Everything was clean
Jocelyn
Great safe place to stay.
Yanira
The location of the hotel is great and near many fast food and coffee options. The hotel was clean and the staff was nice. My only issue was the plumbing. It seems the tub in my room was backed up as it didn’t drain water properly and the water got up to my ankles before I had to turn the water off and wait for it to drain to continue my shower. I informed the front desk and they let me know that maintenance went up to fix the issue however the draining remained slow. Other than this minor issue, the hotel was great!

King bedroom was extra spacious with plenty of space. The towels were nice clean and thick.
Brenda
The room appeared clean overall, but when we opened the wardrobe, we found someone else’s dirty clothes at the bottom. They were filthy, smelled bad, and were covered in dirt. Unfortunately, we didn’t notice them until the next morning after my kids had opened it.
The A/C was also extremely loud all night. Finding someone else’s dirty belongings made us question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned, including whether the bed linens had even been changed. Overall, it was a disappointing stay.

Wonderful hotel, great staff and an amazing bistro.

Over all comfortable and clean. Husband was disappointed that the pool was closed due to a bird casulities. The staff were nice and gave us a couple of perks.
Beverly
not a lot to do here
David
Little pricey, in my opinion, considering no breakfast provided for free to grab and go, just a Starbucks that didn’t stay open all the time.
Elevator very small and very slow. Rest of hotel was great though.

The room felt dated. The a/c unit was loud and a musty smell came out of it. The toilet was broken the whole time we were there. We requested it be fixed and it worked for 1/2 a day then broke again. We had to manually fix it after every use. The laundry facilities didn’t accept credit card so we needed to use an app or quarters. We downloaded the app, created an account, and loaded $10 only to have issues connecting to the washer. We tried several times to reach someone at the phone number posted and got the run around. I will have to pursue getting our $10 back when we get home. The front desk staff were helpful and provided us with quarters. There are nicer hotels to stay at and in general, our last few times staying at Courtyards were pretty underwhelming.
Angelica
I first want to say that the staff was very kind and polite throughout my entire stay. Zero complaints there. But holy moly the amount they are charging for the quality of the hotel was astounding to me. My bathtub drain plug wouldn’t stay open when I would take a shower. There were stains all over the furniture and walls. Wall paper was peeling. Furniture was peeling. It looked like there were spots of mold that were attempted to be cleaned up in the bathroom. The shower curtain kept coming off the hooks whenever I moved it. The towels were so thin and rough. Hallways were sweltering hot. It was clean overall but if Marriott is going to charge the prices that they are charging then that hotel needs some serious upgrades.
Cora
Easy stop for a work traveler. Close to food and a grocery store! Very clean, attractive hotel.
Catano

Tammy
Room and hotel was very clean. Bed linens and towels were also very clean. Day staff were very friendly and polite. Ample parking available.
Breakfast was okay, but it’s all pre-fab and microwave stuff and very overpriced, as was the Starbucks branded coffee. The supposed “restaurant & bar” onsite is actually the same breakfast counter space and they don’t serve actual meals beyond breakfast. The restaurant that used to be there before Marriott took over the property is long gone; conference rooms now occupy the space.
The biggest downside is the hotel is showing its wear. The bed was definitely old and in need of being replaced. The elevator is barely big enough to hold you and the bellhop cart. The furniture in the room was also showing its age, as were the window treatments that had to be a hold over from its Holiday Inn days, and did not close all the way. The AC/heating system had a mind of its own and would bliw either ice cold or crazy hot - nothing in between - and the wall thermostat did not seem to really talk to the ancient wall unit under the window. Our seriously overpriced balcony room had a balcony alright, with the door rigged to not open and no furniture on the patio if it did. It did have a wonderful view of I80 and the poor insulation gave us the full enjoyment of the loud traffic all the time.
Bottom line - we stay at a lot of Marriott properties and we will definitely not be returning to this one.

My favorite place to stay when I go to Fairfield. Denney's and In and Out burger right next door. Grocery store a block away. No breakfast but like I said a Denneys next door. Nice exercise room. Lots of room for bigger rigs (I pull travel trailers)
PEDRO
The staff was very accommodating. The room was spacious and clean. Nice workout room with plenty of machines.
David
The room are very clean and the staff so friendly!
Shaunte
The rooms were clean and the parking was great especially since they have charging stations
Jessica
The staff was incredibly kind! The room and bathroom was not as clean as I expected. There were hairs from the previous guest in the sink and the mattress was lumpy.
Richard
there was no complimentary breakfast
Sarah
Hot tub was dirty and green and the pool had tabs of chlorine in it that were not dissolved and the smell of chlorine was terrible sitting on the chairs the paint was chipping off to my arms the elevator stopped working and the lady who was cleaning gave me a weird look. They do not offer a good breakfast option and it’s way to expensive.
Lisa
Parking lot could use some attention. Overgrown weeds. Staff was excellent

Rooms were clean. Nice setup. Pool was heated and hot tub was nice. Restaurant was excellent with built in Starbucks. Only problem was Marijuana smell in hallways at night and in the morning.
Emma
Clean and quiet! No complaints except noisy heat component!
David
Tub would not drain so I kept filling up and filling up and filling up when I was taking a shower. The sink had a crack in it. And the toilet didn’t flush properly.

No fault of the hotel but we didn’t feel safe. It was a little run down as well. Would only stay in emergency type situations

The initial room they gave me was SO close to the interstate all I heard were the cars whizzing by. I had to repack my bags and go to lobby to get another room. I was unable to sleep at all in that room. They should reserve those rooms for deaf people only
Oscar
No hot water, hot tub dirty. Pool was clean. Very very noisy.
Sylvester
Everything was commendable

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and assisted us with finding restaurants, shops, and wineries. They even went out of there way to double check the status of the antique stores they referred us to so we didn't waste anytime driving to shops that were no longer on business. Breakfast was so good and the woman working the counter while we were there was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.
Peter
Clean and quite
Estrella
Excellent, convenient location for our traveling needs.

Our room was extremely outdated. The beds were of no use. They were so uncomfortable.Coiled Springs, push in through very uncomfortable all night bachelor party down the hall.People screaming laughing drunks run around slamming doors and this went on to almost 3 AM. We won't even discuss the highway noise which made it sound like we were standing on the shoulder of the road.
The property as a whole didn't look very well maintained. Landscaping along the outer edges. The building was just dead or dirt or weeds. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody for any reason. And I'm thoroughly disappointed. The fact that the front of the hotel actually said Marriott. I've never been so disappointed in the Marriott property and all our years of travel.

Upon arrival I was told breakfast was from 7 to 11 assuming it was continental breakfast. Also, I left in the morning and asked for housekeeping to empty the garbage and vacuum when returning back to my hotel at 5:30 PM it was not done. I had to request it to be done again.

My wife, daughter and myself was really excited about spending our three day getaway at the courtyard Marriott. We were especially excited about the opportunity to using the swimming pool and the hot tub however the pool was not very clean and extremely cold and the hot tub was taped off due to mechanical issues. So this being the highlight of our stay it really was disappointing to me and my family. We were also in need of ice every morning for our small cooler however it was a bit of an inconvenience due to the fact that the ice maker on our floor was out of order and so we had no other alternative but leave our third floor lodging and travel to the first floor level where the only functioning ice maker was located on the premises. And to only add to the injury my daughter's room was in need of the engineering department to make needed repairs to the faucet assembly. But other than the mention situations our stay was tolerable and in expectation considerable compensation for the lack of transparency of the existing conditions that truly affected the satisfaction of our visit.
Cindy
The property was really close to shopping and restaurants
Veronica
Beware on overcharging on credit card if you purchase something. Check your credit statement

GOOD STAY, RECENTLY REMODELED. NOT TOO FAR OF A DRIVE FROM NAPA VALLEY WOULD STAY AGAIN
Cristian
Great hotel! Clean from the outside to the inside, very friendly staff and we love that there are many choices of restaurants that are walking distance from the hotel.
Rosealinda
Convenient late night check in
Bob
Typical Marriott Courtyard property. Didn't have but one coffee pod. Bed was not up to Marriott standards, and the A/C unit sounds like a Mack truck. Needs repair as this is a very warm spring and summer location.
Amy
clean up to date room. staff was friendly and helpful. ice machine not working on my floor- a little inconvenient when having mobility issues but dealt with it
Tracy
Very pleased with the staff as they were very professional, courteous and kind. Disappointed in the breakfast. Did not know that I had to pay for breakfast. Room was clean and neat and comfortable.
Terry
This is my go-to hotel whenever I am traveling through Fairfield. Always spotless clean rooms, best hotel breakfast you can find anywhere. Beds are comfy.
Bobbi
Great property. Close to services but off the Main Street
Ronald
Bed was lumpy and needed to be replaced. No complimentary breakfast?? Lobby had a Starbucks/bar was a joke, although the lady that attended it Friday night was fantastic
Krish
Marriott provides a decent room and that's about it. it would be nice to have a couple of bottles of water, a morning coffee, or god forbid, a continental breakfast for their frequent customers.. but no! That would be considered hospitality.
Linda
Very nice
Beth
The walls were so thin and it felt like the people next door were in my room my room I was on the ground floor and there was some sort of animal running back-and-forth all night in the room above me. A shower didn't work in the morning.
Mike
Overall had a good stay. Easy check in and check out. Room was clean. No complaints.
Gina
No breakfast, uncomfortable beds
The outside looks very nice, but inside is run down. One of the biggest things no breakfast avaliable. I will not stay here again. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom has very little counter and no shelves under the sink for items Very unhandy. I bought 1 bottle of water and 1 lemonade and it was $5.50
Aaron
Very good
Sylvester
Security lights for safe parking and the overall professional assistance from the staff.
charlene
There was no food on site. Restaurant was closed. No room service.
Artemio
Refrigerator didn’t work, shower head was in poor condition water flow sucked. Hotel rooms need major upgrade.
Asihia
Although I had to cut my stay short for personal reasons, everything went well. The room was very spacious and clean. It did take a while for the hot water to warm up, but it wasn’t a big deal for me. Felicia was amazing and very friendly. I was able to check in early, which was a big plus for me. I’ll definitely be staying again in the future.
Lawford
The toiletries -shampoo, conditioner, shower gel - were too high; made it difficult to assess for short people. Might want to lower it somewhat.
Need to install double-apne, noise reduction windows in the rooms facing the freeway; sound of traffic was annoying and did not make for quiet rest.
Other than that the property was excellent. Enjoyed the convenience of the microwave and fridge in the room.

The hotel itself was clean and looked very nice but the bed was very uncomfortable. For that reason alone I will not stay there again. The staff was very professional and nice though and the room was very nice and clean.
Michael
Staff was super friendly, very welcoming and helpful. Shower handle kept spinning around so it was hard to tell which way was hot or cold. Windows were dirty brown inside but other than that, clean room. Someone was shooting a music video right outside our window which was odd but they were done by the time we were ready for bed at least. Bed was super comfy though.
Mahmoud
I liked the location. Don’t like that there was a car parked in the entrance. I think it was some ghetto customer but still not sure. They need to keep the car entrance clear for customers like me who had to park and walk. Thank you
Choca Lee
There is hair in the shower, no dining as advertised and the ice machine is out of order.
Ajay
Good
Mark
No hot water????
Florence
Nice facility but, I was disappointed that they did not provide a free breakfast. I was required to pay for my morning coffee and muffin. The Bistro was nice but weekend hours were not early enough. I checked out at 6:00AM and the Bistro didn't open until 7:00. Just disappointing.
Djabrail
It's OK, but could be better.
Vanessa
I would recommend this hotel if you need to stay near the Bay Area. It is convenient to the freeway and shops.
Christopher
