The rooms were really nice… It was in an excellent location within the mall… Lots of restaurants and shopping all around… Did not have much amenities as far as a fitness center or swimming pool… But the location in the cleanliness of the rooms somewhat made up for it…

DO NOT STAY HERE! I had planned to stay here for a week but I had to leave after 3 days as the room was infected with mold! After two days I experience mold toxicity symptoms and had to go to the drs. I want lucky enough that I was offered a refund and was able to book somewhere else but it ruined 6 days out of my trip as I have been sick in bed and unable to do anything!

This hotel is very different from the photos shown. I booked the Deluxe Room with Window which the photos showed to have a bathtub and a sofa but they were non-existent. There was only ONE chair in the room if u wanted to sit. No blackout curtains, no memory foam mattress and certainly NOT soundproofed unlike what were stated in the listing. The mattress was really hard and uncomfortable plus the walls seem rather thin. When I questioned the front office, they said that I could have a room with the above BUT I had to pay extra!! Oh, and the room safe didn't work well too. The hotel staff were nice and friendly enough. But overall, I felt cheated as the room was really very lacking as compared to the photos and what was listed. I have booked many hotels with Expedia to other parts of the world and this is the 1st time that I have encountered a hotel room that differs so much from the listing. Be Warned!!

If you actually want to sleep do not stay at this hotel. The bed is so hard is like sleeping on the tile floor. Right above your bed is the air conditioner that is extremely loud.
Pictures are misleading. I stayed in the loft suite and the pictures show the wood shutters open with nice view. In reality; they are all closed and there is no way to open/close them from your room. Not that you would want them open because the people from the mall would be looking in your room.
The hotel is located in a mall which is convenient for shopping, but you always have to walk through the mall to enter the hotel.
Room description does not lie about \"in room safe\" however the safe is not actually secured to anything. You can put all your valuables inside to make it convenient for a thief to just take the box.
Positives: room is huge, bathroom huge, hot water great, convenient location, friendly staff.

Everything was good, only i guess they have staff problem. While checking out, i had to shift my luggage from my room to the taxi. And their housekeeping department needs to upgrade their timing. Rather than these it was a pleasant stay.

The hotel location is good. Just inside the walking street 2. Five minutes to the night street too where all the pubs located. However, transportation is very expensive. One way airport to hotel B800 and takes an hour.

Warm and welcoming.Thank you for the hospitality. All the staff are incredibly nice. They greet us everytime they see us.The place is clean and peace.
5 mins walk from the famous Bangla Road and Patong Beach, connected to the massive shopping centre Jungceylon for your convenience. Surrounded with restaurants, bars and spas. The location is excellent.

We booked 3 rooms there in January. Two superior rooms with windows and 1 loft suite.
The rooms were very clean and the loft suite spacious. They need to put glasses in the rooms. The hotel is not guest friendly. For a massage in the room they charge 800 bhatts. My wife and I had to pay 1600 bhatts every day for massage in room. In general it's a good hotel

This hotel failed to deliver, rundown place, each room has a theme and they are really unique, however the charm is gone with the dull atmosphere the narrow walkway, the facility does not have good maintenance and cleaning, to cut it short for you fellow travelers. Better options are available in the same location. Sleep with me boutique hotel is one of them and is cheaper too

Hotel close to all major shops.in Junceylon.

Stayed at the Pimnara with my long time Thai Girlfriend and the hotel gave me a free upgrade to a room with windows and you had the choice of many restaurants and bars.Close to Bangla Road and could not hear any noise,also close to the beach.Only thing it is not that good if you would not want to pay the prices.Overall we where quite happy there and would stay again.Cheers John And Pum.🌸🌺❤️💝🙏👌

I requested for a specific room and room was already ready with baby cot when I reached..quite impressed as we usually have to wait for cot to come after checking in..Convenient hotel as it is right inside Jungceylon..shopping is just a walking distance away..hotel room condition is great...bath shower area wise, would be good if the have something to hang bath towels..overall good experience with the hotel.

All 3 rooms were a wonderful surprise!!!

This hotel was a \"fun\" hotel. Every room was decorated differently. In fact we check out and check in many times to get a new room each time! this was quite fun!

Drawback there is no pool, but when you are a 10 minute walk from the beach who needs one? And being a 5 minute away from Bangla road means you will be right in the middle of all the action. In the hotel is was surprising silent being so close to Bangla road.

Great Location, great service, great breakfast spread! Crazy cool rooms! Check it out for sure!

took 3 rooms Room 105, 106 and 108, from 2nd Dec to 6th Dec. Room size was good with premium bedding. Great stay as Rooms had great premium new beddings. Free strong Wi fi. Hotel was Situated inside Juncelyon shopping mall that made shopping a breeze.The rooms were theme rooms with quirky designs. Our 3 rooms were \"regular and comforting\" designs. Other rooms had mind-boggling gothic themed 3D models popping out from wall etc.The staff were great, especially the beautiful smiling Miss Preaw and helpful Nik! The manager on duty was a kindly warm sweet lady and our stay was only marred by the boring repetitive no choice toast and eggs breakfast. would have preferred a morning buffet with thai or asian spread and not only 2 types of bread, french toast or eggs for 4 repeated mornings.

Best and highest Quality Hotel in Patong

Absolutely a pleasure staying at PIMNARA. My wife enjoyed the relaxing and beautiful environment surrounding PIMNARA. The room was extremely comfortable, modern, and very quiet. We were well rested after a good night life. We didn't have to walk too far. There are excellent restaurants with variety of foods surrounding PIMNARA. I'm glad HOTELS.COM recommended the PIMNARA Hotel to me as my first choice. My wife and I will book at PIMNARA again next year. The Staff were very helpful and always have a smiling face answering questions.

Pimnara Boutique Hotel July 2015

Lobby is clean and adopts a minimalist approach. Welcome drink provided was a nice gesture.

Pros:
-Location is right smack in the middle of Jungceylon Shopping mall. Cinemas, bowling alley, supermarket and restaurants are literally a 2 minute stroll away.It's also near to Patong beach (short 10 min walk) and Bangla Road. This is the best selling point of the hotel.

-Room has unique design, depending on which room you are in.
-Basin is just outside of the bathroom so one can bathe and the other brush his teeth, saving time.
-Equipped with kettle, mini fridge, hair dryer, TV and room service. Basic amenities like toothbrush, soap etc all available.
-Showering cubicle has glass door to prevent water splashing onto toilet bowl area. Shower water pressure is strong with varying temperatures.
-Hotel also provides a bag of towels for guests to bring to the beach.

Cons:
-Bed is the hard mattress type. Those who like soft mattresses beware.
-Floor is not carpeted, so expect cold tiled floors.
-Card key (Tap and unlock type): For some reason, my card keys took multiple tries to open my door every single time I returned to the hotel, and changing the card keys did not work.
I realized that the problem is actually not with the card keys, but the door. If assigned to room 04, make sure they have fixed the door already or you'll spend time trying to open it.

Minor issues aside, hotel is clean, location is good, price paid was worth it.

Basically everything is nice and sweet, specially the different designed in every room. Good location too.. All staffs there are very friendly and smile all the time. i felt consoled that the working staff there gave us a surprised for my bf birthday. They purposely made our room electrical door not working properly so that we gonna stay in the room to wait for another replacement card. Bell rang, when we opened the door, they hold a CUTE, SMALL cake and sing a birthday song to us. Really appreciate..Thank you so much for them .. I will recommend this boutique hotel to my friends.

You couldn't get a better location for a hotel in Patong-- 7 minutes walk to the beach- Restaurants within metres of the hotel, shopping just as close, transport everywhere, tourist tour bookings next door, can't go wrong......Don't worry if you forget your toothbrush, toothpaste, hairdryer, razors etc... hotel has it covered in your room.

Faulty card slots, eerie walkway

The walkway is dark and surrounded with white colored flowers, which makes the environment eerie. The room card slot in is not working well, thereby causing electrical trip occasionally. The room has a smell which is supposedly pleasant but it may not be favored by all guests. Two good things about the hotel is the location and sound proof from the streets.

Loud thumping music can be heard till past midnight. Workers noisily cleaned my windows at 630 in the morning! Definitely didn't get enough sleep.

Great location though, right at the mall, walking distance to bangla street and the beach, friendly staff.

One thing to note was 1000THB deposit must be paid in cash.

The location is fantastic and very convenient be it with family or with friends. Room size is average. Counter services is good and able to communicate in English. Minor cons is room fridge only has two bottles of mineral water. They should stock up with drinks and beers. Checkout process is a bit slow and please allow yourself around 15 to 30 mins grace.

The immediate surroundings is basically a big shopping mall.

Outside of this shopping area you are surrounded with the typical Thai small shops and crowded streets.

10 minutes walk to Patong beach, but no signs to guide you. You must rely on either taxi to get there or ask your way through the city.

AWESOME HOTEL - Prime Location

When I changed my booking from Blue Ocean Resort and Spa in Phuket to this, I was a bit skeptical since there were not many reviews about it. But when I visited the Hotel and the area, I was more than happy. First of all the hotel is located in a prime area. The rooms are very unique from other contemporary hotels. It has art-themes in every single room and they are very beautiful. Nicely done. Whoever designed or had this idea did a good job. The area is just beautiful. It is live, vibrant, filled with tourists and people, and the Patong beach is about 100 meters away from the hotel. If there is any place you want to be in Phuket, it is this hotel. The staff was friendly. The hotel was extremely clean and internet was available all the time. Breakfast was across the hotel but a very nice dining place. Right outside the hotel, they have a tourist information desk, where we booked packages to tour Phuket. A lot of eateries around including Pizza Hut, Subway, Burger King, McDonalds, local Thai Restaurants, a beautiful Jungceylon mall. We visited the place on the New Year's eve and we had a blast. You will not go wrong anyway to book this hotel. This is a good quality hotel (4-star I would say) with good services and helpful staff. Beautiful atmosphere and location for this hotel too.

Saw the location of this hotel in February. Good location in the rainy season as it's attached to the Jungcelon mall so you're not stuck indoors and there are a resturaunts aplenty. Each room is uniquely decorated by a local artist so it's a bit fun. This hotel is mostly a couples hotel and the room art decor is probably not suitable for children who might damage it.

Staff were friendly and we were given a free upgrade to a very nice room. Tv didn't work brilliantly but I wasn't really in the room so not a problem. You are in a central location but can't hear the noise from outside.

Bad Internet, bad customer service

Free internet only works for Apple products, not for window based. TV remote was inoperative. I asked at front desk for replacement. I never received it. No windows in the room and only a clock on the wall that did not work.

Friendly staff, clean, great location!

Excellent 3 stars hotel, can't ask for more! Clean towels, \"toothbrush\" provided, walking distance swimming pool. Friendly staff the whole time. Shopping mall is right about 10 steps away. Nice western restaurants downstairs and street food nearby. Wifi was stable, no insects found, drainage was good, . Reason I listed all these little things because we always encounter one or two problem in Thai's hotel or especially resorts.

Clean and big, but deluxe could be a bit cheaper

The people are very nice and the cleaning ladies very good, however i still think the price is too much for the rooms. They said there is roomservice but there wasnt any, however, since its inside a mall, they told a restaurant to come with their menu. They are very helpful in the reception :) the rooms are very clean and all, but the coridoors ar very bad, they havent taken care of it as well as the rooms. There is a weird smell in the rooms and hotel but they say its the paint cause they are still new. I would recommend this hotel still cause they speak good englush, its clean and its in the best area you could be. Tip: if you want tours, just on the right side of the hotel entrance is a tour office with a wonderful girl who will heartfully help u find and make your holiday wonderful. Another tip is: in the ground floor of the mall, is a local food court that is soooooo wonderful and cheapest u can get.

Good Hotel in the Best Location

Was having a tough decision between Pimnara Hotel & the Millennium hotel. We were so glad we made the right choice! Pimnara Hotel is located just above Robinson and Big C (Jungceylon Mall), while the Banzaar market and Boxing Stadium is right behind the hotel! Patong beach is a mere 5-10mins stroll over, passing thru the popular Bangla Street. All the restaurants and shopping are right at the door step. Nothing to complain at all! It helps even more when its the rainy season in Phuket! Hotel has beautiful rooms, and each room being different in decor. Was given an early check-in at 10.30am, and a free upgrade from a Deluxe room to a 2 bedroom Suite! The rooms come with very high ceiling. Hotel was quiet and peaceful since they are pretty small compared to the Millennium hotel. All the staff were extremely helpful and polite. Ipad was given during the entire stay, free wifi thru-out the hotel, and free rental of DVDs to watch in the room! Had a relaxing time spent in the hotel room. We definitely will stay in this hotel again the next time we visit Phuket!

Nice Stay

This is a new hotel and still under a little renovation still. The location is fantastic being located right in Jungceylon.
The staff were very helpful and the free internet was excellent. I had a few problems with the wifi, so they gave me a cable to connect and that was perfect and very fast.
The room was nice, modern and clean. The only downsides, is more insulation is needed between the walls and you could hear music thumping through the night if you are staying on the front side facing the shops, through the windows.
Otherwise I had a nice stay.

Pimnara, Jungceylon

The Pimnara is a new, comfortable boutique hotel that is located in Patong's excellent Jungceylon Shopping Mall. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable and all mod cons are available. The hotel is a little bit pricey for Patong, but reasonable value in my opinion.
