Nice hotel brilliant location Peguera is a lovely safe resort with plenty of low key bars restaurants with a nice vibe no huge hills either. The hotel itself, all inclusive option included esterela and the food was as you would expect good quality with a variety of buffet options we had monkfish one night it was lovely.
Negative bits, reception staff not very helpful we only wanted a coffee before an early flight but because that was between 7-730am that was an issue. There’s a drinks counter in reception which never has cups, no water easily available in the room or without asking reception for a paper cup.
Little things but they could have made it a lot easier for our stay.

i wonder where they got the 4 stars from?
every dinner looked the same. no inspiration, no heart.
recycling? found one box, but watches how to put all together after collection.
every morning the run after „the best“ place at the pool started by 07:30, serious that you have no option to stop this issue? locker for the room had to be replaced 2x.
smokers made the stay on the balcony impossible. Management, take the business serious and earn less and spent more on the important things.

Séjour dans l’ensemble satisfaisant. La plage est au pied de l’hôtel et les transports en commun sont très accessibles avec des arrêts à 2 min de l’hôtel. La chambre était spacieuse et très propre. Le ménage était fait tous les jours ainsi que le changement de serviettes de toilettes.

Les piscines étaient froides que ce soit la piscine intérieure ou la piscine extérieure (ce qui est normal pour la piscine extérieure). Le carrelage de la piscine intérieure était très sale puisque certains rentraient avec leurs chaussures de ville, des chewing gum crachés par terre etc….

Le gros point positif est le buffet du petit déjeuner qui était très complet et très bon.
Dans l’ensemble nous avons passé un bon séjour mais les équipements pourraient être améliorés (chauffer la piscine intérieure, nettoyer…).

Le personnel était aussi très accueillant et a l’écoute.

This property has no life at all.
Rooms are old,staff rude,no entertainment at all.
The hotel doesn't have a license for the music so the are not allowed even to put some music by the pool area.
The only good thing is the food.
The drinks are again very bad and if you are asking for a alcohol shot they won't give you even if you booked an all inclusive.
Very disappointed
Worst hotel in Palma de Mallorca so far.

Not enough staff in the meal area -the first week we all had to search for cutlery both breakfast/dinner Tables were backed up with used plates-got better the second week. i had booked a Superior room with sea view-as we were on the second floor -we could see bits of the sea through trees.we had no kettle nor mini fridge-did asked to be moved but they declined--i asked a cleaner if this was a Superior she said NO?? on booking in they asked who i booked through and there was raised eyebrows when i told them EXPEDIA-they asked to see our bookig form then took a photo copy-this has never happened before-i go on holidays 3 times a year

Wonderfully clean and fresh hotel with a few elements of disorganisation that were frustrating at time. E.g. our hotel was cleaned but towels not replaced. We also missed our flight out there and were not immediately checked in despite it not being peak season. Staff on front desk seemed flustered. For the price though, a wonderful stay and were always able to get a sun lounger. All inclusive drinks on tap!

It’s not a bad hotel, but it could use some remodeling. There were next to no amenities, and those that were there either were really old or did not work. On the other hand, it has a nice view, it’s in a good area, and the outside property is pretty nice.

This hotel is lovely, clean and bright. I came as a solo traveller and wasn't disappointed. The location is perfect, right by the beach and by plenty of shops and restaurants. The area seems to be very popular with Germans. I had read other reviews before saying this but I didn't realise that it's literally a German hotspot so as a Brit I was slightly out of place lol. I only had breakfast at the hotel. The food was good, plenty options to choose from. My room was cleaned daily. My only \"negative\" is that there seemed to be some issue at check in, I think they had overbooked or something so instead of getting the seaview single room I had booked, I got a twin room with pool view but I really only was in my room to sleep so it was okay.

Pro: Location of hotel, breakfast option, 900+ rooms available, parking available, mini golf, disc, 3 pools, pool side bar, very nice staff etc.

Cons: hotel is very old hence structure inside room is not very modern i.e. bathroom, carpet, furniture everything is very old though everything is working. High number of rooms make it over crowded place during seasons, you have to stand in line for table during breakfast.

I liked the location. I did not like the fact that I booked an extra night at the property through Ebookers, and although my reservation was confirmed and the money was taken from my account, the hotel could not find the reservation! It was a very stressful experience as the hotel was busy. I ended up having an economy room without balcony, although the room I booked was a double room with balcony! I was not happy about it.

Having stayed here three times before, the hotel has some real plus points which are the quality and variety of food in the restaurant, the location on the beachfront, the view from most of the rooms, the pools. The negatives are the poor air conditioning, the fact that the hotel can be so very busy, and the poor attitude of some of the staff to the English when most clientele are German. Half of the hotel rooms have been refurbished, whilst the other half are desperately in need of upgrading and from experience, some are very poor. It is worth booking a superior room BUT BE AWARE that I asked if this would be possible at the time of booking as a special request, and was asked to pay an extra 140 euros at check in, with no other room available if we decided that was too much. Generally, if priorities are good food, cleanliness and beach location, then this hotel ticks the boxes.

The food was rarely hot. Meat tough. Chips cold . The table staff were good at clearing tables promptly. It was impossible to change eating time from 8pm to 6pm. The German visitors were given priority in everything. If you want English conversation and standards of behaviour that you are accustomed to avoid this hotel like the plague. I read the revues regarding the food and ignored it. Do so at your peril. A couple we met from Kent went home six days early at a cost of £3-400 because they could not stand it any longer It was my responsibility that we chose this Hotel. Please take heed of this warning. and do not go near it. A final thought. It was impossible to get hot toast. The bread only got at the best lukewarm never hot, not in the slightest brown. The control on the machine was missing a screw. A bit like the Hotel.

Enjoy your stay!

You get what you pay for. It is a 3 & 1/2 star hotel so don't expect 5 star quality. For some reason IT IS STILL UNDER CONSTRUCTION! Why have they been renovating it since-from what I saw from other reviews-2008? WEIRD! Unlike other hotels that I've been to overseas, if you put the \"Do Not Disturb\" sign on your door, they WILL NOT DISTURB YOU. The food is O.K. Breakfast was included with my room so I made sandwiches & had juice. The 1 night I checked out their bar it was empty. None of the drink machines work but there is a convenience store next to the hotel. The ones down the street are cheaper. Most of the people there were families or couples. Most of the channels were in German & Spanish but the 1st week the only English speaking channel was EuroSport, the 2nd week they added the Disney Channel. You have to give the front desk 20 euros in order to get a remote. It's 5 euros a day to use WiFi on your laptop in the lobby otherwise you can use 1 of the 4 computers in the lobby that you can put coins into. IT IS EXPENSIVE but the only other \"cyber cafe\" is a bar/restaurant called Poppins-ask for directions. The club Pygmalion is for people in their 20s. The beach is literally around the corner. A surf school is nearby. There are tons of restaurants & souvenir shops to choose from. Make sure your cab driver has GPS in order to find the hotel. When taking the bus, go to the stop across from Poppins because seats on it are scarce. Visit the information office for suggestions.

Very good location on the beach with lovely views, close to bars and shops. Unfortunately the whole of the hotel was occupied by German guests with their tour operators and there was a lack of English speaking tourists around so it was hard to join in with everyone. This can also be said of the resort itself with an abundance of hotels/bars/restaurants catering for German tourists. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel and although basic had good facilities with regard to pools, sport and entertainment. However, the satellite TV was very disappointing as there was only one British channel.

The beach is literally in the backyard of this hotel. I could see it from my bed. The view was amazing. The restraunt was really top-notch for breakfast and dinner--it's a varied buffet with options for vegetarians like me, but don't bother buying lunch there as its much smaller. As for the room amenities: TV works, but all the channels were in german or spanish. I never could figure out how to make the A/C not be a heater, but maybe they don't let you until summer. But the location was perfect. To get there from PMI airport: take the #1 bus to Placa d'España, turn right walk 50 meters and go down into the \"Estacion intermodal\" and take either the 102 or 103 or 104 (102 is quickest) to Peguera. Then keep walking the way the bus was going and you'll see a sign for a tourist information office (yellow sign with an \"i\") and ask them. those buses cost about 5 euros total.

The hotel was very large, very clean, quite old fashioned but in an ideal spot, right on the beach. The area was quite lively with lots of shops, bars and restaurants which were all within walking distance. A lot of the restuarants were facing the beach too, very nice.
There was a regular bus service which went to Magaluf and Palma.
Entertainment - if you dont speak German - not a lot to do!!! When we were there the hotel had entertainment 6 out of 7 nights, but it was all in German. All of the bars and restuarants catered for german people too.
We only went for a long weekend, but by day three we were desperate to hear an english voice!!!

Sorry, aber bei 9 Stockwerken und über 400 Zimmer stehen 90 % der Zeit, von 4 nur 2 Aufzüge zur Verfügung! Man verbringt sehr viel Zeit damit, auf diese zu warten!
Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, dass ich meinen Zimmernachbarn sehr laut schnarchen hörte.
Der Geräuschpegel im Speisesaal ist Wahnsinn. Gottseidank hatten wir nur Frühstück!
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und sehr fleißig.

Emplacement top,la cuisine est bonne, la terrasse pour les repas est agréable. Peguera est une jolie petite station balnéaire familiale.
Par contre cher pour la prestation. C est un peu l usine. Self à l allure de cantine, manque de transat autour de la piscine, location de lit balinais mais ils ne sont même pas nettoyés.
Pas de piscine intérieur contrairement à ce qui est indiqué.
Les chambres : simples mais agréable, par contre l insonorisation est aussi horrible que les lits sont durs. Pas de sommier, planche en bois, et sur roulette. Que des lits simples.
Dernier étage pour nous, top pour la vue mais par contre sous la machinerie de la Clim, donc l impression H24 qu un hélicoptère survole la chambre…

Location eccezionale direttamente sulla spiaggia, servizio ottimo, albergo con camere ristrutturate addirittura i bagni con il bidet, mai visto in Spagna, molto sopra le aspettative. Parcheggio in strada facile da trovare, così da evitare la spesa quotidiana di 12 € per il parcheggio privato dell’albergo, ottima la colazione.

Ich war schon zum fünften Mal im Beverly Playa 2016 das erste Mal 2017,zwei mal 2022 das vorletzte Mal und dieses Jahr das letzte Mal. Ich bin jetzt 84 Jahre alt oder jung ich möchte mir diese lange an und ab Reise nicht mehr zumuten deshalb ich werde in Zukunft wenn es noch eine gibt in Deutschland meine Urlaube verbringen nicht Börse sein mit dem Alter hat man ein Problem für sie alle eine gute Zeit es war schön!!!

Unser Zimmer wurde einmal nicht gemacht. Trotz großer Hitze keine Klimaanlage. Unterpersonalisiert, Frühstück reinster Stress. Sind im Fahrstuhl stecken geblieben. Dieses Haus ist nicht ausgerichtet auf viel Betrieb. Der Tennisplatz und Minigolfplatz ist verwahrlost und nicht zu nutzen. Das Indoorpool hat so gut wie keine Beleuchtung auch nicht am Tag, da kann man wirklich nicht rein, schade. Das Oersonal war nett. Am Strand sind Liegen und Sonnenschirme die von einem anderen Betreiber sind und zusätzlich gezahlt werden müssen, Euro 19,50 am Tag, sollte bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel eigentlich dabei sind. Ich werde dieses Hotel nicht mehr buchen.

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt. Essen ist gut, jedoch keine Kulinarik, die erwartet werden sollte. Eben solide Hotelküche. Personal sehr nett, ob am Empfang , der Bar oder das Reinigungspersonal. Pools waren alle sauber, sowie insgesamt die Anlage. Betten bequem. Wir können das All In Gold Bändchen für 10€ am Tag absolut empfehlen. Gibt’s am Empfang. Direkte Strandlage und viele Bars/ Restaurants nahe gelegen.
Die Gegend würden als junges Paar vorerst nicht nochmals wählen. Es liegt immer am eigenen Interesse und Geschmack wie der Urlaub sein soll.

Trevligt hotell med fin utsikt mot havet och bukten ftån balkongen på 8:e våningen. Mycket att välja på vid frukostbuffén. Dock lite jobbigt med hög ljudnivå i matsalen. Bättre att sitta ute men då lite problem med fåglar. Väldigt bra att nära en fin och fräsch strand.

Sehr großes Hotel, Top-Lage!

Ein absoluter Pluspunkt ist die nicht zu toppende Lage direkt am Strand in Paguera vor allem der Blick vom Balkon aus sehr traumhaft. Ebenso ist das Zimmer sehr schön wie auf dem Hotelfoto.
Die Matratze ist für mich nur leider extrem hart und für mich sehr unkomfortabel, wenn man schon \"Rücken\" hat.

Das Personal ist trotz der teils großen Menschenmassen immer sehr freundlich, egal ob Zimmermädchen, Rezeption oder am Frühstück. Hatte nie den Eindruck, dass da jemand nicht weiß was er tut.

Man muss sich halt bewusst sein was man bucht.
Es ist kein 5 Sterne Hotel. 400(?) belegte Zimmer und dessen Gäste kommen auch frühstücken, da ist es klar was in dem großen Frühstücksraum für eine Atmosphäre herrscht.
Hat aber eben auch ein Vorteil, gibt immer was anzunehmen, abends immer eine Entertainmentveranstaltung, die war immer sehr amüsierend.

Preis- Leistung ist in jedem Fall ok! Und deshalb sind wir auch ein zweites mal dagewesen.

Vielen Dank an das Beverly Playa Team für die liebe Geburtstagsüberraschung, die ihr uns ins Zimmer gebracht habt. :-)

- Getränke durften nicht mitgenommen werden (nicht mal Kaffee aus papierbechern)
- Sterilisation für Babyflaschen wurde angeboten, war aber nur für Mikrowelle und sie hatten keine Milkrowelle
- Bettdecke ohne Bezug auch auf Nachfrage : es gibt keinen

Le buffet n’est pas incroyable mais il y a du choix et tous les repas ne se ressemblent pas !

overall a good choice

Positive: nice view from balkony, daily activities within the hotel to stay entertained for both adults and kids, service and personnel were helpful and cheerful, location near beach, pools and bars were good, breakfast lunch and dinner really worth the money with different choices daily
Negative: the room was not the most advanced in terms of equipment, the gym was also lacking some major equipment for a full workout

De kamer waar wij verbleven was niet zo “mooi” op een gegeven moment stond de badkamer onder water door een lek vanuit het plafond.. we konden de receptie niet bereiken uit ons kamer we moesten effectief naar het onthaalloket gaan.. ik zou hier niet verblijven voor de 2de keer en zeker niet voor de prijs wat ik heb betaald. Geen variatie bij de maaltijden, het was altijd hetzelfde.. Het was enorm tegengevallen jammer.

Immerso in un paesaggio meraviglioso, questo hotel e il suo Staff creano una vacanza indimenticabile.
La struttura è su un piccolo promontorio tra due spiagge, veramente attaccato al mare: qualche gradino e ci si tuffa in mare.
Dall'uscita dell'hotel alla spiaggia c'è un lungo mare, il quale prosegue costeggiando il promontorio fino a un'altra vicina spiaggia. Da un lato i meravigliosi pini marittimi e dall'altro un mare pulito e luccicante garantiscono una vista si può assaporare solo sul posto, veramente consigliato.
Spiagge di sabbia finissima e pesci di varia razza facilmente visibili nel limpido mare.
Consiglierei un po' più di cura ai tendaggi del corridoio, un po' rovinati.
Unica nota dolente i pasti. Non sono capaci di fare una pasta buona, di livello. Sughi per pasta semplici e sempre uguali (pomodoro o quattroformaggi), mi sarei aspettato qualche buon sugo di mare, pesto.. Inoltre pasta stracotta o gommosa lasciata al caldo per troppo. Pizza buona ma non al livello di quella Italiana. Buoni i secondi di pollo e il pesce alla piastra. In pratica mancano i primi e magari cottura in umido per il pesce per evitare i fritti. Comunque sempre trovato qualcosa, c'è una buona scelta. Ottimo il sistema a buffet e veramente velocissimi e disponibili i camerieri.
Tutto il personale gentile e disponibile, fuorchè una ragazza alla reception non troppo disponibile se si conosce un inglese scolastico.
Nel complesso tutto meraviglioso. Stanze buone e con anche tuttol'occorrente

Nur, wenn es sonst nirgends mehr Zimmer gibt...

Niemals zuvor habe ich so unfreundliches, freches, arrogantes Personal an der Rezeption erlebt. Außerdem Vorsicht bei Meerblickzimmern. Die Bilder täuschen gewaltig. Je nach Etage ist das Meer seitlich, aus weiter Entfernung oder durch Bäume zu erahnen.

Alles im Allgemeinen war der Aufenthalt ganz ok. Gute Auswahl an Essen.
Leider jeden Tag etwas kaputt, mal die Getränkeautomaten dann der Billardtisch.
Circa 15 cm großer Schimmelfleck auf dem Teppich im Zimmer. Das ist gesundheitsgefährdend.

he reception staff are not polite at all specialy the gay with mustache, and the girl call Dinya , we complained about the room there was a lot of ants and the conditioner was leaking , but she ignored us........the service is very bad and the BF is not delicious at all.

Hôtel vraiment nul j’ai passé un mauvais séjour dans cette hôtel car le service était désagréable la chambre que vous commander n’est pas comme à l’arrivée Des vacances qui commence mal car il faut tout redemander tout réexpliquer suite à vos réservations vous arrivez fatigué pour du repos vous vous retrouver à avoir des désaccords pour votre chambre et ne vous donne aucun choix L’hôtel s’occupe mal de ses clients ne leur explique rien la chambre est ancienne le lit n’est pas du tout confortable très dur Mobilier très ancien ne donne pas du tout envie de retourner là-bas en vacances

Personal i reception var otrevlig och väntan olidlig på sin tur, saknades toalettpapper, drickautomat tog pengar men ingen dricka, fick tjata oss till pengar tillbaka ,för lite solstolar och speciellt parasoller. Fick rusa efter stol exakt kl 08.45 och sen fanns inga stolar och folk hade lagt ut handdukar på flera stolar som inte användes, stökigt i korridor på natten med fylla

Die Lage des Hotels war wirklich gut und mit direktem Zugang zum Strand. Diverse Restaurants, eine Anlegestelle und die Einkaufspassage waren mit wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Leider lies die Sauberkeit zu wünschen überig. Im Badezimmer waren überall Haare zu finden und der Boden war noch mit Müll der vorherigen Bewohner verschmutzt.Das Zimmer sah ganz anders aus als auf den Bilder und war auch deutlich kleiner, als bei der Buchung angegeben war. Zusätzlich wurde auch nur für 2 statt für 3 Personen vorbereitet.Das Personal war sehr freundlich,sprach aber nur spanisch oder sehr gebrochenes Englisch. Für Kurzurlaube, oder wenn man nicht viel Zeit auf dem Zimmer verbringt in Ordnung, für mehr als 2 Personen allerdings schlecht geeignet.

Ich war sehr enttäuscht, das ich beim \"Check in\" ziemlich unfreundlich behandelt worden war und sogar noch in eine andere Unterkunft geschickt wurde, das mit dem Auto 40min entfernt ist (Weil das Hotel voll war?!).
Als Entschädigung erhielt ich ein Bändchen \"All inclusive\" immerhin.

Trotzdem muss ich sagen ist die Lage sehr schön und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Pools sind gross genug für alle.

Das Personal müssen sie neu schulen, wie man mit Gästen umgeht...

Desværre havde vi ikke den bedste velkomst på Hotel Vibra. Vi ankom meget sent om natten med vores datter på 8 år og vi fik et hotelværelse hvor der lå nogen andre inde og sov. Ned i receptionen igen og de beklagede, og her får vi et værelse med kun 2 enkelte senge og slet ikke med den udsigt vi havde betalt for. Vi gik igen ned i receptionen og vi får af vide at de ikke havde flere senge før dagen efter. Og desværre heller ikke værelser længere oppe med udsigt før på vores anden sidste dag.

Vi er rasende. Vi sover på 2 enkelte senge, min kæreste, lille pige og jeg.
Næste morgen er det ned i receptionen for 3 gang og sige vi vil snakke med chefen.
Vi får snakket med chefen og hun beklager meget. Vi siger at vi vil have vores penge tilbage, men det kunne hun desværre ikke give os. Vi fik i stedet et armbånd til at spise gratis de 4 dage vi var der. Stadig ikke okay.
Ventetiden i receptionen er længe, fordi der ikke er nok medarbejder på. Maden er den samme både til morgen og aften, med meget små ændringer.

Området er dejligt. Book et andet hotel i nærheden.

Vi kommer der ikke igen.

Das Hotel im grossen ist OK. Leider hat bei mir mehrmals die Zimmerkarte nicht funktioniert und ich musste immer wieder zur Reception. Das Hotel hat viele Parkplätze, diese müssen aber bezahlt werden, was ich absolut unfreundlich ist, das dies dann leer stehen. Das Frühstück war ok.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub :)
Das Essen war gut und das Personal ist sehr lieb.

Ein Außenpool war leider geschlossen und den Innenpool haben wir nicht gesehen. Die Sauna ist klein und in einem kleinen Raum - eher nichts für uns.

Direkte Strandlage, optimal sowohl für Promenadenbesuche als auch Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Verpflegung habe ich in Gänze drauf verzichtet. Frühstück war beim letzten Besuch eine Zumutung. Service und Hotelteam sind top, immer freundlich, immer hilfsbereit.
