool & jacuzzi were great amenities . They could use an upgrade or some face lift to the rooms & maybe add more options to the hot breakfast , but overall, i highly recommend this place. Will book again in the future . Also, receptionists were courteous.

The staff tried their best - but this hotel was clearly understaffed. There were never enough towels for the pool and the rooms. We were told multiple times that they were out of towels. The indoor pool was cold and the hot tub was not hut and the jets didn’t work. The key swipe to the doors didn’t work and the response you got from the staff was “just swipe slowly.” I called the hotel 3 times before the visit and each time I was told to call someone else. Because I booked this hotel in hotels.com the staff were not able to assist me but had I booked with them, they could have helped. When the coffee ran out at 930am the staff sighed when asked to make more coffee (breakfast was to be available until 10am)

I do not frequently leave reviews but felt a bit disappointed by this place. Heater frequently made loud noises when turning on. Rooms could use some updates such as usb ports in room and new carpet. Furniture was old and worn with stains. There was no bedding or extra pillows in room for the pull out sofa. Also saw many ants throughout room and property.

The only real issue was due to noise from the room above us. There seemed to be a lot of running and jumping by the occupants of the room above us. The food was good, but it would have been nice to have greater variety and we could not find hot water for the tea. Other than that, the hotel was nice, clean, and service was exceptional. Overall ,we were very pleased.

Spoke with front desk and asked for first floor room due to recent total knee replacement and was told they had Room 104 reserved for me. Got to hotel and was sent to third floor about as far from elevator as possible. Went to complain when checking out and had to wait 15 minutes before a person showed up at front desk. Was given no reason for change and got a sarcastic “Have a nice day” as I left.

Staff is very inattentive. Outside doors don’t work, when customers tell them that I’ve seen them gaslight them telling them you just have to keep sliding. I just tried two doors and got locked out, was told that I had to use the dead phone.

Hotel is falling apart and apparently the staff knows it, the management won’t fix it, so instead they gaslight customers and lock them out of the hotel at night while the staff is gone for 15 minutes at a time taking smoke breaks.

Our room was absolutely filthy. There were stains everywhere — on the bedding, bed skirt, and even the nightstands. The linens were full of holes, and the blackout curtains had so many tiny holes that sunlight streamed through in the morning. It looked like moth damage, but honestly, it was hard to tell.

We rented the suite with one king bed and two queens, and one of the queen beds smelled strongly of cat urine. The furniture and flooring were old and dirty, and the entire room felt neglected. It’s clear they don’t clean thoroughly between guests — something as simple as wiping down the nightstands had been missed.

Unfortunately, we arrived around 2 a.m. and had to leave early for a bridal shower, so we didn’t see just how bad it was until later that day. By then, it was too late to request another room, and we only had to endure one more night. Still, I felt genuinely uncomfortable staying there.

We grabbed some food on our way out to the bridal shower, and it was fine — nothing amazing, just very basic but tolerable.

Overall, they seriously need to invest in new linens, furniture, and flooring — and, more importantly, better cleaning practices. I would never stay here again and regret not speaking up immediately about the condition of the room.

The breakfast was great, a lot of selection of different food. Hard broil eggs, scramble eggs, sausages, potatoes, bread, bagels, muffins, fresh fruits, self made waffles, cereals, etc. The staff are wonderful. I have an issue of not knowing how to turn on the stove in my room and called the front desk. A staff knocked on the door about a minute later to help. All the staffs are very polite.

Very family friendly. The breakfast was great- many choices. Very well stocked. You can eat inside or outside.
All areas were clean. Pool hours were great for the grandkids. Loved the set up of the room. Grandpa could go to bed early, as we had 2 bedrooms (got the 2 youngest to sleep and still had a living room with a pull out couch / kitchen for the oldest to watch tv.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. However, the carpet in our room had stains and the room didn't appear to have been cleaned/disinfected. The kitchen was updated but there were broken cabinets. The pool water was murky and there was hair floating around. The lighting throughout the hotel was very dim and gloomy. In my opinion, the stay was nice, the staff were great, but the hotel and pool need a good cleaning. Brighter lightbulbs should also be added to cheer up the place.

AC was broken in 90 degrees weather

Loved the room set up and location was central to our activities. Were there for 3 nights. AC wasn't working in our room and no equivalent room to transfer to and hotel had no fans. Was over 80 degrees in our room. Bought a fan at Target with our own money. 3rd night an equivalent room with working AC was available and we transferred. Hotel finally said they'd comp us a night and they'd submit that to hotels.com, but we have to follow up with hotels.com.
Breakfast buffet was so so, ice machines didn't work (had to ask front desk for ice and they kindly got it from her kitchen), bathrooms by pool were closed the whole time which was inconvenient.
I do appreciate them comping us a night if I actually see the refund

Sofa bed had an old spring mattress and so not comfortable to sleep an adult and a child together.
I had to improvise with some layers of blankets on the floor. Otherwise, everything was ok. The breakfast was very well served and we enjoyed the pool.

Stove and microwave wouldn’t work in the room. Fridge and freezer was barely cold
Which was the point we booked because of the kitchenette. We had a infant and elderly
Dog that both required proper freezer storage for their food. Luckily I had traveled with a cooler and ice packs. Staff was great , someone got us a second microwave to plug in to use. The room cleanliness was questionable. I say this because paper towels were dirty on the sides. The bathroom area the floor tile has grout and you can clearly tell it’s discolored unevenly. A quick mop wouldn’t clean those. I’m guessing it’s just dirt build up. So that was gross. Our last visit was better.

A few things that we did have trouble with television remote was not working in both the living area and king size bedroom. The bath tub did not work to take baths for the kids, floor board fell down and our key card kept not working. Security was not great my niece and her children were approached by a male when she went to the room and he kept trying to talk with her. She did not report it after that we had no other issues. Staff was really nice and would quickly attend to key not working and the other issues that arise. I would consider to go back the kids had a great time at the pool.

When i arrived i let the young man know i was had a reservation for one night and provided him with my ID and credit card. We spoke about the breakfast, local restaurants, etc and never mentioned not finding my reservation or even discussed a nightly rate. I wasnt until he asked that i enter my card into the machine that i noticed he had charged me for the room in addition to a \"deposit\". When i questioned the charge he asked the manager to come and correct the credit card charge. I asked for a copy of the charge and credit and was told i could get a copy in the morning once the charges posted overnight, i wasnt pleased but at that point there wasnt anything i could do. When we checked out i made a point to ask for a copy of the statement and it was blank when i questioned it i was told there was nothing posted because i prepaid with Hotels.com when i asked about the error the night before and the fact i was only showing a pending charge on my card and no pending credit and she said \"well i dont know what to tell you, i cant give you anything\" the level of service was just awful

The pool is very old and small. While we were there, a large number of little kids were in the pool

I loved my time there, the staff, the food the amenities was overall great. The hot tub however was cold but the warm pool was great. We found nasty blood stains on the sofa in the living room, sticky smear on the drawer handles, dirty air condition grills and bathroom fan, and stains in bathroom door and kitchen cabinets. We informed the reception about those issues and received ZERO apologies, just a minute compensation (which was not the point, anyway). DO NOT STAY HERE.

Love this hotel. Super comfortable, clean, and conveniently located to highway and food. We stay here often with our dog. Free parking. Our last stay we think the heater wasn’t working on the spa tub so they heated the indoor pool to +90 degrees. Was a lot of fun!
