Hampton Inn has always been my first choice. But, for a $167/nite standard room with king bed I expected more. Coffee pot was tiny and cheap Temu-looking thing. Bathtub had rust stains. They had tried to recover parts of the tub enamel but it was peeling off in chunks. WiFi was terrible. Pillows on bed were flat and soft. Outside window had been replaced but new window did not cover the former depth of the casing and texture and paint had not been repaired. The new window also leaked and there was a water puddle on top of the a/c unit in the morning. Went to breakfast 20 minutes after it opened and hot foods were lukewarm so the free breakfast was not worth the purchase price either. I just kept thinking “How does Hampton Inn put their name and reputation on this 3rd rate hotel?”

This property is terrible. The staff overall was nice, but the property itself is extremely rundown, smelly, damp, and moist in the rooms. There was even mold in some of the picture frames. They were starting a redo and had all the carpet torn out, dry walling the walls and some painting. None of this was disclosed when making the reservations. However even with redoing some walls and carpet this place will still be bad. Lipstick on a pig. Probably the only way to get is reasonable would be to tear it to the studs and start over.
Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

The one staff member I saw during my short stay was nice enough. The room wasn’t as clean as I would’ve liked, but I’ve stayed in worse. I probably would try a different place if I needed to stay in that town again. I expected more from Hilton Inn. Also the walls are paper thin. I heard every door knock, footsteps down the hall, ice machine, traffic noise outside.. not great for needing sleep

The room we stayed in need a little maintenance! Bathroom vent fan would not turn off (bad switch) (constant whereing sound. One light by the bed does not work! Another bed table had the cover laying on the floor (exposed wires and no outlet cover). For second night only one coffee cup remained. Bathroom tub had paint removed. Room and bedding was clean and very comfortable

I had booked through Hotels.com and the hotel did not have my reservation even though I had a confirmation number. At this point I have paid for the room twice and the receptionist at the Hampton was no help whatsoever. Plus the tv wouldn’t work in my room and once again no help from reception.

The room was okay. I hated the barn door covering the bathroom, it was heavy, glitchy and didn't provide privacy! The breakfast was good and the fitness center was adequate. The staff was polite, but please train new employees to NOT say a female customer's room number out loud! That is why you write it on the envelope!! That is a safety concern, if there are others in the lobby at the same time.

Staff was good and competent. Breakfast was really good. Housekeeping was right on. Bed was comfortable and fridge and microwave worked well. Only issue was the room really needs updating: bathtub had peeling finish; window shade was inoperative; missing lavatory stopper; and the lavatory faucet is installed such that it's really awkward to use. Thermostat required a new battery....wouldn't work.
Lots of good points....just the above. Not a bad stay, but could be better.

We stayed here because of the bame Hampton Inn - knowing we would have some basic minimum. This hotel facility was subpar & certainly did not live up to its min standards.

We were early, the Front desk was helpful so we waited for our room in the breakfast table area. The tables were dirty, sticky from pancake syrup (breakfast was closed at least 5hrs ago). Just little trash here and there along baseboards/ carpet. The carpet in elevator look like its seen enough days & time to be replaced. It was dirty too.
It did not look like the owners of this facility took pride in ownership & certainly did not live up to the basic Hampton Inn name (which isnt the fanciest to begin with).
We wont come back.
We visited friends’ hotel across street that was cleaner.

The room was OK - but there were a few things that need to be fixed, such as chipped tile in the bathtub. Probably time for a general upgrade to the facilities. Also the bath towels were awfully thin. The staff was courteous. I slept too late to take advantage of the breakfast. Perhaps the time could be extended to 10am for late risers?

I really did not have a good first impression. The carpet in the elevator was dirty and stained. I was at the end of the hall (which was fine) but my key card would not open the door. I walked back downstairs (with all my bags) to get help. The girl behind desk reprogramed my cards and walked me back upstairs. The key worked... The room was quiet and clean. The blind was broken so I could not look outside to judge the weather. The same girl was behind the desk the next morning. She was pleasant.

The first room I checked in to the bed was unmade and the toilet was overflowing. I immediately wanted a new clean room. I asked that my bedding be switched and it was not. They just made the bed over sheets that I wanted changed as they looked soiled. The bathtub glaze was peeling and carpet in the halls and elevator was disgustingly dirty.

Poor representation of Hilton.

Hotel did not match up to Hilton brand. Felt like local owner is poorly managing things, cutting corners to save pennies. Shattered emergency compartment in elevator looked old and no intent to fix, large old stain(s) on elevator carpet, bad smell too. Hallways had heavily soiled and stained carpets, several small but occasional large stains, none looked new. Room had strong smell similar to pinesol cleaner, very strong. There was a hint of another odor behind the strong pinesol smell, which smelled like feet/butt, or similar funk. It came and went in how faint that smell was but it was clearly being masked by the heavy cleaner smell. The heavy cleaner smell was almost unbearable; if my family was with me I would have moved rooms or hotels, but I sucked it up thinking it would be okay after a day or so but it was bad my entire 3 days/nights. Each time I walked into the room, or even when I’d roll over a pillow on the bed, I was hit with pinesol or funky odor.
The front desk employees seemed very hands off, often times not being present or when they were they just sat there low behind the desk on cell phones not engaging with customers.
The staff taking care of the breakfast bar was polite and engaging and seemed intent to do well with their job there.
It was a nice gym for a hotel, with regards to variety of equipment, but again there were several signs of poor ownership and management. Broken glass on a counter, no towels, no wipes, a water system but no cups.

Also, there was only a little girl doing the check-in and she was still at the desk the nect morning in the same clothing. The entire experience was disturbing. We will never return there and hope someone will investigate yhe appropriateness of it owners.

Reserved 2 rooms- one smelled horrible (think chemically covered mildew!) other room the toilet continually flushed and ran all night! The rooms were remodeled but not great quality. When I got to the room my door was a jar. Then I realized my door was very hard to shut and very hard to open. No biggie. Just thought I would state that room 208 the door is really difficult to open and close. The AC would not come on at all. When I got in the room. I finally got down on the floor and plugged it back in. Then it worked. It was adequate. Not as cold as I like it to be but it was okay for the evening.
I liked the welcome with my name on the screen when I got there and we turned on TV. There was a variety of channels I like the guide etc.
The room look really nice. It look clean. Great water pressure, bathroom was nice. Plenty of light. The room had plenty of light.
I will say the charging port on the nightstand was broken so we could only use the one at the table. And when we came back from going to dinner the TV did not work. I did have to log into my Netflix but none of the channels worked. It said off air. It was already late. I didn't want to go get anyone because I was in my pajamas and I was not going to have somebody come in my room at that hour.
I did mention it the next morning. They did apologize but honestly that was not a good thing since we like to just lay there having the TV on for noise and I really didn't want to log into my Netflix to have on that TV. Overall. The property's okay. The two hotels I stayed at before had better beds and pillows. But for the price it was okay.

Room smelled of mildew & had mold in an entire corner of the ceiling and down the walls. We hadn't noticed it until we laid down. We called the front desk and went down there and could not find anyone for over an hour. There were multiple people at the desk trying to find someone for issues as well. It was 2am when we finally found someone & that was after reaching out to the hotel next door because we just needed out of that room. The odor was awful and the longer we were in the room, the worse it was. We each had headaches and stuffy noses already. They told us the entire end starting in room 113 and all the way up was having mold issues. They moved us to another room on the opposite end. They showed us one room that smelled like paint. I'm pretty sure they were just trying to cover up the mold on the ceiling. Then moved to another and that room was good but the wall paper in the hallways was bubbling due to the humidity as well.

Reached out when booking to request connecting rooms. Was told they would do their best. When I check in not only are the rooms not connecting, they don't even have the type of rooms we booked as a connecting option at all on the property. If they had communicated, we would have booked the other type of room and happily paid the higher price. They did not even allow us to pay more and change the room type to get connected rooms.
The property needs some maintenance and updating. The bath tub and flooring were in need of repair for sure.
Pet hair everywhere, tv did not get any kids channels, and breakfast left something to be desired. Will be looking for a different place next time.

We had a wonderful experience at this Hampton Inn. Hampton Inn consistently provides an excellent hotel stay. This particular hotel has a beautiful view out of the back windows! Upon arriving at the hotel at 3:00PM. I had to wait for approximately 30 minutes, the room was not ready. I have photos where the wall paper was buckled on the wall, holes on the wall by the bed, covered by a big chair. When you turn the faucet on in the bathroom sink, it runs on the floor. I'm not handicap, but was given a handicap room.

Well first let me just say let me check in a couple hours early. Supposedly I had the rooms ready I get to my room. It was not clean so I go back down. They offer me another room and I’ve been driving over the last two days over 1600 miles All I want to do is sleep the lady in the room beside of me and I was fortunate enough lol to have the adjoining door. I woke up to some woman on the speakerphone so I turned the TV on and I couldn’t even hear the TV for her conversation so I knocked on her door and ask her could she please be quiet She calls the front desk and says I threatened her. They came up. He heard the conversation they put me in another room this time they put me in a room with two queen beds instead of a king the room smelled mildew. The pillows are god-awful. If you’re staying in this area, they have four hotels on this cul-de-sac of La Quinta Inn. My home suites Holiday Inn, and a Fairfield Inn all would have to be better than the one I just stayed in.

The only elevator got stuck on the first day trapping somebody inside. Not that I would’ve taken it, but it was out of service the rest of the time. We had to take the stairs to the third floor every time after that. The front desk person had her hand in her pants and was watching a video when I walked in and continued to play that video as I was checking in on high volume, extremely unprofessional and gross. I don’t think she looked up at me the entire time, but honestly did not want to make eye contact with her.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The elevator looked like it had not been vacuumed for a long time and the 2nd floor halls needed vacuumed. We stayed at this hotel because of the indoor swimming pool, but my kids would not swim in it due to it being very cloudy. I asked the desk clerk and he said he had turned it in to be serviced. Unfortunately that would not happen until we were gone. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. The morning staff was really great and very friendly.
