Room had dead bugs and insects all behind the beds. The furniture was all tarnished.
The outside is just not pleasing, paint is chipping and all kinds of bugs are flying and crawling around.
There's no vending machine, had no drinks or snacks.

they said they were dog friendly. When we checked in they would not give us a room because our dog was over 12 pounds. They said their web site made that clear. Not true. So we had to leave and find another hotel that was more honest about their dog policy.

I stay here back in July and it was so clean and cute. Inside of the rooms are a little outdated but we didn't care it… it was CLEAN.

Stayed here a few days ago (October) a there was broke down trailer and vehicles, our first room had ants in it, bugs and was dirty. The front desk was accommodating and upgraded our room. That room was way better. HOWEVER the guests up above us stomped and loudly pounded on the floor all night. And people were outside our room loudly talking throughout the night into the morning.

Don’t think we will be staying at this place again, which unfortunate because it’s conveniently near food, gas and the freeway

The basics were covered as it was a right price close enough to Napa for
my event. The room was clean and equipped with A/C, small single cup coffee maker, small fridge and microwave. The only complaint is the room had a strange smell that might have been smoke even though the room was a non-smoking room. I am a low-maintenance customer but the smell would put many people off.

Definitely would not recommend staying here. I had to stay here for 2 nights for work nearby but I wish I had picked another place. The bed was uncomfortable, they don’t offer room cleaning on the weekends even after I requested it at the front desk and was told it was be done while I was out. I returned to my room and it was not addressed as promised. I asked for fresh towels and was told I had to bring the used towel to the front desk in order to exchange them for fresh ones. This has never happened before so that was really odd to me. Overall, the place gave me a terrible vibe and I would recommend you stay away.

Very well illuminated at night. Best part about it is that it’s not ghetto and its in a a good secluded area. By this I mean that you can safely park and sleep with ease. No homeless which is a great concern for the price. Also reception is attentive, rooms are clean, surrounding areas are clean and no bugs. Great and cozy for the price. I have stayed here 3 weekends and would recommend it.

This place was extremely clean. My only advice would be to request a room towards the back. The hotel is right next to the freeway so you will hear a dull roar of traffic at night. Luckily I found some ear plugs in my bag that saved me. I requested the ADA room because I like big bathroom and a walk in shower. Unfortunately this resulted in a very small room with the tv on the side wall. I would suggest getting a bigger room and a top level. I heard the people above me getting up to use the bathroom all night long.

The room was smaller than the bathroom.the bed was wedged between two walls. You had to climb up the bed from the bottom to get into it over the person that was in the bed. The room was meant for a disabled person that was absolutely useless as the bed was inaccessible by any one with a any disability. We asked for a different room and was told we had to have that one. Will not recomend Travelodge to any one because of the poor service that we had.

What I didn’t like was waking up in the morning with ants crawling on me and on the bed and on the wall next to the bed. They could’ve me transferred to a different hotel, but they didn’t care, the need to inspect the rooms for any kind of crawling insects,this is horrible just thinking about the night. Strange, I'm sure I chose the Travelodge in Vallejo. The reservation ended up at Fairfield. Inconvenient. The room is not good - the lighting is so bright it feels like an interrogation room. The ceiling is barely 7' high. The grille on the AC is missing. Hanging space basic. No closet. Broken desk light. Vallejo got a better rating!

This hotel room was nothing like the picture. I chose Travelodge because it was 15 minutes away from the venue. It had no elevator. The floor outside of the room looked like many, many animals lived there. Inside of the room wasn't any better. The a/c cover was missing and that was filthy. The bathtub was full of ants. We had to move to another room. This room was just a little better. We only saw a few ants that night. The only good thing about travelodge was it was about 15 minutes from my event. I will NEVER stay at another travelodge.

You can't tell by any of the photos but the property is under huge electricity transmission towers and there is one literally at the front door of the lobby. I asked to be in a room furthest from the towers which resulted in having no access to WiFi. The landline phone in the room didn't work either so communication with the front desk was by cell phone. The shower water never got hotter than lukewarm. Should have paid a few more dollars to stay at one of the hotels on Pittman.

We stayed in a studio suite (#160), located on the backside of the property, far from the road and the highway. It was a very large, quiet room - only heard folks in the room above or when walking outside. Well appointed - medium-sized fridge, sink, microwave, good shower. Plentiful parking nearby. Easy access to Napa (20 minutes, Uber/Lyft available) and I-80, though it's not straightforward to find when approaching from the south (Green Valley exit, from the direction of SF/Oakland), so use your navigation at least the first time.

HORRIBLE! Don’t stay/waste your money!

This place was NOTHING like advertised! It is filthy, loud, and the front desk person was super rude, he rolled his eyes at me, didn’t talk to me unless it was to ask me questions. The room didn’t look anything like any of the pictures, I got catfished by a hotel! And when I went online for the website it was cheaper to purchase on there than to do so through this site! NEVER booking through this site, or hotel ever again!
Also they said I could check in early, but I had to pay extra! Kinda ridiculous, I’ve never had a hotel ask me to pay to check in early or out late!
Totally unprofessional!!!!
The room had blood splatters all over it, there was cob webs everywhere, the ground was dirty and sticky, my feet turned black, the remote was sticky and gross I didn’t even wanna touch it! The heater/AC smelled weird too!
I just really wish I didn’t waste my money, I should of gone to Motel 6 for this type of quality!

We were expecting a continental breakfast as advertised on their website but were told they don’t have it anymore. Upon returning to our room after a day out, the toilet was clogged and we were provided a plunger to fix it ourselves. My husband tried and we called again for the second time and we were advised that they can send someone to fix it in the morning leaving us without a toilet. I went to the office to ask if my son could use their bathroom, but instead the front desk clerk offered to give us another room. All of these happened during our last night at the lodge.

Lastly, the bed was unkept and there was strand of hairs on the sheets. The carpet was sticky and the whole room was very unsatisfactory. However, the bathroom was clean which is the only good thing about this property.

We are very disappointed and will not be returning to this property.

Is an ok hotel, the rooms are a bit outdated for the pricing. The staff you get a little of both, when we checked in the guy at the counter checking me in, was a very smart mouth. I just didn't say anything cause it wasn't worth the time. Other, than that we slept well.

When we arrived there was a strange man that came in behind us . He was acting like he wasn’t trying to be seen. Like he was about to rob us. When leaving the room 2 cars pulled behind us and was blocking us in . We blew the horn and pulled out to-return to the desk and asked for a refund but the clerk said he wouldn’t refund. I felt unsafe and fearful of a episode of The Next 48. This was an negative experience. Would not recommend to anyone.

Spacious rooms. Staff at the front desk were very helpful when we needed to ask for more towels and some extra pillows on arrival. Air conditioning in the room was helpful in very warm temperatures, and loved having 2 windows to let the light in. Our party had 2 rooms and having the extra \"living room\" area was a bonus. We were on the front of the building and there was a fair bit of noise from the highway, but did not detract from our overall experience. Short, easy drive to local shops and restaurants.

a property that did what it needed to do which is last minute accommodation! but not sure about if i would willingly stay! for a travelodge i did like the style but however i feel like it was a bit dirty and i didnt see house keeping at all . No pool and breakfast was just muffins , but overall not bad to just rest your head everynight , close to alot of food not only fast but resturants and a 8 minute drive away from shopping.

I booked the room through Expedia and got a good price. Two days before the date I get an email stating that check in is at 11:00, I was excited to see that. I got there at 12:30 and the receptionist said there would be a $20 pre check in fee. I told her NO that I got the email from Expedia and showed her.... and she said she had nothing to do with that and would not honor that email. That in my eyes is wrong and they should have. I paid the $20 and I think I should get a refund from Someone. Don't You? Also I asked for an Iron since there was none in the room and reception said they were all being used....hmmm, I think they didn't have any to begin with.

Staff was lovely and obviously cleaned there very best. Towels were nice. It looked like a raccoon had attacked my curtain and there was heating but it just blew cold air. That being said it was better than I thought and I’d stay there again.

The walls are paper thin. We had very disruptive neighbors who were fighting at very early hours of the morning and you hear a lot of dogs barking. It was impossible to sleep in here, which was a bummer since it was our only kid-free time away. The beds also have very light sheets, so it was cold. The lightbulb above the mirror in the bathroom was out too, not good for doing makeup. BUT it was cheap, so I guess you get what you pay for.

This whole stay was awful. The toilet clogged night one and it was not even what you’d think.. simple #1 and minimal TP. When I asked for a plunger they brought it an hour and a half later. Second day we asked for a late check out because our flight was delayed, they approved. However no one talked to each other because we were next bombarded with knocks at the door & the manager opening it without us saying come in— my daughter was in a towel! I was charged 3 separate times for this stay and it was just awful top to bottom. Never again!

I was in a single Queen room. I think the bed was actually a full size, which was pushed up against wall and into a corner. With your head on the pillow you couldn't see the TV. The room itself was just big enough to fit this bed with about three feet on only one side of it to walk to the bathroom. I've never ever seen anything like this. Oh and I could put my hands flat on the ceiling because it was so low. I wish I would have taken a picture. I was supposed to stay three nights, but decided to leave early and eat the third night's cost of $155 per night. I was in room 107. Stay away from this place.
