This is a good value for money hotel in a prime location on the corner of the beach road and Bangla Road. Quite loud of course but you should know what you are getting! 😁
The room was well appointed, the pool was clean, and the breakfast was pretty good. It's a thumbs up from me.

The rooms are tired and need updating. Shower right on top of the toilet. Only stayed here one night as was a stopover, wouldn’t recommend for older generations but good if you are looking to party, 5 mins from the main strip, which you can here in the room. Food in the restaurant was good, but have eaten better for less! Wouldn’t stay again.

From security to reception, housekeeping to the technical team, all staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bungalows are especially charming for eco-conscious guests, and relaxing on the veranda is a real pleasure. The location is excellent for beach access. The only downside is that it can be quite noisy due to its central location, but if you choose to stay in the center, this is something you should already expect. Overall, it was a wonderful and very satisfying experience for us.

Really liked the laid back atmosphere of the hotel, bungalow style room, pool area and restaurant. Staff were friendly. Being right across from the beach was great. Good value for money. Only downside is the noise of pulsating music from nearby Bangla Road until 3am. I had asked for a quieter room (which they gave me) so I was able to sleep fairly well, but this is not a place for people who need complete quiet to sleep!

Lovely place, clean, comfortable bed, desk with vanity mirror and chair. Settee and TV. Set in tropical gardens with a pool and sun loungers.
Good position across the road from the beach. Next door to Bangla road.
Downside couldn’t disturb outside as it was humid and damp due to over hanging trees, but like a jungle. Aircon too loud so had to switch it off to sleep, Not soundproof so Bangla road kept you awake if you weren’t out partying.
The restaurant was excellent and the seafood very good

Bring earplugs, but otherwise a decent place.

Location is both fantastic and a bit terrible. The proximity to the beach and to food and shops is excellent, however the fact that it backs up against Bangla road (walking street) is a huge noise issue. Earplugs should be provided in all rooms as a standard to help with the level of noise from that street. The mattresses also need an update, as they are VERY firm. The pool is small but lovely, the grounds during the day are very nice and breakfast is very reasonable. We have stayed here several times over the years, and the prices have continued to go up, but improvements such as better mattresses or more soundproofing have not been made, which is more of an issue at the increased price than it was when it was a more bargain priced place to stay.

Just as an FYI due to the closeness to the main entertainment street, you can hear the music from your room but is nothing crazy, however, if you are too sensitive to noises this place might not be a good fit.

The hotel is decent, but the pictures make it look a lot better. I stayed in the standard room which was right next to heavy construction which they were doing thru the night. Not the hotels fault but should let the customers now before hand.

If you get a standard room make sure you check in early or you will get the smallest room with no balcony and a wet bath.

It is extremely close to the bars so if you have a hard time sleeping through loud music then this would definitely not be the place for you.

Patong is very busy and very loud, but this felt like a secret garden in the middle of all the madness. Just be sure to go out for at night, because you will not be able to sleep early. That aside, it is a great place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

The room was exceptionally clean and came with everything you would need. The mini bar was well priced. The bed was one of comfort, not the normal hard bed ib most hotels.
The grounds were extremely well maintained and the pool was delightful.

If you plan to party all night on Bangla this is the perfect place to stay. I cannot describe how happy I was with my past self booking something so close after a night out. In the two nights I stayed I had to run back to my room a couple times to get a charger and freshen up before heading out again and it was so convenient.

Staff were friendly, room really nice and clean, property is well maintained and there is a little cat that hangs around.

Note that you can't
have your friends over though, it costs 500 baht per person if you do.

You can hear the music from your room so not for light sleepers, it's live band music not full blown doof doof stuff so its not too bad. All part of the experience.

Will definitely book here again if I come back for another party weekend.

You have to pay to have a friend come visit you. Never heard of this anywhere in the world. 500baht everytime a guest comes over. Hot water never worked the whole time I was here. The waiters tell you breakfast is not available, than reception sais it is. Don’t really understand how they don’t know if breakfast is available or not when it’s supposed to be included, it’s was paid for. My friends hotels were all way better and we all paid about the same amount. O, and I didn’t have to pay to visit their hotels. Stay away from this place, there are much better options. The cleaning ladies are very nice and helpful.

The hotel is right around the corner from Bangla road. It gets extremely busy every day from 9pm to 4am when all the bands stop playing. You can hear them all if you stay on the left side of the hotel. On the right side, not so much. The pool is good. Breakfast is okay. Maids were extremely loud at 8am while cleaning the room after us where the guy had an escort two nights in a row, very loud too. I know i shouldn’t be surprised but unfortunately was right next to us. Our hotel had leaks form the ceiling due to the rain.

Avoid if you want to have friendly guests

The best thing about this place is the proximity to Bangla road (walking street). As a result, VERY LOUD. Fireworks at 6am, why???

They do not let you know this on their website but bringing a guest home costs money on the spot (see photo). I wont stay again becsuse of the cash grab. You also cannot sneak in, they had a gate and 2 security by our stairs.

No elevators, old school key (no card lock) without deadbolt offers the same security as your bathroom door at home. Locking safe, rooms clean and well kept. Laundry cheap, even bar fridge reasonable.

Poor front desk. They tried to tack on additional bar fridge and meal charges to our room that someone had ordered. No computerized system, all cash and not well managed. Tried to pay before end of 3 day stay to speed up checkout. They would not do this, checkout took 30 minutes. They didnt make me pay for the other persons charges.

Decent restaurant, always busy, okay breakfast.

The sneaky guest charge and others charging to my room will make me avoid this place in the future.

Property and staff were very good. But the stay was ruined by the end at check out when were threatened with the loss of our room deposit for a half a bottle of white wine in our room's refrigerator. We never saw this bottle or looked in the refrigerator. The manager could not confirm that it was us that open the bottle or whether they didn't replenish it after the last inhabitants. Ultimately, they gave us our deposit back. My guess is they will developed a program where after each guest leaves and at the time a new guest arrives they ensure their staff has not got into the alcohol.

This is a great place to stay if you want to be right in the central part of Patong Beach. Very convenient to walk around for shops and restaurants. We had a great view of the beach from our room which was lovely. Noise at night something to get used to but we survived. Location great and breakfast was great to start the day.

I loved the jungle feeling and setting, with the birds and squirrels. As soon as you enter the resort, the outside disappears. In a great spot right near Bangla Rd. The only draw back is the noise at night from Bangla Rd. We were on the top floor, and it was like a train coming threw our room. Would highly recommend this resort, but get a room on the ground level on the far side.

Location. Location. Location. If you are going to party on Bangla street this is the hotel for you. A quiet location(except at night from music on Bagla walking street) only a block from Bagla street. Ask for room away from Bagla side and you will not hear the music in your room. Clean comfortable hotel that is very quiet except from 6 pm until 2 am But not an issue inside the rooms if you are on the side away from Bagla. Have stayed there 3 times and always good.

I paid for 15 days of stay, great location, but the Internet Service was losey. We only have Internet for 4 of the days we stayed. Rack up 2 huge phone bill calling are families and children. Manager didnt care and wouldnt even compensate anything like a free diner.

From the moment we arrive the reception was poor to say the least. We had booked a Deluxe Pool view room and were given a smelly , dirty room no where near the pool . We complained to reception and were told it was a better room . I showed the staff what we had booked and they still argued about it and even told me to \"Shut up\" . I insisted we have the room we booked , so they took us to a room by the pool but the only view of the pool was a wall of a building in the pool area !! This room was not much better than the last . The room had no Net Curtains so the only way to get any privacy during the Day was to keep the Curtains Closed . There were so many things wrong they are too many to list .The main issue was the noise which began in the evening .The saound from the Bars & Clubs of Bangla Road was Horrendous and got louder as the night wore on until around 5 am . Needless to say we left in the Morning . Our advice to anyone considering staying here - DON'T

Adorable hotel, beautiful greenery, unique decor and attached restaurant but unfortunately too close to Bangla Road. Staff was all nice enough. Room was clean and the food was great. It’s just the noise from the Bangla Road night clubs went on until about 5 am. Great room if you are planning to stay out late and sleep in late.

Amazing stay!! Right at the beach. Clean and friendly staff. Right around the corner from the busy street. Safe ur not far from anything. If u complain about this hotel that means ur not a happy person. They have a bar on the street. Taxis are right at the front so u don’t need to walk. U can go back to ur room and use the bathroom if ur at the beach.

This hotel was very nice in every way except one. It is literally impossible to sleep until 3AM because of the proximity to Bangla Road and the penetrating and relentless boom boom boom bass notes from the go go clubs. The rooms shook and earplugs were useless. If you plan to party every night until closing, this is not a problem. But we were scuba diving and up at 6 AM, so it was horrible.

The hotel itself is very nice with a tropical theme throughout. It is extremely well maintained and very clean. The bed and provided pillows are extremely comfortable.

The breakfast buffet is more than adequate with a variety of dishes.

The only problem with this property is it’s proximity to Bangla Rd. The property backs up against Bangla and thumping bass from the nightclubs make it nearly impossible to sleep before 3:00 AM.
