The soap dispensers were empty the breakfast isn’t a breakfast at all unless u think self making waffles and a cup of orange juice is breakfast the room lights not all were working very dim the curtains didn’t close all the way the air conditioner was super loud for the price definitely not worth it pay a lil extra and get a better hotel only good thing was the staff was very friendly

Great stay. I was in room #104 on the lower floor which I preferred! Bed was a bit hard to sleep on but it didn’t bother me too much. There was a microwave and spacious mini fridge. Table with chair, sofa chair and 1 king size bed. Bathroom was huge with glass sliding doors and toilet flushed really fast with power. There is a closing door which you can lock. Sink/mirror area was large as well to with hair dryer and, coffee/tea maker, iron and ironing board! Quiet area as well with tons of food options around and walking distance.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Starting with the awful customer service. Brenda was very rude since checking in. Then, the room smelled like pee and I told her that and she said that she could not warranty that the other room would be clean so I would have to keep it as is… so,I know this room is cheap (compared to all the room that I’ve stayed in my whole life)… but am I paying for staying in a dirty/smelly room? Besides the bathroom floor was so sticky…
Finally we got another room, that smelled bad but at least was not pee.
Then the iron was broken and when I went to ask for another one she responded with attitude…
Anyways, it was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. I remember staying in a Quality Inn back in 2005 and it wasn’t that bad.
I have to mention that the guy in the next morning shift (I don’t know his name) he was nice though…

My pillow is light brown, is a big fluffy $80 queen sized pillow that is on a ALL WHITE BED. So they threw away my pillow case and kept my personal pillow and told me its now in someone else room with a new motel pillow case on it. I was offered no compensation or apology. This is the same as stealing in my book and is unexcitable. They had to know my light brown pillow was not the motels. Somebody took off my personal pillow case and kept my pillow. You cant make this up. If they are going to steal my pillow, What else will they take?

I left my personal pillow from home in my motel room when I checked out. I didn't realize my mistake until I checked back into this same motel the next day. I was even able to get the same room I had previously left my personal pillow in the previous day. I went to the front desk and explained the situation. She called house keeping and asked if my pillow was there. After several minutes speaking with house keeping, she explained that a \"guy\" had mistaken my pillow for one of the motels pillows, removed my brown pillow case and recycled my pillow into the motels community plie only to be used in another room

So let me get this straight. Who ever the \"guy\" is, he took my $80 queen sized pillow with a light brown pillow case. He took off my pillow case that doesn't even match the ALL WHITE pillow cases that the motel has. He then decided that my pillow will now become the motels pillow. My pillow wasn't even in the room after it had been cleaned. My pillow was so much bigger and of better quality. So what did the guy do with my light brown pillow case that didn't match the hotels? Throw it away?

This makes absolutely no sense to me. Why did this \"guy\" not realize my pillow was not the motels? Also the rooms come with (5) pillows. With my light brow pillow there was (6) pillows. Again my pillow would of stuck out because it was brown on an ALL WHIT bed!

They didn't me any compensation? I didn't even get an apology. This is the same as stealing in my book. Wheres my pillow

I'm extremely disappointed with this hotel. I arrived around 8:30 PM, and the front desk representative told me I needed to call Expedia to confirm. I told them I'd already received a confirmation from Expedia stating everything was confirmed, including full payment. Regardless, I waited about an hour for the deposit card to be processed. Today, I checked my account and saw two charges for the hotel: one for the $150 deposit and another for $89.72. I'd already paid $111.83 through Expedia.

I hate this kind of mistake. I've filed a claim using my Visa card. Hopefully, this issue will be resolved soon.

We liked our room, especially the bed. It was spacious and has a comfortable chair, not just a desk chair. Only compliment is only 2 thin towels, no bath mat and front desk would only exchange towels, when we asked for another towel.

The Fairfield Quality Inn-I would stay again

I want cleanliness, wifi, and a free breakfast. The Fairfield Quality Inn has all of this and an exceptionally comfortable bed. The refrigerator and microwave are nice bonuses. Plus, the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Not Worth It

Decided to book a room here, since it was close to family who was throwing party. Running late to meet up with family so got key cards from Front Desk and left the property. Came back at 1am, got ready for bed. Within a minute of being under covers I noticed a roach crawling on top of the bed. Killed it . Decided not to risk seeing more, so we got our stuff together and checked out at 1:44am. Drove home over 60 miles extremely tired.

98* degrees on Aug. 31. Arrived around noon,wanted to check in early. Was told check in is 3pm. To hot to wait it out in the car. No one offered or said anything until i called the corporate office that you can pay a early check in fee.
That was 10 days ago and i still havent recieved my $150. Deposit back on my credit card either.
The person working there was rude at check-in and no help getting my deposit back.

Stayed two nights. Upon check in, my card payment was accepted, then it took 20 minutes for the clerk to get my card key to activate. No clean towels, only on request. You have to bring in old towels for exchange for new ones, understaffed. Room was very clean however cigarette smell is strong. Fire ants in the sink.

As far as the room and the staff go, it was very clean, comfortable and everyone was very helpful. The only major issue I had was with the WiFi, it would connect initially but then require a passcode that for subsequent uses that was not given at check in. Just became more of an annoyance because I relied on internet use while in the room.

At the time that I arrived around 11:30 PM. The lady from the front desk assigned a room for one lady travel alone just in the corner of the street. I was parking my car as soon I was parking in front of the room: a man was coming from the street walking in the property. I went to front desk and I asked her to changed me the room since a man is waking in the property. She saw the man and I asked her if he was a guest. She answered me not but it's safe around here sometimes are homeless walking around!!! Wow! I also asked her to changed the room no AC and smell dirty and smoke cigarettes.poor reviews and bad hotel.

There was a roach inside the room and a little centipede in the bathroom, we asked for our room to be clean, we been gone for the whole day in two 2 days but got back to the hotel our room were not clean even we asked for it to be clean, no housekeeping, in the middle of the night the fire detector been beeping it woke us up. We got bites by a bedbugs in the morning! Its horrible. I would suggest to get the carpet clean for it was really dirty we walked barefoot inside the room and our foot got so dirty it was sticky!the staff were ok.

The pictures online are not updated, the hotel looks cleaner in the pictures than it really is. It was decent enough but definitely a added grime to everything to were you didnt want to walk barefoo or sleep under the sheets. I booked a smoke free room and ours smelt like cigarettes. The hotel is in a high traffic sketchy area... people next to us were up all night both nights blaring loud music all thru the night with car activity and lots of banging. Just didnt feel safe.

Well worth the stay

For the price I paid, it was worth it. Wife and I had a last minute business trip, and this place was affordable.

Room was clean, of course a few repairs you could see were made but normal for a hotel that age. Nothing horrible. Bed was clean. Bed was comfortable.

Staff was friendly. Only interaction I had was checking in and out for one night.

TV stations had standard channels. Good selection with movies and news. Nothing like HBO or anything but I watched.

Toilet scared the sh@t out of me 😆 strong flushing power. Hot water was sufficient.

Good location for food nearby. Korean barbecue next door was delicious there's also a Subway across the street a few other food places. If you go out the other entrance of the parking lot there's a small liquor store where you can get snacks. Room came with a microwave and a mini fridge which was helpful.

The free breakfast included was more than what I expected. You just had a Serial selection with some milk, yogurt with fruit and your standard coffee maker with juice dispenser. What won me over was the waffle maker which was delicious. Of course I'm a guy and I'm simple. The kitchen area was very well clean and orderly.

Parking lot at night was very well lit. Just make sure of course you leave no valuables in the vehicle to tempt someone to break in because there are a few homeless roaming around but no major issues. Nothing that the hotel can control.

Overall a well Pleasant place to stay and I would stay there again.

Booked the motel on way back from family wedding because we wanted to see a couple of things in the Fairfield area. When we arrived we should have followed our instinct and cancelled but we were tired and would only be there a night. Entering the room there was a rip in the carpet which was filthy and had something sticky by one of the beds. The TV had 4 channels- ABC, CBS, NBC and FOX- no cable channels (maintenance guy said was weather related). Only positives were comfortable beds and good showers. When checking out their computer was down so could not get a receipt. Not worst I've stayed at but down toward the bottom. Better motel in better part of area was $20 more- would have been worth it. 2 people we dealt with at front desk acted as if they could care less. Would never stay there again.
