Nice property in a good location. I stayed on two occasions in October & December, i was impressed that the reception & restaurant staff all remembered even down to remembering my previous room number at the restaurant for breakfast. I will return in a few years time.

The swimming pool filter system broke down leaving the pool dirty green and smelly 4 days to put right so could not use the pool the water system also broke down no shower for a week had to boil electric kettle for hot water so I could at least shave the buffet breakfast was egg on toast unless you liked rice which I don't

Overall it was a good experience.
There were some good and bad things about it.
Good:
-location is excellent. Beach is 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Shopping and restaurants same in 2 minutes. So everything is very close.
- the room is isolated from the outside noise. So its pretty quiet.
-the pool and the garder area are beautiful
- room service is fast and the food is delicious

Bad:
- the breakfast is always the same, not much choiches and taste nothing.
- our bathroom smalled always funny and the toilet was blocked a couple of times.
- the coctails are awful! Dont try it

Location is amazing, 5 min walk from the beach. Staff very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool area very quiet, nice break after busy outside.
Cleanliness of the towels and bedding is below any rating, should invest in new stuff as it is discussing.

I enjoyed my staff at the property. The room was cleaned and well maintained. The sheets and the room was cleaned each day and stocked with supplies. Only observations is the towels for the pool are a bit mediocre. This didn’t take way from my stay. It would be perfect if they had fly screens on the Balcony doors.

The room is dirty and filled with uncomfortable smell. Most importantly, the bathroom is insane. The bathtub is full of stink and the toilet is smelly. The whole room made us uncomfortable. It's crazy. I think it did not meet the basic criteria of a hotel or resort whatever... The cleanliness is the most basic criteria. It really caused a trouble to us and makes our trip very unpleasant. And I don't think the room is suitable for anyone to rent. The air ventilation is extremely poor as well. There is a odour when we once get into the room, especially the toilet. The odour is so unbearable. Moreover, the receptionist is rude.

Hotel was in a pretty good location, a couple of hundred feet from the beach, and has a nice small pool. It is still being refurbished in some parts of the hotel. The breakfast was very disappointing so in 10days we only went once to try it and never went back, very little on offer and not very well done. Luckily it's cheap enough to eat elsewhere. Staff were ok and the mad cleaned the room to a good standard. We would recommend coconut village but don't expect much from breakfast..

Proprty and rooms were next to busy street. Upgraded rooms with balcony amd was stuck on 1st floor. Hot water in shower never worked. Towels were stained and old. Had to ask for new sheets as the new ones put on by housekeeping were stained.

It’s a mid range resort. You’re getting what you pay for. Pool is nice. Rooms are very clean and house keeping is prompt daily.

Breakfast is good, the same as a few places I’ve stayed in Phuket.

If you’re planning to just sleep here and dip in the pool here and there it’s great value. If you’re taking kids and going to be there a lot spend a little more and go else where.

If you are looking for a place to sleep for a night it’s fine. Overall the condition of the hotel need an upgrade. Especially the bathroom. Water smiles like the old pipes, rather not shower because the water stinks. The only thing that was good was the staff and the pool. Recommend this for an over night stay only not long term stay.

Expected something better for this price. Avarage hotel, a bit outdated interior and need dome renovation. The water in theshower bot constant and changing from hot to cold all the time. Toilet flush keep brokibg and i have to fix it myself. Brokrn ceramic lid when im trying to fix it and they charge me 1000 baht for it. Hotel is also not guest friendly and if you bring your guest with you you have to pay 600baht at the reception. Some of stuff at reception is not friendly at all.

Bagla street walking distance , good variety of eating places near wouldn’t pay again for breakfast as got very boring and repetitive, other meals at hotel excellent although more potatoes / fries with serving needed. Pool was fabulous ideal location staff friendliness varied although helpful. I would stay again. I’m sure they will give al a lick of paint soon to freshen it all up but all in all we thought we base the right choice.

Great location , 10 min walk to bangla rd,two minutes walk to beach,good pool bar. Room was clean , they changed bad sheets and towels everyday, friendly staff, they booked the taxi for me to airport , driver wa on time and it was cheaper than what ı found online

Great location but not the best hotel

We had a good stay at this hotel in the end but things started off really bad. Upon check in I started getting ready to head out for the day and while in the bathroom I was being attacked by mosquito's and killed at least 15!!! Not sure if the maid had left the door open while cleaning or what. I know we are in a tropical area but it had not been a problem anywhere else in Thailand. So on our way out we complained and they went and sprayed our room with bug spray. By the time we came back they were all dead so that was good.
The room was actually pretty comfortable and the pool looked nice even though we never got a chance to use it. My biggest problem with the room was the water in the shower and bath. It would go back and forth from cool to scalding hot for no reason (not being used in our room otherwise). That and we chose this hotel for the bathtub but found it to be tiny when we arrived. We are both over 6' tall so it was not ideal.
The breakfast was great, the front desk staff was helpful in booking shows and even kept our luggage for us when we checked out the next day but could not move to our next hotel for a couple hours. If they could fix the water situation and spray before check in I probably would have loved this hotel.

good hotel if you are over 55 years old

make sure you don't book the rooms which has balcony facing the street, because believe me, you will never be able to sleep, as Patong is 24/7 loud, it's quiet near to the \"happening\" yet far from the noises, but in case you have booked a room which has balcony facing the street, it will be a disaster as you will hear all the Bikes, tok-tok, cars, sound system, drunk people noises. i have tried to ask for upgrade but unfortunately it was fully booked

Coconut village is a good 3star hotel ,it is ideally situated for all the main attractions in Patong. The New Year’s Eve party was very good and all the staff worked extremely hard all day to transform the hotel . The breakfast is adequate, but the dining room is situated next to a very busy road and not ideal.

I really enjoyed the good service by the staffs. Clean room and swimming pool. Break fast was almost the same everyday.
My 3rd trip to Phuket and stayed in this same hotel.
Special thanks to your staff WAN CHAI who is very friendly and hardworking. See him everywhere especially in the restaurant, counter and pool side. He comes forward to speak with the customers and very accommodative. Not forgetting all the other staff and me and my family haD a superb experience in this hotel

Nice hotel and reception area. The room was kept neat and fresh sheets & water daily, although the bathroom REALLY needed cleaned thoroughly. There was some sort of green/blue mould or rust on the shower head and on the pipes under the sink, rusty patch under the sink area on the tiles too. When we stayed in the room while the cleaner was there we noticed that they only replace towels, top up toiletries and give the bathroom a spray of air freshener to ‘clean it’

The staff were disinterested and offhand and rude.
The room smelt and the air conditioning was woeful. The room was dated and could do with a refurbished and felt dirty. The hotel was right next to a main road and vehicle fumes could be smelt throughout the hotel. The balcony faced onto the road but because of the fumes you would not want to stay out there.
The restaurant was right next to the road and noise and fumes wafted in. The breakfast was poor.
The hotel charged us for 2 laundry bags they claimed we took and also claimed we had an umbrella but accepted the previous night that we didn’t have one as we needed it for the sudden heavy rain fall and went to check the room and advised them then.
The final straw was the tuk tuk driver they called over from the car park lied to us about the distance for a journey claiming it was over 10k when it was less than 4K and he tried to bump up the price!!!

Overall is ok . Stuff are all friendly and helpful .
One important things is breakfast . Everyday same menu and few dish only (rice , bacon , sausage , and bread) only . So we stayed there one week , and same menu so tired of eating same menu . Should have improvement .
And internet connection is normal only but for us go there for relax so doesn't for its .

And inside room should have cloth rack and stand . Now don't have so very difficult for wet cloth . Inside toilet one is so small and no wind , no way to dry your cloth. Everyday have wet cloth of course we r going to beach or swimming pool . This is must have for beach resort.

Overall everything ok because of stuff , helpful and cleanness .

I stayed in this hotel for 7 days last week.Do not expect anything you see on pictures.The first night I arrived to hotel My room was disgusting internet wasn't even working and I went to reception the guy was like that's the room you picked (I pick double room with pool view but there more than one rooms which have pool view).And he turned his back to computer and ignored me.I contacted Wotif straight away and sent them some pictures please have a look at them.They have changed my room after 2 days.I had paid that and I had to stay.I just like the pool and location it was 10 minutes walking to beach and main road called Bangla road.I wouldn't recommended this hotel you can get better.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, the staff went the extra mile and always polite happy and ready to help, i did have a problem with the sink in my room after i reported this it was dealt with and fixed within 15 mins, the room was clean and tidy room service very good, there was however some building work going on refurb of some rooms which was at times very noisy during the day i understand that work has to be carried out at time to time so not a great problem for us, my only complaint about this hotel was that at night some guests would use the pool late at night or early hours i would not like to spoil anyone having fun but my room was right beside the pool and i was kept awake a few nights maybe a rule that the pool could not be used at certain hours would help solve this problem as i was not the only one to mention this, all in all i enjoyed my stay and i would stay here again

Pool excellent, staff terrific especially Sara on the front desk, so helpful, Beds very comfy, hotel little tired but they are doing upgrades. Close to beach 5 mins walk, shops, night food market all within 10 mins.Hotel restaurant average for breakfast more Thai choices than western, so not always acceptable to many. Eggs available all ranges, fresh fruit and bread for toasting so sufficient for us. Pool meals great value and well presented as well as restaurant meals. Pool bar happy hour was well attended and the staff kept everything under control no loud music and over enthusiastic patrons after happy hour. Would stay there again but ask for non road frontage units as they could be noisy.

Trust me there are much better hotels out there

We booked it for 7 nights but changed it after 1night at the hotel . Here are the reasons :
Pros: beautiful property , lovely helpful staff , good locations , comfortable beds
Cons: its so open to the road that you don't feel secure in room, no lifts, room looks like from some 2star property, you can't lock room from inside (just a latch), very dull decor, breakfast was pretty average with not many options
We got to Phuket at night and were jet lagged from our Journey so when taxi driver dropped us in front of the hotel, we knew straight away that it's not a place for us.
So we got fresh and slept overnight , next morning we went out looking for good hotels and found one next door to this a beautiful 5atar resort and that's when we checked out and started our great holidays.
Staff is absolutely lovely but the hotel needs a good clean up and restructure with security, really a dull hotel.

Coconut Village Stay - Much Better than Expected!

This hotel was definitely worth the price! Close enough to Bangla Road, Banzaan and Junceylon to walk, but far enough to not hear any of the loud music! I was given a double room next to the pool which was lovely. King bed in the room, and wasn't too busy that I couldn't get a sun lounger in the morning next to the pool. Fully stocked bar and room service if peckish by the pool too!
