Excellent water pressure in the shower. Too bad there was no shower curtain and the the tiles were cracked and caving in between the toilet and tub. Linens were questionably stained and the whole place had this.... Ick to it. Like the energy is just bad and the vibe is WAY off. AHS hotel type things.

Very poorly maintained no smoke alarm furniture was damaged with jar missing from a chest and no phone to call staff with and when I called the online number they have listed. It just sent me into a loop and I never got a hold of anybody. They do not have security and there were very shady characters hanging out in the hallway and parking lot.

There was plenty of parking and they have a bar with food although I didn't go in I went down stairs around 10pm and the food I could smell all the way down smelled so amazing and the music and the people it was nice.. The staff very much enjoyed this establishment will always when have a chance stay here!! 😊

After booking my room in April 2025, the hotel changed ownership and became a hemp hotel. I was not notified of this change or I would have cancelled my reservation. When we got into our 1st room, (Yes, I said 1st room), the toilet did not work. We were asked to remove all of our belongings and shut the door behind us before we could be assigned another room. The toilet in there was questionable too but worked while we were there.
The handle was broken. We were not offered any compensation for having to move or anything. Very disappointed.

Definitely not a safe area or propert. Holes in the walls. Cigarette burns in curtains and furniture. Fridge made loud noises constantly. Water damage on ceilings. Dirty halls. People slamming doors all night. Smoking in hallways. Elevator was dangerous and all buttons were mislabeled with what seemed to be spare parts. Parking lot full of trash and broken glass and alcohol bottles. Lobby trash cans piling over onto the floor.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Definitely a hotel that people rent by the hour. People up making questionable noises at 3 am. Ac was broken, curtains in strands, noticeable water damage all over the ceiling. Lights were constantly flickering. There were broken tiles on the bathroom floor and the paint was peeling off. I didn’t have more time to look around besides that because we were late for a concert but when we got back I found a condom on the floor! The next morning my husband was outside and a crackhead ran up and hugged him and asked him for drugs! DO NOT STAY HERE!

The room was really nice. The gentleman that checked me in was nice and courteous. The next morning my friend went down to get breakfast there was no place to set so she was going to bring it to the room and some employee jumped on her and started chewing her ass about taking the food to the room, when one lady had just went on the elevator with hers and another was fixing to. For some reason that asshat decided to keep our 50 deposit and thats not going to fly. He wasnt there when i checked out but the fella that was said it would return to my card, which it has not. My attorney is considering our options on the verbal assault. But im pissed. Ill be back in okc soon and i plan on a meeting with ol asshat

The check-in experience was not fun. Bring cash for deposit, otherwise according to staff, it's gonna take 10 days to refund to your card. Front desk clerk treated me like I was dumb, I was tired and had been traveling all day. My room had roaches and my smoke alarm started beeping for a dead battery at 5 in the morning. Called down to the front desk 3 times with no answer and the clerk expected me to take care of it. Once the clerk came into my room, she disconnected my smoke alarm and said maintenance/housekeeping would deal with it later. The check-out process was also confusing as the clerk completely walked away in the process.

This place is completely run down. The pictures are very deceiving. The carpet is taped together some areas, the doors and walls have scratches all over them like zombie apocalypse type thing. Base boards missing throughout the bldg. The stench of musky moldy rooms. Outside of the building has black streaks like it hasn’t been painted since it opened back in the 1900’s. The mattress is a cheap old grungy mattress. The hideaway bed and couch was awful and grimy. Me and my daughter checked in and left immediately. I told the clerk I would rather sleep in my truck. I told my wife about the experience and she said “if YOU left, then it had to be bad.” Yeah, it was horrible. No refund either.

My deposit was not refunded claiming someone cut a cord which is an absolute lie. The lady at the front desk was unprofessional and gave me several issues from the moment I checked in she tried to charge me $140.00 for one night when my reservation was $53.00. I want her supervisor to contact me ASAP to inform them about all the issues I dealt with during and after my stay.

Checked in and room was ok couch needs to replaced .Noticed no sheets or blanket for pull out bed in couch and went to desk to ask for some sheets or blankets and the clerk told me he could not help me and I would have to wait till the next morning get any. Was very disappointed and upset because I had sleep on couch without anything for much sleep. I booked the room because of the pullout couch bed because didn't want sleep with my guess and clerk wasn't concerned or try help me in anyway.

Ugh. I really wish I could rate the front desk clerk and housekeeping in a separate module because both were great.
I stayed on the first floor. The hallway leading to my unit smelled of urine. I know the hotel has a sign that states no pets so either someone had a pet or someone themselves urinated. The Tv was missing local channels such as 4, 9,25, and 34 to name a few.
The bed next to mine had stains on the sheets. I went to the restroom around 2am and there was a roach on the wall
Around 6am someone in the hall screamed “order” which startled myself and possibly other guests. I believe because of the hallway stench, my room also had lite smell of urine. The hotel could be a great place to stay once minor improvements are made. I paid way too much for the experience I had.

I guess as the name states, it absolutely smells of weed. There were no smoke detectors in the room (my guess due to the nature of the hotel). Walking into the room it wasn't too bad, but one of the beds had a burn hole in the blankets.
And they \"don't allow pets\" but there was a dog yapping constantly from the time we got back to the room around 11pm until we called the front desk around 1230.
If you're going to smoke weed, great, but would not recommend for a family or friend group no matter how cheap.

There seemed to be a group of locals hanging out at the pool all night. Most had ridden up on bikes. They had a car radio blasting in the parking lot.
We had booked a place with a pool and then never got to use it.
Could hear folks stomping in the room above.
There was a fly and ants in the room and a roach in the bathroom in the morning.
The carpet looked absolutely disgusting. We kept our shoes on the whole time.
There was a stain on the arm of the sofa.
The guy who checked in before us found that his door didn't lock.
As we were stepping out to go to the event we came to town for, there were emergency vehicles dealing with something in the parking lot.
A light outside was set to shine directly into our window. We could not look out to see if our vehicle was safe. With the weird crowd hanging out at the pool, it was easy to assume it was not.

This is an older hotel that has seen better days. Attention to details in repairs needs to be addressed. The location was perfect for me for my stay. The clientele was a bit questionable. Hotel required a $40 cash deposit to check in, would not accept any cards for incidentals. Once checked into the room found used needles on the ground. Room was not at all clean and when attempting to check out due to quality of room was denied refundable cash deposit and staff demanded additional fees and incidentals. After having to argue for a deposit refund was able to check out but front desk staff was extremely unprofessional and difficult to deal with. Manager was not present or available during any of this and was also not available via phone after the fact. Will never stay here again and will absolutely be blacklisting this hotel

The room smelled like mildew. The entire building needs things fixed (broken counters, holes in walls, paint job needed, carpet torn up, etc). When we checked in there were used tissues all over the couch in the lobby (which stayed there all night). I called for an extra blanket (on my personal phone because the in-room phone didn’t even work) and was told only housekeeping has a key to those types of items. Housekeeping is here from 8-6 or something like that, according to the front desk…. Seriously? No one has a key to these necessities until 8 am? That’s crazy in the hotel business.

The room was not as decribed or shown on the site. Phone didnt work. The light fixture in the restroom was flickering like a strobe light the whole night we stayed. Took a half of a shower when i noticed water dripping heavy droplets on my head. The ceiling was leaking so bad and everywhere we couldnt even use the commode. When we addressed the issues with the man at the front named Vin, he said no refunds. Its on the glass and pointed to the sign. Said he would give us the best price on the best room on our next visit. I will say the employees that prepared the breakfast were fantastic. They were helpful to my son and my needs and they were extremely courteous and friendly. Give them raises. I took video of the strobing light and water leak but no photos or else i would gladly accommodate the media
