The room was unclean. The bead was stained, and there was hair in the bed. The room had a smell that made it unlivable. After 15 minutes, we decided we could not stay here; they refused to refund the stay. I cant beleave that Hotels.com would recommend this place for anyone to stay.

It's clean to some standards. I mean it wasn't disgusting..
I could use a new paint job it's looking pretty shabby and grimy. I wasn't being picky because it's cheap and there's no deposit and I can pay with cash.. but they could use a little upgrade..
I mean, if you get a pic of your customer it's it's not beautiful they need new carpet it is a little bit gross the carpet is gross they don't wash the headboards and stuff it's.. I'm noticing a lot of hookers go there just for their job and then they leave and you can tell I had to wipe down a lot of things including my headboard and my desk under the TV and the TV yeah it's not the cleanest place I'm sorry to say the staff is awesome but they do the minimal and it shows. But I've seen worse if you must and when you're tired and broke beggars can't be choosers right

Expedia should not offer this hotel on their site. I always use and trust Expedia so I did not bother looking into the hotel much more past what was posted on this site. This hotel is in the ghetto. Upon arrival, before entering the parking lot, we were welcomed by “women of the night” but it was day time. Half naked walking through the parking lot. We parked and sat for a minute and more “friendly women” were walking out of the rooms. I went to the front desk to get a better feel of the place but the door was locked and a “call this number for assistance” sign was posted at the window. Went back to the car and sat for a bit and observed a not good crown of people around the place walking back and forth. I decided to check Yelp and… l suggest you see for yourself but pictures of drugs, urine and who knows what posted from previous customers. We were in for a funeral and had no time to bring this to anyone’s attention so we just got another hotel and did not worry about a refund. Do a better job on what you advertise. Now I have to cross reference the safety of a hotel before I book.

Best crack motel ive stayed at. If you need a place to take your\"date\" wink wink this is it. Dw about burning the sheets with your pipe they already got burn holes. Room already smells like crack so you will be good there too. Free Cheetos and last guests personal hairs in the sheets and a few free leftover \"love\" stains. Would stay again. 5/7 perfect score.

This is the worst place to stay! First off there was many people outside the parking lot fighting, one man holding a bat, banging on peoples windows. Not to mention, the minute we got into the room there was hair EVERYWHERE. The pillows and bed all had hair that wasn't cleaned. There was pubic hair all over the blankets. Hair all over the sink. There were burned areas all over both beds (from smoking ashes) and wooden chips all on top of the blanket. As I moved the blankets to look around, there was hair all over the bed. There was also blood stains on the bed. Being on the bed felt like a nightmare, it felt like there were millions of bugs crawling on me. It got to the point where we 100% did not feel safe and tried to look for another place to stay. It was really late so we couldn't find anything else and was forced to sleep in the car. When trying to reach the employees, they didn't answer at all. In the morning before check out, I informed the staff of the dirtiness in the room. Instead of apologizing or trying to understand us, he said \"go tell the cleaning lady\" as if it's our job to do theirs. This place is more than ridiculous. Do NOT waste your time and money.

Good for a night stay. Great water pressure & good towels. Water got hot quickly!
Sink didnt drain to quick, shower needed a stopper or something to catch the water coming out to the floor while showering. Had some holes in room that need patching. Parking is EXTREMELY limited. Maybe 15 spots available, area around is a little sketchy.

Horrible hotel stay away ! We checked in and went inside the room and found that the hotel had body fluids everywhere in the carpet , furniture and even on the beds. I asked for clean sheets or a different room and they deny both… so me and my partner just grabbed our stuff and left. Also there is alot of prostitution using the hotel and see them in the area stay away !

We pulled up to a bad scene full of hookers and people in and out of hotel hanging out off the balcony’s looked like a bad bad neighborhood very scary, room smelled like weed sheets were filthy makeup and hair on them shower dirty.. worse experience ever!!!! The only nice thing was the gentleman running it actually worked with us to cancel our next night and went on and cleaned the room and changed the bedding beings it was so

It was a horrible experience. When we drove up we felt completely unsafe, didn’t realize the neighborhood was unsafe. We paid for the room, room 109 to be exact Opened the door and the room was disgusting, bodily fluid stains on the furniture, cigarette burns on the comforter, carpet looked like it had never been cleaned, and what appeared to possibly be blood stains around the sink area. We immediately walked out of the room and asked for a refund and we were told no. This motel looks nothing like the pictures, as a matter of fact it looks like it is also rented by the hour. Worst place ever.

Don’t believe the photos you see here!

The photos on the website are totally misleading. Nothing looks like any of the pictures. They may have used the photos a decade ago. The room smelled years of smoking, the hairdryer didn’t work, the TV didn’t work and the pillow case is filthy on one side. The handle of the toilet is so oily, that we had to use toilet paper to avoid direct contact of it.

There is absolutely no kitchen nor places to have any coffee.

You can see rooms are old and not well cleaned at all. Please remove all deceiving photos on the hotel.com

The room was reasonably clean, although the carpet could use a shampooing. The hairdryer didn't work (glad I brought my own anyway). The noise died down about midnight, so no sleeping issues. I liked the walk-in shower and the bench. I have mobility issues so these were appreciated even though I didn't ask for a handicapped room. I would stay there again.

Check in service was poor. Towels and sheets were both lightly stained. Inn was incredibly noisy at night, lot of sound through the ceiling from the 2nd floor. Lighting was a harsh white. Since it is close to where I need to go, I stay here for convenience once a year when I have to travel to Vallejo. It will probably be my last time though. The rooms are ok, but not very clean. The area around the hotel feels unsafe.

I never expected our stay here is not comfortable at all. In all fairness, the room was okay, it was clean but the bed sheets doesn’t look clean because there are stains on it. The pillows were not comfortable at all. When we came to the Inn around 11 pm, we didn’t have space to park our cars, the manager let us parked infront of the office and we never had a good night sleep thinking that pur car might get towed because it’s not a legal parking space. There are people smoking weed outside the rooms and i feel so sorry about our kids smelling it and also there are prostitution around the area. If you are with the family, I really don’t recommend this place. I really regretted choosing here to stay with my family and relatives 😢 Right after we wake up in the morning, we chose to leave immediately.

This place is disgusting. The floor was dirty and sticky. We had to wear shoes to walk on the carpet and then our shoes would leave black prints on the bathroom tile. The pillows had mold, and the office would not replace our pillows. There was also mold around the vents and in the bathroom. Between all the pounding on the ceiling from the floor above and the constant car alarms going off all night, we got verh little sleep. This was a shady hotel. Nobody would answer the phone in the office. We had booked 3 nights but only stayed 1 night. They refuse to refund our money for the other 2 nights. We called and reported them to the health dept.

BEWARE!! Horrible rooms and management!!

First clue to not stay there: 4 hours prior to our arrival, we get a call from the manager saying he was having trouble charging our card for the weekend.I told him he’s not allowed to charge our card until we check in.If we don’t show for our stay then he can charge us for the first night. He continued to get irate and argue with us.
As we arrive we see a very small parking lot that can barely fit the cars there before we even tried to park. We get our key cards, go to the room, only to find out the door doesn’t lock from the inside. We get the person that checked us in to come take a look and he “attempts” to fix it to no avail. My husband then tries to help him. As a guest is walking up the stairs he said, “that door still isn’t fixed? I stayed in that room 3 weeks ago and it was broken then.” As the employee and my husband tried to fix the door, just so we could get through the night, I figured I should check everything else. The shower head blew off the pipe it’s connected to and water went everywhere. Also, a tweaker came asking me where to find Skunky while I’m in the room. Drug deals going on up on the 2nd floor.My husband and the employee finally got the door to lock from the inside but then wouldn’t latch from the outside! We asked for our money to be refunded since this would not be a safe place to stay. My husband asked for the manager’s name (who was hiding behind a shut door). The employee was not allowed to give it to us. He said we could contact Expedia.

Im not one to do this but I originally booked 3 nights here and I left after the first. The room looked great in the pictures but it wasn't. There were holes in the walls, broken floor boards under the carpet, the door knob to the bathroom was hanging on by hopes and dreams. Right outside the room was one of those fly traps that looks like a piece of hanging tape. Around 430am someone was banging on our door asking for \"Donkey\" and continued to do so for the next 30 minutes. And when I checked out early the people refused to give me a refund. I had to repeat their own cancelation policy to them to get a partial refund. Of the 3 days i paid for I only got back. So I paid to not sleep here and to be honest I would happily pay again to not stay here. Its that bad.

The location was in a bad side of town with not much around the location. The staff was very unfriendly the check in guest did not even say HI he just passed everything threw a window. The room was very poorly kept, the hand sink was in the living room, the hand sink was not secured, the shower stall was dirty and the shower head had no pressure. This will be the last and only time I ever stay at this location. At night there was no place to park and like I said it was in the bad side of town. Very disappointed

Staff Not “On Property;” Police Called to Help

Had to call the police in the middle of the night due to a domestic disturbance occurring in the room next to me. Attempted to call the front desk prior to calling 911, but there was no one “on property”. Didn’t sleep at all. Was thankful the police responded quickly and arrested the gentleman and am hoping the other party was okay. Awful experience and cannot believe I paid for what felt like an incredibly unsafe place now knowing that apparently staff just leaves the property unattended.

I reserved it for the price and proximity to the Vallejo Yacht Club. Second time I stayed there. Breakfast in the morning across the street at Nations. I was on the bottom floor, must have a pair of young kids above me who stomped until >1245. There is also a mechanical noise very close to the facility. I sleep through most anything. The stomping took me a while to get over. the facility itself is very clean, current and attractive. I will stay there again - just hope for a quieter neighbor,

Everything went smooth getting in. Was a bit sketched out on the area but for the price it worked. The parking is very limited and one night we had to park across the street and leave our car in an even crazier area. The rooms are acceptable definitely better than I expected, I did pay for a non smoking room because my GF is allergic to nicotine but the room smelled as if a chain smoker lived in there before us. Only real issue was the shower was very tight and kinda nasty to just be in.

The real problem was checkout. I always try to give the place im staying at a heads up on when ill be checking out, this trip i couldnt because everything was last minute, I wasnt worried about this tho because there is usually someone in the office at all hours. As I went to checkout no one was up front but there was a sign to go to one of the rooms where the manager stays. I go and knock on the door (already sketched out about this) and an older gentlemen answered half naked and was somewhat unprofessional and rude about it. Told me to go put my card at the closed office and be gone.

I did that and was left worried that they would charge me another day because i didnt \"check out\" with someone in the office. This practice also caused me to loose my $100 deposit which i left the room spotless and cleaned and feel I should have gotten it back but I was on a tight schedule and couldn't stick around at all.

Very unpleasent experience and we will be avoiding this place in the future.
