Our stay was very chaotic. The hotel switched management, litrally overnight during our stay. The bar was closed, no coffee, no breakfast...nothing advertised was delivered. The room was not very clean. There was sticky residue on the floors and trash behind the sofa bed. I was so dissapointed.

Ooh man, there some much to tell. The only nice thing i can is the lovely lady that did her best to help us. I dont remember her name. She was a beautiful out with long sweater and boots looked every business professional. She even remember it was my mom birthday. She my mom a card and a wine bottle since we came to see family in napa for my mom birthday. Mom want to visit grandma grave at the cemetery for her birthday tirp.

Im going to list a few things that happen.

1. No hot water when we checked in. Host switch me rooms. Same no hot water. The next morning they same they working on . I took a cold shower the night before.

2. the room would be clean the next day. It wasnt.

3. They to check out. Noone up front. I walked in all the way to the offices saying hi, hello . Finally someone came out. He ooh im sorry. Im trying to check out. The guy finally find in the bathroom. He told me 3 minutes i had to wait. Sir you can't help. He said no i cant he as too. I told him i have a flight. He come just wait. Ooh ok.

I did get a call to apologize for the water problem. I asked to call me when it would be ready. I never got a call back.
The breakfast isn't complimentary anymore. Except for Wednesday because of course no hot warm. Im just gald that it was fix before mom birthday dinner.

The staff was okay, however the breakfast staff didn’t show up so no breakfast was available. I was out in a conjoining room, and the walls were so thin that I was kept up by my neighbor snoring, the room wasn’t super clean. Location proximity to the park was great tho.

There seems to have been an event that day because there was people in uniforms during breakfast. When we tried to get breakfast we were rudely told it was not avaliable to everyone. The front desk receptionist told me there was two reservations under my name and told me i had to cancel it even though i did not approve it. She did not want to cancel the other reservation. She spoke very limited English and was very rude, did not try to help us at all. We had a very horrible and unwelcoming service.

I cannot recommend this hotel based on my recent experience. The in-room amenities were substandard: the coffee machine was broken and the refrigerator did not work, making it difficult to store anything or have a morning coffee in the room. Service was also lacking, as housekeeping failed to clean our room during our stay. Furthermore, the on-site dining/eating options were limited. Finally, be aware that the hotel charges a mandatory daily fee for parking.

Room was dirty. Found 3 hairties on the floor and a brown stain of some sort on our bed. The counter and shower had multiple hairs in it and we let house keeping onow but they were not willing to clean further or give is a diffrent room. The front desk staff was kind and pool was great! For some reason the toilet seats in the room slam down and you could here the entire floors toilet seats close every single time! The mattresses were the type you sink into infinity in so if your into a fluffy bed your set! Had a toiletries available if you need. Bathroom was updated and very modern. For a family of 4 with a 3 and 5 year old the standard double queen was a little too cramed.

My recent stay was unfortunately a disappointing experience. I arrived at 4:45 PM — well after the standard check-in time — only to be told that my room was not ready. After finally getting a room, I was surprised to find I had been given an accessible room, even though I did not request one.

Because my check-in was delayed through no fault of my own, I asked for a late check-out to make up for the inconvenience, but my request was denied. This made my stay feel rushed and frustrating, especially given the poor start

We had two rooms here, both king suites. The first was on the 1st floor, the second on 5th floor. The first floor room had no closet or place to hang clothes. Its proximity to the church service made it unbearably loud Sunday morning. We used the fold-out bed. The sheets were ill-fitting and bed was not made. There was no outlet for the coffee maker where it was positioned; the only suitable outlet was in the bathroom. Only two glasses were provided for what was touted as a 4 person room. We ended up having a portable clothes rack wheeled in.

We were able to move to the 5th floor after I commented re the church service. The 5th floor room also had no closet or place to hang clothes. I brought the portable unit up from the 1st floor. The water pressure at the bathroom sink was very weak. The bedside lights were plugged in but not operational. The thermostats were present but not connected to the ventilation units. Again, the pull out bed was not made and the bedding was ill-fitting.

I’ve stayed at many Courtyard hotels. The lobby at this location was very nice and staff did what they could to address the room flaws, but overall I found the rooms to be sub-par at best, disappointing for what I’ve come to expect.

Finally, I was surprised there was a daily charge for parking - $10. Perhaps proximity to Six Flags is some justification, but there were many empty spots. Desk staff waived this fee for me to help address some of the room issues.

The hotel was understaffed the three days of my stay. Check in times took a large amount of time due to lack of staffing at the front desk. Dinning experience, while the only person that was serving food and alcohol, was a very pleasant person. He was the only one staffing the bistro at a time which created a long delays of service. This also was a reoccurrence for breakfast time as well. There was one person staff in the bistro. Maintenance needs to be addressed. Elevator feels very unsafe as it makes very odd sounds as a transitions from floor to floor, creating a nervousness within the customer base. While the rooms are excellent, it can’t be frustrating to find out that the USB ports on the nightstand were not functional. Turn down service is limited as my two nights stay did not get turned down and I had to reuse a lot of the towels that were provided.
Rooms have poor sound insulation in them. I can clearly hear conversations not only from the hallway but rooms on each side of my room. The doors slam incredibly loud throughout the entire floor and you can hear every person leaving and entering each hotel room. There was an event where people were doing burnouts in the parking lot in incredibly early hours of the night, waking people up. This was a reoccurrence both nights

Was there for a visit to six flags, it’s a five minute or so walking distance. They checked us in early and that was great. Person at lobby was very friendly and made us feel welcomed. Only downside is not having restaurants within walking distance. They are doing construction in the road so that was inconvenient but once fixed I’m sure it will be fine. Room was great no issues.

Beautiful property! Incredibly clean outside and inside! Staff is incredibly helpful and polite! I couldn’t get my TV to work on night #2 and unfortunately the engineer had gone home for the night so we were changed to a different room! Turns out there were 2 remotes and I didn’t see where the 2nd remote was. The next day when I told the staff member at the desk he laughed and said “No big deal…I should’ve asked more questions” We decided to stay an additional night because we’re having so much fun! The hotel is RIGHT across the street from 6 Flags Amusement Park which makes my life incredibly convenient.
