The room was spacious but the balcony view was the side of a building. The bathroom shower had minimal water pressure. The bed was hard and the pillows as well, in my opinion. The pool was nice but plastic tables and loungers looked dirty from years of use. We did not have breakfast while staying there but the dining room looked clean and spacious. Kay was fantastic and helped us with a couple of excursions and gave us good recommendations. The other staff members were great as well. It was a short walk to the beach. The location was good with many restaurants and shops close by.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, making it easy to get around, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The pool area is nice and a good place to relax. However, the beds were quite hard and the walls are thin, so noise can be an issue. The property could also benefit from some renovation, as parts feel a bit dated. Breakfast was available but quite limited in choice. Overall, a decent stay mainly due to the location and staff, but there’s room for improvement in comfort and facilities.

Neither she helped nor she it seems she wanted to help. Infact it was evident from her expressions & face that she hates when people interacts with her. Rest other staff were excellent & helpful.

I have only ever met a handful of rude people in Thailand ever after many times going but , the lady working the front desk was one of the rudest people i ever met. She tried to change my room multiple time in one day . I booked on Expedia and then she charged me 800 baht more . One of our 3 nights there was a fight from midnight to 7am before they finally called the police. Lets just say i will never stay there again and we go to thailand often they really lost my buisness and i am also a travel agent and will never recommend them . Never have i ever booked a room and in the middle of our stay be asked to pay more !

Rooms were great. Big, plenty of storage and a nice balcony. (we did have the deluxe) The AC was great. I usually pick up a fan for trips in Patong. I did not need to use it in Tony as the AC fan was positioned to keep the bed cool. The cleaning staff was friendly and consistent and also flexible if you were not ready for them. The pool area was clean, accessible, never crowded and very nice. Shade for people who want it, sun for folks who wanted to tan. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I have nothing negative to report about the experience. 3 weeks and no negative incidents.

Great central place to stay but unfortunately the lift was under repair no good for a 66 yo going up and down two flights of stairs regularly also we ask twice to get the hair dryer fix nothing happened there.

Hangover Part 2.5

This was the 2nd part of our Thailand adventure when we transferred from Bangkok to Patong. Great pool view room on the 2nd level overlooking the pool. Well worth the extra $20.00 per night for a standard room. Stayed in room 2211 that I would recommend with balcony. Daily breakfast was fair to average with the food not hot in the bay-marees. Omlettes, made to order, were the highlight of the breakfast daily. The independent tour desk is a must. We booked two tours with Madam and both exceeded our expectations. All staff engaged were brilliant and the service could not be faulted. Would stay here again on my next trip to Patong / Phuket region. Walking distance to the main action in Bangla street and Patong beach.

This is a 3 star resort and it shows. The rooms, whilst large, were dated. The shower in the room was the worst!! It was a fixed handpiece with no adjustment to the wall at a height that hits you in the face. If you leave it on the wall it hits the back wall and floods the bathroom. You have to remove it and hold it to shower. The bathroom sink was loose and moved on the bench. The breakfast buffet was not to our taste with a lot of sweet treats. The fruit was normally hit and miss and the hot food was mainly asian food (Curry, noodles etc) that I would not consider eating at breakfast. Most of the time the lids were left up on the hot station and the food was cold and dry. The staff need to monitor this and keep the lids closed to hold in heat and moisture. The egg station was good but there was no bacon. We asked 3 days in a row and were told that there was non and then on the 4th day they produced it in a plastic container behind the egg station counter. It was pail, sweaty and was not inviting. I would not recommend eating it. We found the staff in the restaurant on average to not interact with guests and rarely smiled. The lady at the travel desk, Kay was great and always welcoming and jovial. I will not stay here again even though it was a cheap price

Love this place! Can’t even think of anything bad to say - the staff were all lovely, the room was big and clean with a good sized balcony, location is great (very close to the beach, shops, bars, restaurants etc. but not too close that we could hear any noises at night) and the pool/pool area/pool bar is perfect! We’ll be staying here again next time we go to Phuket :)

We love the location, the staff & have been staying here for over 10 years. Joy heads up a fantastic front desk team and they are all really fantastic. Particularly Joy who is always interested to hear how your trip is getting on and if you require any assitance to improve the qualigy of your trip. Upon arrival at Tony’s resort it was obvious it was undergoing some renovations. The property is a bit dated however in a great convenient spot to Patong within walking distance to lots of attractions. The bed was very uncomfortable however the staff did their best to rectify it. The pool area is great however if there is a large amount of people then the bar staff would get flustered and charged incorrectly. The breakfast was good not a huge selection but excellent value , would be better if restaurant was air conditioned. The desk staff were very helpful and accommodating and a I must mention how excellent the tour booking lady was, very helpful and friendly. In summary the place is good but just needs updating.

The staff was great, housekeeping was excellent, there were plenty of restaurants to choose from and lots of shopping available.
The breakfast buffet could have been a little better, especially since i had to pay in advance through the booking app. At $4 a person and not knowing what was going to be offered didn't make sense. My family only ate there once.
Overall, the hotel was a great place to stay.

Great place. Loved everything, almost, location, rooms, facilities. Staff are wonderful especially Joy who went out of her way to help us out. The onsite tour lady is also fabulously helpful. If I had to pick negatives it would be that the beds are rock hard and very uncomfortable (staff added a mattress topper when requested) and maybe the bathrooms could use updating although they are perfectly functional.

Tony resort located in perfection position. Short walk (5min) from Patong beach 10minute walk to Bangla road, 5minute walk to Jungceylon. So it is perfect location, BUT the resort itself is a little rundown and could do with a little bit of love and care. When we arrived late at night we were checked in but when we were showed to our room it was located on a corner it smelt of old and the bathroom did have mould (this is where it needs a little love which would not take long to fix) we did go to the front desk to ask if we could move but the other room he wanted to offer us was not any better so we waited till the next morning where Joy was more than happy to move us downstairs in front of the pool and this was perfect. Breakfast is another area which needs a little care. As I explained to Joy on our last day that the workers instead of just hanging around when there are not tables to clear need to walk around the food and check what needs to be refilled rather than the guest notifying them several times that coffee had run out pancakes needed to be topped up french toast is cold etc. these are little things that just need care. Happy hour around the pool at 5pm is great. All in all I would stay there again as the price, location and my room ended up being perfect
